O proprietário é uma pessoa maravilhosa que sabe como colocá-lo à vontade. Os quartos são muito agradáveis e bem mobilados, a casa fica perto de um parque por isso é muito calmo. O café da manhã é delicioso e muito variado: bom café, iogurte e geleias, brioches e a focaccia típica da Ligúria, fresca do forno, anima o seu despertar.
