Pessoal simpático, camas boas, pedi a traseira do hotel e pisos altos, dormesse bem, sem ruídos, sistema de marcação de hora de peq almoço, médio, o café parece água, classificação de 4 estrelas exagerada, é hotel agradável para uma classificação de 3 estrelas. O sistema do lavatório, está incorreto, o lavatório está muito puxado atrás.

No me gustó nada. Le pedimos al recepcionista, por favor, que nos pusieran habitación con balcón a la calle y no quiso hacerlo a pesar de que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío. Un día encendí el aire acondicionado y me fué imposible apagarlo en toda la noche. Totalmente imposible.

El parking un poco caro, el desayuno no es de buena calidad, la limpieza es buena, las personas que atienden en el desayuno son un poco antpaticas, la cama es muy grande y confortable, se necesita coche para todo . No es un cuatro estrellas, solo llegaria en mi opinión a un tres estrellas.

Hotel céntrico, instalaciones correctas, trato del personal excelente, buffet libre variado y saludable y lo mejor, alquiler gratuito de bicicletas para desplazarte hasta la playa o poblaciones cercanas!!

El personal ha sido muy amable, tanto en el restaurante (súper pendientes de todo en el desayuno. Por cierto, muy bueno!) como en la recepción. El personal de limpieza muy sociable. Está todo muy limpio. Se ve que es viejo el hotel pero han hecho reformas. Tienes un único ascensor, pequeño, para cuatro plantas de habitaciones pero funciona bastante rápido. La única pega, en una de las habitaciones que teníamos, la ducha estaba atascada y se amontonaba el agua.

This year I'm really disappointed with the service with a member of staff about her attitude and rudeness.
For a few years me and my friends always stay here for the Carnaval. The rooms, cleanness and reception staff all 5 stars. But this year the waitress called Nair at breakfast was rude, didn't even answer to us after we said good morning, didn't top up enough food for us, made not really polite comments and all of that because we came from the carnaval night and we had our costumes on. But that's the whole point of carnaval! There was no one else there having breakfast and we were actually quiet because we were tired.
My other friend came to join us later on and the same waitress Nair, went to her without saying good morning and said "are you with those ones over there"!! Must say my friend was a bit in chock with her attitude and unprofessionalism. You should not talk like that with your guests. If you don't want to deal with guess at breakfast, why are you working there?!
It's with really sadness I can say I don't really want to come back here!

El personal muy amable. Me tocó una habitación con terraza y vistas al río justo estaba en la puerta del hotel. El desayuno correcto y las comidas eché de menos el bacalao de Portugal.
