Decepcionante que un hotel de esta categoría tenga en la cama de la habitación que nos asignaron unos bichos propios de los colchones llamados CHINCHES, es realmente bochornosos e inaceptable que en la mañana cuando uno se levanta encuentre la cama inundaba de estos bichos y tal como lo dice la literatura 8 días después sale el resultado de las picaduras de estos animales volvieron nada nuestros brazos, piernas y espalda, pudiendo ocasionarnos hasta la muerte por una alergia. ABSURDO, DEJA MUCHO QUE DECIR DE LA LIMPIEZA E HIGIENE DE LAS HABITACIONES.

Fiquei hospedado por 3 dias. O hotel é excelente. Toda a equipe é muito atenciosa; hotel que se preocupa com os detalhes. Pra completar, o restaurante é acima da média. 100% recomendado para se hospedar e também para conhecer o restaurante.

O Ananda é um hotel boutique, localizado dentro da cidade amuralhada, muito próximo às muralhas. A decoração é de muito bom gosto. O hotel tem um restaurante excelente, pátio com jardim interno, piscina, bar, e na cobertura uma hidromassagem, com maçãs. A suíte tem ar condicionado tipo split, ventiladores de teto, armários, gavetas, cama deliciosa e banheiro em dois ambientes. Mas, o que nos conquistou foi o atendimento. Todos os profissionais são gentis, educados, simpáticos e acolhedores. Sentiremos saudades da Lilibeth, Guiomar, Andréa, Ahmad, Ronaldo e todos os demais. Recomendamos.

Maravilhoso. Todos os ambientes cuidadosamente decorados, atendentes super atenciosos e prestativos, acomodação impecável com mimos de boas vindas. Áreas externas incríveis e aconchegantes. Área de piscina, hidromassagem e jacuzzi muito bem decorada e convidativa. No restaurante só experimentamos o café da manhã que é escolhido por opções pré estabelecidas no cardápio. Bem servido e saboroso.

El hotel muy bonito, el servicio de bar y de habitaciones muy amable. El resto un puro desastre. Puntos a mejorar •Las habitaciones son tremendamente ruidosas. Se puede oír a los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado. Para colmo la bomba del agua de la piscina estaba rota y hacia un ruido contante desde las 7 de la mañana. Les pedimos que retrasaran el horario de encender la bomba ya que despertarte con el ruido de la bomba y la cafetera del bar no es agradable. Gracias a dios que al día siguiente accedieron a ello. Por no mencionar el convite de boda de la noche anterior en la casa de al lado que nos mantuvo despiertos hasta las 2am. •Los precios del minibar me parece un robo pero bueno eso ya es decisión de ellos y opcional para el huésped. Aunque hay que decir que omiten los mostrar los precios a los huéspedes. •El agua que ofrecen es agua potable filtrada y también a precio de oro. Mucho que desear por ser un hotel de estas características. •El servicio de bar en el rooftop es inexistente y el agua del jacuzzi está sucia. Por lo demás es un buen lugar para relajarte. •El desayuno nada recomendable, el pan de molde es congelado, lo tuestan y queda como una piedra incomible. El muesli que ofrecen está en mal estado con los frutos secos agrios y si pides algo adicional te informan que tiene un sobre cargo a la habitación. El yogur viene súper cargado de azúcar. El peor desayuno de los 5 hoteles que hemos estado en Colombia. Los otros 5/5 y más económicos. •En nuestro último día al volver del almuerzo estuvimos mas de 10 minutos en la puerta esperando que abrieran ya que nadie respondía al timbre (imagínense que alguien tiene una urgencia de ir al baño) aunque según el hotel ofrecen servicio de recepción 24/7 y a las 15:00 nadie abre la puerta. En definitiva nos fuimos un día antes del hotel y gracias a esa decisión!Notas positivas Por lo general Colombia tiene Hoteles y restaurantes hermosos con un servicio excelente y les recomiendo que visiten este país maravilloso. Un encanto de paisajes diversos y cultura! Lo único negativo fue la mala suerte que tuvimos con este Hotel o la gran suerte con los otros 4 hoteles que estuvimos en nuestro viaje. 😉 Cada uno que lo interprete como quiera.

We stayed here for 4 days and loved everything about it! Location was perfect and short walking distance to everything. Room, facilities, and food were all great.But the service was incredible! While all the staff members were great, the front desk went above and beyond to make things nice and easy. When I asked for directions to a place to change money, the front desk just arranged for someone to come to the hotel and do it for me within 15 minutes while I ate breakfast. When I asked for recommendations for scheduling a PCR Covid test ahead of my return flight, the front desk was able to schedule a test to be done for me at the hotel the next morning.Would definitely stay at Ananda again!

Good points: the cleaning staff was really nice and thoughtful!
The rooms look good and the bed is very big and comfortable.
Bad points:
Rooms are very noisy, you can literally hear people talk (non mumble) as if they are in your own shower.
The bill was incorrect, and they already put the tip on your hotel bill which was weird to me.
The front desk employees were VERY rude and impolite. I have never been treated like this.
Orders on the rooftop didn't come, we ordered some bottles from the bar and after 40 mins I had to remind the waiter again.
All in all.. not worth it, for approximately the same price you could get a way better hotel in Cartagena.

My girlfriend and I stayed here on vacation for a week. There are a lot of hotels to choose from in the area and we are so very happy that we chose Ananda. The hotel is beautiful and is the perfect backdrop to a holiday in this part of Colombia. Although the structure itself has been around a very long time, the hotel itself has been very modernized. Reliable hot water and air conditioning, which is absolutely vital if you are staying here. The rooms had great attention to detail. The staff was friendly, kind, and accommodating. The two pools were fantastic. The food in the restaurant was very good. All in all, we would highly recommend staying here. It truly added to the enjoyment of our stay.

La decoración del hotel es muy bella, los espacios transmiten confort e historia. Mi experiencia allí fue en el restaurante, tiene una carta variada y buenas opciones. No me fue bien con el pollo, ya que su corte fue grueso y le faltó cocción, por eso no lo califico bien. Creo que fue un descuido en la cocina, pero considero que el lugar y su personal están capacitados para ofrecer el mejor servicio.

Lugar muy confortable, el personal es super atento y te ayudan con todo lo que necesites, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas, esta ubicado en una muy buena zona y puedes ir andando a cualquier lado.

The hotel itself was nice. But the flush button on our toilet was broken and the guy at the front desk tried to scammed me. I asked the desk to order me a cab to the airport. The guy at the front desk quoted me a very high price which i denied. The "cab" arrived and it wasn't a cab at all. Either a private car service or a guy with connections to the hotel. Got to the airport and the driver refused to give me my change. I will not go back and I don't advise others to do so. This is an expensive hotel and not worth the price. Especially with such dishonesty. I recommend the Bastion Luxury Hotel. Similar price but better hotel, staff, and accommodations.
