Minha esposa e eu viemos para San Antonio para a formatura da Força Aérea de nossa filha e decidimos ter umas férias também. Nós escolhemos este hotel por causa da localização e da cozinha completa que está disponível em alguns dos quartos. Estamos ficando no quarto 220. O quarto é um grande negócio seriamente. Cama king size, área de estar, Nice size cozinha completa e um bom tamanho banheiro. Os quartos limpeza foi bem. Este não é um hotel 5 estrelas, mas é um muito bom mantido, e adequadamente limpo hotel com uma equipe muito simpática. A esposa e eu estamos super felizes, demos uma chance ao Best Western Plus.

O próprio hotel foi o esperado. Quartos e camas confortáveis. Muito limpo. No entanto, fiquei muito chateado com a equipe de check-in. Tivemos uma estadia não planejada de última hora. Nós reservamos online e quando chegamos, não havia funcionários para nos atender. Meu marido olhou em todos os lugares no andar inferior e nada. Ele saiu para encontrar o segurança que tínhamos visto em nossa entrada. Era muito claro que ela estava dormindo nas costas. Levamos quase uma hora para fazer o check-in. Ela estava tão sonolenta até mesmo fazendo o check-in das informações. Foi muito perturbador.

The hotel itself was as expected. Comfortable rooms and beds. Very clean. However I was very upset at the check in staff. We had a last minute unplanned stay. We booked online and when we arrived, there was no staff to attend us. My husband looked everywhere in the lower floor and nothing. He went out to find the security that we had seen on our drive in. The security helped find the check in staff. It was very apparent that she had been sleeping in the back. It took us almost an hour to just check in. She was so drowsy in even doing the check in information. It was very upsetting.

I chose this hotel initially because of the decent reviews and ratings. Unfortunately my experience was different. First of all the accuracy of by reservation was awful. I called for reservations for an over 2 month stay and wanted a King suite with a kitchenette. They assured me I was booked in one, however when I checked in they said they were all full and had me in a double queen standard room. After trying to come up with a solution the were able to get me into their wheelchair accessible room with a partial kitchenette. The staff was very friendly. Upon checking in, the bathroom and kitchen floor were littered with dozens and dozens of dead roaches and bugs. When I told the front desk, they gave me a vacuum so I could clean them myself. The WiFi internet simply didn’t work for my time there. I checked out after 1 night and went somewhere else.

Perfecto para pasar la noche, las camas comodas y limpias, el baño muy bien. Lo único es el clima que hace mucho ruido al entrar el compresor. El desayuno perfecto, aunque por la contingencia lo llevas al cuarto. El personal amable. Sugerido al 100%, vale la pena lo que cobran 👍🏾

Como a maioria dos convidados aqui, viemos para a formatura do BMT da nossa filha. A equipe foi muito acolhedora e prestativa, com pacotes de informações prontas sobre a Lackland AFB, instruções e horários para as atividades de graduação e insights locais. O café da manhã foi melhor do que o café-da-manhã médio do hotel. O elevador foi quebrado durante a nossa estadia, mas isso significa apenas que temos um pouco mais exercício :) O nosso quarto era limpo, pressão do chuveiro era bom ea cama era confortável. Eu ficaria aqui novamente.

Like most guests here, we came for our daughter's BMT graduation. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, with ready-made packets of information about Lackland AFB, directions and times for the graduation activities, and local insights. Breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast. The elevator was broken during our stay but that just means we got a little more exercise :) Our room was clean, shower pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

No sé el porqué e leído comentarios negativos si el servicio de empleados, la limpieza a la habitación la comodidad de las camas y todo es excelente y no se puede quedar el desayuno que está a otro nivel. My wife and I came to San Antonio for our daughter's air force graduation and decided to have a vacation as well. We choose this hotel because of the location and the full kitchen that is available in a few of the rooms. We are staying in room 220. The room is a seriously great bargain. King size bed, living room area, nice sized full kitchen and a ok sized bathroom. The rooms cleanliness was just fine. This is not a 5 star hotel but it is a very nice maintained, and adequately clean hotel with very friendly staff. The wife and I are super happy we gave Best Western Plus a try.

Lugar tranquilo y acogedor. Los cuartos y baños muy limpios. Las camas son muy cómodas. El desayuno es buffet, el menú era variado y estuvo muy bueno. Elegí este hotel porque su piscina era interior ya que fui en temporada de frío. Además tiene un jacuzzi. En general todo estuvo bien. Lo recomiendo.
