Quarto bom e bem espaçoso. Ótimo café da manhã, cobrado à parte. Não puderam estender o checkout, "hotel lotado", mas guardaram a bagagem até o horário de saída. Um dos elevadores estava quebrado durante toda nossa estada de 3 noites.

Wir würden gerne mehr Sterne vergeben. Wir bedanken uns bei allen Mitarbeitern, wir wurden freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Das Frühstück war super lecker. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und Zimmersetvice lief ohne Probleme. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen wieder, definitiv. Leider sind unsere Tage vorbei. :(

Booked the Junior Suite. Was given a room with no coffee machine and a broken fridge. Also, the room has only one seat in the “living” area. Even though it was a “Suite”.
When we asked for a change of room (same room type) we were charged 20 euro cleaning fee. What nonsense.

Muito bom hotel no centro. Eu até tinha uma vaga de estacionamento gratuita no estacionamento subterrâneo comigo no momento da reserva - isso por si só vale duas estrelas. A localização na Kurfürstendamm é ideal se você estiver na cidade ou quiser experimentar algo.O quarto era grande, espaçoso e limpo. A cama parecia nova. A equipe foi agradável e acolhedora. Em suma, altamente recomendado.

Extremely clean and spacious room (compared to most standard doubles) with a nice bathtub and a new SmartTV. The mattress was huge but not of exceptional quality. A 6-7 minute walk from the Savignyplatz tube and then a 20 minutes ride for the main tourist attractions, but only one block away from Ku'udam street for shopping lovers. We were offered a kettle when we asked, but next time we will book a comfort room with a coffee machine.

We stayed in room 401.The room was nice, but not great pillows or bedding.There was a safe in the room.Good staff, great breakfast, decent but slightly run-down locationVery close to Lidl market and many restaurants nearby.Short walk to Christmas Market at Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial.No free waters in room.

Can't fault it. Reception staff lovely, mainly dealt with same young man, who couldn't do enough for us. Can purchase tickets here for tram/ underground etc. Dead easy, only about 8 min walk to station if that. Few local cafes/shops. Cant fault cleanliness.Timed it right for yearly change over of mattresses. Beautifully decorated for Christmas.I'd stay again.❤

I has been twotimes in this hotel. Sowhat can I say?.. for this price is unique. Superlative.. Located in one of the greatest areas of Berlin with buses, train ,subway at very close distance..Having amazing restaurantand stores ( expensive stores)all over the area..Their service is friendly, professional. The breakfast Is fresh , having agreat variety of dishes..Don'thesitate to go to ABBA Berlin.. You will fall in love with this place

I went for a work conference. First of all the conference/meeting services were great. Very organized. The meeting room was very adequate. There was a staff member who was in charge of looking after us, providing waters, snacks etc. Very good. The rooms are large and clean. I do understand why some people complain about the pillows. They are small and hard. There are no coffee pots, or tea kettles in the rooms. You can ask for an electric kettle at reception. The breakfast buffet is very nice with a lot of variety. The staff was always helpful.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It's in a great location, walking distance to major stores and the train to take you into the middle of the city and all the major sight seeing spots. The staff was super friendly and accommodating of our rather large group staying there. There are a bunch of great restaurants in the area too. Also has a convenience store less than a block away for all your hotel room snacking desires! Room was clean and beds were super comfortable. Had a great view of the area as well. All in all, great place to stay!

Nos gustó mucho este hotel. Instalaciones nuevas, personal súper atento y el desayuno bastante bueno y variado. El inconveniente es que está bastante alejado del centro, y a dos o tres calles de la parada de metro. Lo recomiendo más para otro tipo de viaje que no sea hacer turismo durante días en Berlín.

Me gustó mucho este hotel, por las habitaciones y por la ubicación. Lo unico, esta está como a 10 min caminando de la estacion de metro (s-bahn). El desayuno es bueno. Es importante aclarar que es un hotel corporativo, no esperen tener atracciones para niños. Pero no quiere decir que no puedan con ellos. Recomendable 100%.

Todo positivo salvo un detalle: en el desayuno tardaban muchísimo en reponer los productos que se agotaban debido a la gran afluencia de comensales. Los camareros deberían estar más atentos a este detalle. Todo lo demás correcto: instalaciones modernas, personal amable, buen servicio de limpieza, situado a 4-5 minutos de una boca del metro.
