Já estivemos neste local algumas vezes antes, mas desta vez foi uma experiência muito ruim. O quarto em que estávamos (222) tinha um barulho horrivelmente alto e quero dizer ruído extremamente alto saindo da unidade de ar / ventilação PTAC e nos impediu de dormir a noite toda. Em vez de devolver o nosso dinheiro, recebemos apenas $ 25 de volta e alguns pontos que nunca nos fazem bem e parece que o gerente geral não quer responder e-mails ou trabalhar comigo para chegar a uma solução que seja boa para nós dois, então nós nunca mais voltarei a este local

We’ve been to this location a couple times before but this time was a really bad experience. The room we were in (222) had a horribly loud and I mean extremely loud noise coming out of the PTAC air/vent unit and kept us from sleeping all night long. Instead of refunding our money we only got $25 back and some points that never ever do us any good and it seems the general manager does not want to answer emails or work with me in coming to a solution that is good for both of us so we will never be back to this location

Hotel was just what we needed. A place to shower and sleep before hitting the road the next day. No Frills and very "self service". Complimentary food/beverages for breakfast was truly grab and go and it was just right for the price paid for the room. Only issue was a food container was left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. We alerted the front desk however we received no response after alerting them.

Nice room. Housekeeping shows up every day with new towels as needed and makes bed. Coffee downstairs is excellent. Made by the cup fresh. Great rates!

Nos alojamos en el nuevo hotel Avid en Hattiesburg, Mississippi, mientras visitábamos a nuestro hijo en USM e íbamos a un partido de fútbol. Agradable personal amable y servicial, hotel súper limpio, desayuno gratis y excelente café. Fácil registro de entrada y salida. Vestíbulo tranquilo y agradable donde pudimos traer algo de comida tarde en la noche después del juego y pasar un tiempo con nuestro hijo y sus amigos. ¡Gran trabajo! ¡Definitivamente nos quedaremos de nuevo!

This was a very pleasant experience. The front desk and breakfast room staff were very friendly. The coffee was wonderful. The room was clean and well appointed the only thing I would add is a table at the bedside to place your book or tablet on.

We stayed at the new Avid Hotel in Hattiesburg, Mississippi while visiting our son at USM and going to a football game. Nice friendly, helpful staff, super clean hotel, free breakfast and great coffee! Easy check in and out. Quiet and nice lobby where we were able to bring in some food late night after the game and spend some time with our son and his friends. Great job!
We'll definitely stay again!

This hotel is extremely overpriced for it’s location and the lack of amenities provided at the property, there is no swimming pool and this is Mississippi, I’m not certain why the property doesn’t have a pool but it’s definitely not worth $175 a night that I paid for it considering that it had no pool & nothing for kids to do whatsoever the breakfast was mediocre at best there wasn’t even breakfast on our second day here the rooms were cheaply accommodated there were no amenities in the room, no microwave and no coffee maker and the soap dispensers were empty.overall this is not a hotel I would stay at again.They simply do not have anything that makes this hotel worth its current rate. They should lower their rates to Motel 6 rates, that would be more accurate again minus a pool.
