We have had to stay in a room here for the past four months. It gets pretty expensive especially paying weekly rates. The staff is polite and they have been willing to work with us when weare occasionally a day late on paying for the room. But we have always paid 271.00 a week without fail for the past four and a half months. Turns out there is a law that exempts you having to pay taxes once you have stayed 30 days or more without checking out of the roomand as long as you pay your full bill every week. You are considered a resident after 30 days. So for the last three months they have been charging us an extra 120 a month. I am sure they aren't ignorant to the tax exemption they are supposed to deduct after 30 days since they are running a business. So they have been taking advantage of us since we didn't know any different. Its hard enough saving for a place without them ripping us off. It was ok. But a seriously major issue was no internet. At all. Phone couldn't get on their wifi, laptop couldn't either. They did nothing to solve the issue and blamed it on the weather. Um, no. Not the weather. More like they haven't paid their bill so they were cut off would be my guess. I understand. This manufactured hysteria over viruses has devastated the hotel industry, to the point where owners and managers have had to resort to basically fleecing the guests however they can manage...but for goodness sake....just say your internets down and lop off a couple dollars on the room. There's nothing quite as irritating as finally being settled in your room, ready to do work and be productive, and suddenly no internet. Seriously. SERIOUSLY. Foi tudo bem. Mas um problema sério importante era a falta de internet. Em absoluto. O telefone não conseguiu ligar o wi-fi, nem o laptop. Eles não fizeram nada para resolver o problema e culparam o clima. Hum, não. Não o clima. Acho que eles não pagaram a conta, então foram cortados. Compreendo. Essa histeria fabricada sobre vírus devastou a indústria hoteleira, a ponto de proprietários e gerentes terem de recorrer a basicamente tosquiar os hóspedes da maneira que puderem ... mas, pelo amor de Deus ... basta dizer que sua internet desligou e cortou alguns dólares no quarto. Não há nada tão irritante quanto estar finalmente acomodado em seu quarto, pronto para trabalhar e ser produtivo e, de repente, sem internet. Seriamente. SERIAMENTE.

Management is great and all about cleanliness!Nice n peaceful place to stay. Everything is close by too. A gestão é ótima e tudo sobre limpeza! Nice n lugar tranquilo para ficar. Tudo está perto também.

Did not clean at all, had to change sheets myself, never once, in the week I was there, vacuumed, nasty and dirty room. Had to ask for clean towel each day, very rude management. Não limpei nada, tive que trocar os lençóis sozinho, nunca uma vez, na semana em que estive lá, aspirado, quarto desagradável e sujo. Tive que pedir toalha limpa todos os dias, gestão muito rude.

It's just a good deal I live about now 2 days I don't see nothing the heat is very nice everything is wrong perfect and the hot water work perfect É apenas um bom negócio que vivo agora há 2 dias não vejo nada o calor é muito bom tudo está errado perfeito e a água quente funciona perfeitamente

Towles are dingy, like they hand washed them in the local river and hung them up in a pine tree to dry. The top covers on the bed has cigarettes burned holes in them. The room reeks of cigarette smoke. No water pressure at any faucet. Customer service sucks. Management is nonexistent and always want to put you out, with no refund. They also overreacts to anything they don't like. Estou morando aqui há 3 semanas. Minha empresa reserva este hotel para mim. Eu disse à minha empresa que pararia de trabalhar para eles se eles reservassem um quarto para mim neste hotel. As toalhas são sujas, como se fossem lavadas à mão no rio local e penduradas em um pinheiro para secar. As cobertas superiores da cama têm buracos queimados de cigarros. O quarto cheira a fumaça de cigarro. Sem pressão de água em qualquer torneira. O atendimento ao cliente é péssimo. A gerência é inexistente e sempre quer te colocar para fora, sem reembolso. Eles também reagem exageradamente a qualquer coisa que não gostem.

Le dije a mi compañía que dejaría de trabajar para ellos si alguna vez reservaban una habitación para mí en este hotel. This place is horrible we drove from Missouri and we're supposed to stay there with our crew yet when we got there to check in we were very rudely told to leave and treated like criminals without any viable reason. We had never been there before nor will we ever go back. 2ndly when we pulled into parking lot we witnessed 2 drug deals Este lugar é horrível, dirigimos do Missouri e devemos ficar lá com nossa equipe, mas quando chegamos lá para fazer o check-in, fomos muito rudes nos disse para sair e tratados como criminosos sem qualquer motivo viável. This place is horrible we drove from Missouri and we're supposed to stay there with our crew yet when we got there to check in we were very rudely told to leave and treated like criminals without any viable reason. We had never been there before nor will we ever go back. 2ndly when we pulled into parking lot we witnessed 2 drug deals

Pero un problema muy importante fue la falta de Internet. En absoluto. El teléfono no pudo conectarse a su wifi, la computadora portátil tampoco. No hicieron nada para resolver el problema y culparon al clima. Mmm no. No el clima. Es más como si no hubieran pagado su factura, así que supongo que fueron cortados. Entiendo. Hemos tenido que quedarnos en una habitación aquí durante los últimos cuatro meses. Se vuelve bastante caro, especialmente pagando tarifas semanales. El personal es educado y ha estado dispuesto a trabajar con nosotros cuando ocasionalmente nos retrasamos un día en el pago de la habitación.
