É um hotel que prefiro sempre para negócios, o pessoal é muito simpático e prestativo. Mas o hotel agora precisa de uma reforma séria. O isolamento acústico é imprescindível, especialmente para o exterior.À noite, não pode dormir com o som do exterior. Gosto do café da manhã, mas depende dos gostos. Em uma localização muito central.

Es un hotel que siempre prefiero para los negocios, el personal es muy amable y servicial. Pero el hotel ahora necesita una renovación seria. El aislamiento acústico es imprescindible, especialmente para el exterior, ya que por la noche no se puede dormir por el sonido del exterior. Me gusta el desayuno, pero depende de los gustos. En una ubicación muy céntrica.

O hotel agora está pronto, tapetes de Noah. Os quartos são muito pequenos e planos. É uma pena que o hotel tenha voltado há anos. Deve ser renovado em breve

o habuz e a comida eram bons. Mas ficamos muito surpresos porque havia um elevador quebrado. Usamos 4 quartos. Em 3 quartos, os quartos eram como saunas porque o ar condicionado não funcionava bem. O ar-condicionado funcionava bem, mas não havia edredom no quarto. Muitas coisas precisam de melhorias além da piscina e da alimentação.

tanto habuz como la comida eran buenos. Pero nos sorprendió mucho porque había un ascensor roto, usamos 4 habitaciones. En 3 habitaciones, las habitaciones eran como saunas porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, pero no había edredón en la habitación. Hay muchas cosas que necesitan mejoras además de la piscina y la comida.

El hotel ya está terminado, alfombras de Noah. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y planas. Lástima que el hotel se haya remontado a lo largo de los años. Debería renovarse pronto

Fiquei duas noites. Havia um cheiro de umidade nos quartos, não havia ventilação. Era difícil dormir com o barulho lá fora. A limpeza é ok, mas o café da manhã era muito ruim. Hotéis muito melhores são possíveis pelo mesmo dinheiro.

Estuve dos noches. Hay olor a humedad en las habitaciones, no había ventilación. Era difícil dormir por el ruido del exterior. La limpieza está bien, pero el desayuno era muy malo. Son posibles hoteles mucho mejores por el mismo precio.

Me gustaría agradecer al jefe de cocina, Yusuf, que nunca llama a nuestra casa con sus comidas, a la señora Kübra, que nunca nos hizo esperar en las lanzaderas, y al gerente del hotel Gültekin, que cumplió con todas nuestras solicitudes.

Stayed here on January 2019 for a couple of nights. Not the best best western hotel I’ve been to. But decent and clean rooms compared to the price they offer.

This is one of the best places in Ankara to have a good and memorable experience.
There are many shopping centres around the hotel open from early in the morning to late in the evening.
The hotel might be located in a very congested lane with very scarce parking in the streets, but you can opt for the valet parking service at the hotel in a very meagre price.
The rooms are pretty nice, room service is absolutely splendid.
Complementary breakfast is served.
Dinner can be done either in the hotel (for an additional cost) or in a restaurant anywhere near the hotel which serves food of your choice.
This hotel is a real one stop destination for any family. You might have to come out of your budget a little to pay for the extra beds and stuff but then it is really worth it.
You will have to book the rooms in advance because the hotel has a real demand.

Good location. Clean and nice rooms.Nice staff.Breakfast is good.In some rooms can be smoked. In my experience:Through central the air condition, the smell of smoke cameto my nonsmoking room.It was late in the night.In the morning when I mentioned this, hotel kindly told me that if I had said it in the night , they would have loved to change my room.Other then this, I was happy with the hotel for a short stay.
