Ponta Delgada

Centrally located in Ponta Delgada a 4-minute walk from the sea Antillia offers spacious accommodation in modern rooms and apartments. Its extensive facilities include outdoor and indoor pools as well as a spa with hot tub.All rooms at Antillia Hotel Apartamento are air conditioned and fitted with cable TV channels. Apartments include an open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area. Free WiFi is available in the rooms.Guests who would like to stay fit can work out in the gym equipped with cardio and fitness machines.They can also unwind in the sauna or benefit from the on-site Turkish bath.From the Antillia Hotel it is possible to access Ponta Delgada's main landmarks including the Portas da Cidade and the city's historical Baixa area both within a 10-minute walk. Free private parking is available.

It was a perfect place to stay for a week with our two small kids. The room was just enough space for the four and with an enough equipped kitchen to have some dinner at night and tour the island during the day. The amenities are quite good, with a good indoor pool and sauna. Recommend it and would love to come back one day.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Nice clean rooms and good breakfast spread - only slightly let down by some maintenence things which need attention like the pool area, sauna and a very forgotten gym and games area. I had a pleasant stay and would reccomend this place for those staying close to city centre.

The Antilla hotel was quite a surprise when we got there. We did not expect a hotel of this scale in the middle of all the small streets of the town of Ponta Delgada. You enter trhough a tunnel along one of the streets and find a professional hotel of good proportions. The hotel is tidy and the personell very friendly at any time during any of the 24h of the day. The rooms are clean and complete. Good warm water in the shower and finally a hotel with good beds! During our stay approx. 4 or 5 rooms of the 64 were occupied still there was always someone of the staff available for you. The location is great, the sights of the harbour and the cruiseships as well as shops, restaurants, nature and the city views are within walking distance. The sports facility was a bit outdated which could be updated in my opinion. If it were I would surely have worked out there at least once.

Stayed here for a week. Location was perfect. Room was a good size, comfortable and cleaned every day. Our room was a fair distance from reception but there were lifts that were quick to arrive. There are other options for breakfast nearby so we only had breakfast half the time we were there. Breakfast was okay but hot food was not hot - warm if you're lucky! Not bad value at €10 for a buffet. There was noisy building work going on in the hotel while we were there (August 2022) that started at 8am every day. Not great if you wanted to sleep late. Generally a positive experience.
