Valor para o dinheiro não compatível. Pobre café da manhã. Eu abri a geladeira na sala não havia nem mesmo uma pequena garrafa de água, por outro lado havia um grande fedor como se houvesse um homem morto que invadiu todo o quarto que eu tinha que ouvir a noite toda. Eu senti o cheiro da senhora que eu acho que é o proprietário que se desculpou, mas também me fez pagar pelo café ....... PARA SER CANCELADO.

Hotel aconchegante, equipe acolhedora, grandes salas, Great móveis. Eu dormi confortavelmente em travesseiros cheios de penas. Eu recomendo.

Hotel fantástico, serviço perfeito, quartos confortáveis. Restaurante foi fechado por causa de covid, mas meu parceiro que ficou antes disse que a comida é excelente. O serviço de transporte muito cedo pela manhã o completou. Definitivamente, eu recomendo ficar aqui.

Fantastic hotel, perfect service, comfortable rooms. Restaurant was closed because of covid but my partner who stayed before said the food is excellent. Shuttle service very early in the morning made it complete. I will definitely highly recommend to stay here.

I booked this hotel for the Summer of 2020 for our family of 9 - however, I had to cancel the reservation early Spring due to Covid 19 (flights were canceled, borders were closed and we were not allowed to travel - lockdown.) I personally called the hotel and verbally advised them of the cancelation, thinking it was taken care of (lady did not instruct me to do anything else at this time.) Due to Covid, everything was under lockdown, borders were closed so no chance of us traveling this summer - I canceled all hotels, transportations etc. in Romania at the same time. On Monday Aug 11th the hotel called me asking if we were going to check in. I explained that I canceled the reservation back in Spring (due to Covid lockdown) and the lady on the phone said she understood (not once did she say I needed to take some action on their website.) Today is Aug 13th and I just received charges for my reservation - it is beyond upsetting. I emailed the hotel and they now said that I should have canceled online (nothing was said to me when I originally canceled back in Spring) and that it is too late, as they already charged our credit cards. Well this is frustrating - we can't travel, we are not allowed to travel, we are not eligible to enter the country and I have done all I could to inform them not once but twice, yet they still charged me. This is totally unacceptable!!!

A decisão entre 3 e 4 estrelas é bastante difícil, mas ainda assim 3. O quarto, apesar de relativamente espaçoso e decorado em estilo (que é surpreendentemente agradável em todo o edifício), não tem aqueles pequenos acessórios que são normalmente encontrados mesmo em um quarto de 3 estrelas. Escova de roupa em falta, escova de sapato, kit de banho, kit de costura, bebidas e lanches na geladeira. Teoricamente oferece segurança, é praticamente uma caixa de matrícula eletrônica que não é apanhada por nada; qualquer um pode pegá-lo e sair com ele. O restaurante abre apenas às 19:00 ... Café da manhã é um pouco pobre em opções. Embora eu especificado desde o início que quero pequeno-almoço não foi incluído na conta quando eu paguei o quarto. Eu tive que pagar separadamente quando saí. Eu não entendi porque, embora os quartos têm portas de vidro, a varanda é, na verdade, uma borda de 20 cm e você tem que ir para o terraço, se você quiser tomar uma lufada de ar. No resto o edifício parece vir muito, em direção espetacular, a área é tranquila.

Un gran hotel cerca del aeropuerto y con una temática muy interesante. Los que nos atendieron fueron muy majos con nosotros. Las habitaciones estaban limpias. El único pero es que pedimos cama doble y nos dieron una con dos camas separadas... pero las juntamos nosotros y todo bien.

La decisión entre 3 y 4 estrellas es bastante difícil, pero sigue siendo 3. La habitación, aunque relativamente espaciosa y amueblada con estilo (que es sorprendentemente agradable en todo el edificio), no tiene esos pequeños accesorios que generalmente se encuentran incluso en una habitación de 3 estrellas. Faltan cepillo de ropa, cepillo de zapatos, kit de baño, kit de costura, bebidas y refrigerios en la nevera. Teóricamente ofrece caja fuerte, es prácticamente una caja de matrícula electrónica que no queda atrapada por nada; cualquiera puede tomarlo e irse con él. El restaurante abre solo a las 7 pm ... El desayuno es un poco pobre en opciones. Aunque desde el principio especifiqué que quería el desayuno, esto no estaba incluido en la factura cuando pagué la habitación. Tuve que pagarlo por separado cuando me fui. No entendí por qué, aunque las habitaciones tienen puertas de vidrio, el balcón es en realidad una repisa de 20 cm y tienes que ir a la terraza si quieres respirar. En el resto el edificio se ve muy venido, hacia espectacular, la zona es tranquila.

Very nice place to stay near the airport. Even though you can hear the airplanes outside in the rooms you don't. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant was closed when we arrived after seven so we went to the local pizzeria five minutes walk from the hotel we had a nice dinner there. Breakfast was nice, they had only boiled eggs and they wouldn't make omlet although I asked. All the hotel decorations are about airplanes and flying which is very nice.

Excellent customer service. Beautiful place, care for details, very clean, good breakfast and breakfast on the go if you have an early flight. One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in Europe. Very close to the airport. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend.

Highly recommended: Great staff and really nice rooms. The restaurant was open late and breakfast was very nice. I did not purchase breakfast with my room... but I would recommend doing so.
