Muy recomendable. Nos alojamos en el Palacio de Zino por tres noches, y nos encantó cada segundo de nuestra estancia. El lugar tiene un ambiente encantador y el servicio es impecable. El personal es educado, amable, servicial y atento; gracias a ellos, nos sentimos como en casa. Definitivamente regresaremos, y estamos ansiosos por organizar nuestras bodas allí.

Highly recommended. We stayed at Zino's Palace for three nights, and we loved every second of our stay. The place has a lovely vibe and the service is impeccable. The staff is polite, friendly, helpful and attentive - thanks to them, we felt like home. We will definitely come back, and we can not wait to organize our weddings there.

Nos hemos alojado aquí por 6 días. Es una mansión recientemente reconstruida / renovada de 1905. Todo está muy limpio por dentro. Se puede llegar a la residencia subiendo una corta distancia por la montaña desde la carretera principal. Eso es fácil de hacer. También es posible aparcar en la residencia. Desde la estancia se puede contemplar la puesta de sol :-D.El pueblo donde se encuentra el alojamiento no tiene mucho que ofrecer, pero está a poca distancia de Calheta y de otro pueblo cercano donde hay un poco más de comida. También es posible cenar en el restaurante. Actualmente se sirve aquí una cena ligera. Esto puede ampliarse aún más.El personal es muy amable y nos ayudó con la prueba de covid que tuvimos que hacer debido a nuestro tránsito a las Azores.Finalmente, el personal tiene muy bien en cuenta la situación actual con respecto al covid-19. El lugar en sí también está muy bien equipado para ello. Es un alojamiento absolutamente "limpio y seguro".En resumen, recomiendo absolutamente el lugar donde alojarse.

This place was absolutely amazing!! I stayed here with my boyfriend for six nights. The rooms were neat, clean and very nicely decorated. The breakfast was delicious as so the light meals they serve. The staff was friendly and they were also taking into account the rules to make you feel safe regarding Covid 19. Defenitely recommended!!

Beautiful restored building to original standards, transformed in to an idealic and peaceful haven to relax and enjoy this sunshine corner of Madeira. The staff are welcoming and friendly and for those who want a small boutique feel this couldn't be more perfect.The outside terrace has just enough space for a few house guests and visitors looking for a drink. You can find sun loungers, relaxing sitting areas under trees and a small pool for cooling off in that summer heat.
