Fantastic hotel with a beautiful beach, superb hotel, and excellent service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Outstanding food with a wonderful selection menu For sure I'll come back again and again!!

We got an online deal for a night's stay in a regular room. We were told we got a deluxe room instead which was great but given the provisions, I would have never guessed it was a deluxe room. The room wasn't very clean, the lamp switch was broken and the bathroom light wasn't working properly. The entertainment options are great. However the fire show didn't start on time. We waited for half hour but it was getting late and our LO wanted to sleep so we missed it. The kids entertainment were always on schedule but didnt give equal attention to all children. The staff were quite helpful. I'd maybe go back again to see if the service is any better without a deal but I dont expect it would be.

Location is great overlooking Marjan Island.. and the staff are fabulous.. however it feels like its made for budget tourists.. and it needs some renovations (a fresh coat of paint).. the Dinner buffet was great.. nice Middle Eastern selection. If you don't like European tourists intoxicated by lunch time, this might not be the place for you. If they do a make over.. i will certainly return and recommend.

We are two families staying here for 5 days (Aug 9-13). When I saw its buildings, at first I thought it's like a motel but room interiors are better. Staffs are friendly. Multinational guests. Had a good time.
Note:
1. Room toilets are small and drainage could be better.
2. Sometimes, you have to closely follow up on your requests
3. I felt like there was insufficient service staff for the number of guests stayed.
4. Swimming pool with bar was enjoyable and the water slides too
5. Life guards are attentive and trustable.
5. Kids play area is convenient and could be better with more options for a 4 star hotel
6. Activities are limited and you have to keep track on its timings
7. Staffs were friendly
8. Breakfast is OK

Amazing place to be with friends/Family to have a blasting vacation. The kids can enjoy the water splash pools and very low tide beaches. There is a pool with bar access those who wants to take a sip while in the pool. The activities they organize periodically is amazing and u will luv the work outs.
Huge recommendation for people looking for getaways, holiday spending, honeymoon couples, loners, are any one😍😍😍
