This a nice family owned hotel or AL-Alojamento Local, the Portugal's denomination for simple hotels or Airbnb or BB, not far from city center and very well located in the Metro Line to and from the airport. In a corner and facing a large park starts at the 6th floor.

Nice hotel, excellent location for acces to public transport, clean and spacious room, friendly staff, and an adequate (though not great) breakfast. Watch out for their credit card machines.. they don't work often, and if you don't have large sums of cash, you're going to be in trouble!

Espaço amplo relvado com uma imponente fonte. Ótimo para passar uma boa tarde em convívio. Espaço relvado permite jogar, picnic entre as atividades ao ar livre de recreação como vimos um malabarista e jogos de amigos ou pais com filhos a divertirem-se. Passei em visita e foi muito agradável.

El recepcionista muy amable pero no me gustó el detalle de qué fotocopiase mi pasaporte cuando solo hay que meter un numero. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que estando nuestra habitación en la octava planta teníamos que pasar si o si por la recepción( 6°) y volver al ascensor otra vez. Lo último es que las habitaciones no son como aparecen en las fotos son más pequeñas y sinceramente no me gustan que me tomen el pelo.

Was alright.Relatively basic.Was there on the company dollar, so can't complain, it did what it needed to.Breakfast was very basic.For choice, I reckon there are probably better places for the same money elsewhere in Lisbon.

Excellent ubication, right in front of the metro exit. Beds were comfortable, place was clean and staff very friendly. It has amazing views to the fonte luminosa. Downstairs, in the same building, there is a Bakery / restaurant that was very convenient. A great spot to have a pastel de nata!

The accomodation is fine, although since it's still a recent investment, there are still some glue and paint smells. The breakfast is short.. there's only bread, butter, spreadable cheese, and jam.. No ham, no sliced cheese, no bacon, no eggs..
I spoked with one of the ladies and she told they are fighting to get it... Which makes me believe that it's a lack of investment from the owner...
Anyway, a quick tip: once you get out of the metro, take the exit to the left( DON'T follow the signs for Alameda D. Afonso Henriques!!)
Despite that, all's fine. 3 out of 5 is a fair value.

Los diferentes trabajadores que había en la recepción fueron realmente amables, intentando en todo momento ayudarte y explicarte qué ver de la ciudad. Ya he estado en dos habitaciones y ambas estaban reformadas, pareciendo estar en un hotel de 4 estrellas. La limpieza de las habitaciones fue adecuada, no existiendo en ningún momento ruidos molestos. Justo en la puerta de la pensión hay una boca de metro, conectándote así con toda la ciudad.Por último, decir que las vistas de la séptima y octava planta son impresionantes. ¡Volveré!
