The good: I can't imagine a more central location to explore Lisboa, either on foot or using public transport. The staff were very friendly and it was overall a great value for the price.
The not so good: Room 104: The top of the window was glassless with just a thin sheet of chipboard loosely attached. This was most apparent when the garbage disposal truck came by around midnight... Then again you can't expect peace and quiet if you're in the middle of a lively city ;-)

Small but clean rooms, helpful staff central location within stumbling range of a nice brewery

I had a private room for two with bathroom. The door to the balcony was broken and un quite a bad state. There was only one plug that worked, t'ha WiFi was useless, I had to use my data. In the bathroom no soap, only a small sache of champoo for two people. A bit of noise in the street at night. People attending are nice. However, a bit expensive for what it was.

Small, old, basic hotel, but clean, not expensive, excellent service with more than great location. Perfect for a short stay. Ask for a room with bathroom. I will come again.

The traveler should be careful because this hotel would not provide the shower gel or the soap on the following days but only on the first day. (Maybe the traveler needs to book this hotel separately for each day, so every day is the first day) And if you need that you should pay for it. They didn't tell people this on their website or booking.com if I knew I wouldn't stay here. Also, I book a room for two adults, but they only give us one shower gel and one soap on the first day. That was really ridiculous and blowing-mind away. Also, our room’s up window was broken, the hotel just used a board to cover it, but it didn’t match. If your room is in front of the street, that would be awful; it’s so nosing that I can’t sleep well; I can hear every car drive past during midnights.
