O Hotel Bastion é excelente! Adoramos! O Hotel é realmente o que se mostra nas fotos. O café da manhã merece destaque, com várias frutas e um variado cardápio. O ponto alto é o excelente atendimento e profissionalismo dos funcionários. Todos muito gentis e educados. Ótima localização dentro da Cidade Muralhada e excelente infra estrutura.

The room, staff, location, pool and location was great. The food was amazing. The seafood soup I had was to die for. One of the best meals I ever had. And I lived in New Orleans for a while.

El servicio es excelente y quisieramos agradecer a todos los que trabajan en este lugar desde las personas de la recepción hasta las personas de la limpieza. El hotel trabaja con una empresa de transporte turístico muy seria que propone un servicio excelente. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, muy lindo y decorado con gusto. El único punto negativo es que huele un poco a moho en las habitaciones pero creo que con el clima de la ciudad es algo normal.

Bastion Luxury Hotel offers a singular experience while being located in a prime location on the historic center of Cartagena.The complete architecture desing combines paris 60’s style with historic architecture of Cartageba. The rooms are spacious enought with heigh ceilings and very comfy beds. We stayed for three nights and since we arrived the service was excellent, they booked trips fo us and where very attentive to what we liked and needed. The Hotel has a very nice restaurant on the first floor called El gobernador. In this indoor restaurant you can have lunch, dinner for an extra charge. Its here where you have breakfast which is very good, you can order eggs and some aditional things a la carte with no charge. I recommend the bennedict eggs. On the last floor they have a rooftop with pool with bar, loungers and pool all well kept and a great place to enjoy the sunset with some drinks.

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi we were greeted with a smile comfort and luxury, (for Cartagena at least) the check-in process with Ana at reception was a breeze we were given a welcoming drink and shown to our room, the room was just as described and expected very clean, hot water and a/c, the staff remembers your name throughout your stay and makes sure your every need is met, we were helped to have a lab to our room to take the Covid-19 test so we didn't have to go look anywhere else, the pool has some of the best views of the old city; breakfast was included with our stay and their selection is magnificent, so many choices and delicious, the whole atmosphere at this hotel is just so peaceful, relaxing and safe. We truly loved our stay at this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Really a five-star. It has a privileged location in the historic center. The pool with a unique view and very well equipped. ⛱🏝 All staff are committed to providing world-standard service. Comfortable rooms, bathroom with local amenities. Breakfast has a great variety in the buffet and a complementary menu with other delicacies.

Hotel maravilhoso, clássico e moderno ao mesmo tempo. Quartos amplos, limpos e cheirosos. Todos os atendentes são simpáticos e gentis, nos ajudando a reservar excursãoe pegar transporte. A piscina é linda e o bar incrivel. O barmanJorge é engraçado e nos atendeu perfeitamente. No primeiro dia jantamos no El Gobernador, o restaurante do hotel. Excelente ubicación, calidad, amenities, atención del personal, el solarium y su piscina! Para mejorar el mantenimiento de las habitaciones, el colchón pésimo, el aire condensada agua, los teléfonos no funcionaba bien y demasiados ruidos a la hora de descansó en la siesta!
