O mau: A sala tinha um vazamento na entrada onde uma poça começava a entrar na sala, tinha falhas elétricas porque se alguém assistisse TV com a luz desligada desligava a TV e a luz se apagava por alguns segundos e o controle da TV Não deu certo, para o aquecimento você tem que ir para a ressepção já que não tem controle próprio e esperar um tempo para que a manutenção vá para a praça, para a troca de espaço eu tive que entregá-lo a 1 da tarde e dei outro para as 5 da tarde tendiam a ficar 4 horas sem espaço, não pensava muito no cliente, a maioria frequentava horrível mas há algumas que são salvas, no restaurante o café da manhã não era quase o mesmo e não te davam bandejas para levar a comida as mesas têm que fazer 2 ou 3 viagens para levá-lo, a piscina fica aberta até tarde e fecha muito cedo. Eu nem tentei, você vai fazer um tour e às 6 horas você vem para uma caminhada que já está fechada.O bom: Pelo menos o quarto tinha vista para a piscina, o restaurante é um buffet, você pode pedir o que quiser, o bar aberto é bom, a localização que pessoalmente gostei, não é perto do centro, mas nós gostamos porque é mais pequena cidade, em frente o hotel tem para um para pular no mar e você pode mascarar e há peixe suficiente para ver. Você pode ter ouriços do mar branco, há uma visão muito agradável e em frente você pode alugar, bicicletas ou carrinhos ou em frente o ônibus que o leva para a ilha inteira passa. Na sala eles consertam diariamente e quando eles entregam é decorado com um sisne de toalhas e pétalas.
Fomos em família e nos divertimos muito com tiras VIP e poderíamos entrar em qualquer hotel. O que fizemos foi alugar mulas de quatro motores para 6 pessoas 24 horas x 280 mil pesos para poder nos transportar para qualquer lugar sem ser cobrado toda vez que o custo do táxi é sempre em 45 mil pesos colombianos em qualquer lugar da ilha. Ou você pode alugar uma motocicleta (100 mil pesos 24 horas) Nos transportes públicos, o bilhete custa 2600 pesos e é até 9 da noite. Você tem que pagar um imposto x entrar na ilha por 116 mil pesos. Tudo na ilha tem um custo x, que é o melhor plano incluído separadamente, se eles vão comprar perfumes na maioria das lojas. Toque em ir para a Riviera é o mais confiável

Buen hotel para descansar, precio económico, fuy con mucha desconfianza por los comentarios pero el hotel es bonito y agradable, la habitación limpia y cómoda, la comida rica aunque repetitiva aveces pero es de esperarse ya que es un todo incluido(también recomiendo ir a la playa de san luis o a la Piscinita donde también puedes bucear, comerce un buen pescado entre 30 mil y 40 mil pesos) en el bar solo tome cerveza, el personal muy atento y servicial, lejos del centro especial para descansar, el mar al frente muy bonito se puede caretear y ver peces de colores, una carpa cuesta 10 mil la hora, en cuanto a taxi al centro el promedio fue de 30 mil pesos aunque existe también trasporte público,en general muy bien para lo pagado. Lo malo es que el aire acondicionado no tiene control.

Os quartos são horríveis, eles não dão o controle do ar condicionado porque se você elevá-lo ao ar o chão começa a escurecer de tanta umidade. O atendimento é ruim, eles são rudes, não tem atendimento.Há uma área onde há bilhar e pingue-pongue, mas eles não permitem adultos somente crianças.

Éramos um grupo de 22 pessoas, e achamos o atendimento muito bom, por ser um hotel tão grande, as filas para alimentação não passavam de 5 minutos e tudo era muito gostoso, os quartos eram grandes, embora seja um pouco afastado do centro, e o transporte é muito caro, mas eu voltaria para aquele hotel.
A atenção é muito ruim as pessoas o tempo todo atendem mal os quartos com umidade a única coisa que eu achei que era boa foi a comida de acordo com o planejado e na ilha em geral as pessoas são hostis e também muito caras tudo

Fuimos un grupo de 22 personas, y nos pareció muy buena la atención, , para ser un hotel tan grande, las filas para la comida no superaban los 5 minutos y todo muy rico, las habitaciones grandes, si queda un poco retirado del centro, y el transporte es demaciado costoso, pero igual yo si volvería a ese hotel..
La atención muy mala la gente todo el tiempo contesta mal las habitaciones con humedad lo único q me pareció bien fue laalimentación acorde al plan y en la isla en general la gente es poco cordial y además demasiado costoso todo

As fotos do hotel não coincidem com a realidade, o hotel encontra-se em muito mau estado (humidade, fugas nos quartos, portas danificadas, sarjetas traseiras prestes a desabar), a comida não é buffet como garantem na reserva e as opções são básicas e nada agradáveis (sem sal, frio, insípido), sem opções de frutas ou bebidas, sem controle do hotel para os hóspedes, pois permitem que eles bebam bebidas alcoólicas e festejem a noite toda até as 6h. nas áreas comuns do hotel deixando-a suja de lixo e vômito, e adicionalmente permitem que roupas fiquem penduradas nas grades e nas fontes decorativas do hotel, fazendo com que pareça um aluguel. A atenção dos funcionários não foi das melhores e eles não se importam com as reclamações que se manifestam, visto que lhes dei a conhecer tudo isto durante a minha estadia.

Las fotos del hotel no coinciden con la realidad, el hotel se encuentra en muy malas condiciones (humedad, goteras en las habitaciones, puertas dañadas, canaletas traseras a punto de caer), la comida no es tipo buffet como aseguran en la reserva y las opciones son básicas y nada agradables (sin sal, frío, sin sabor), no hay opciones de frutas ni bebidas, no hay control por parte del hotel para los huéspedes ya que permiten que beban alcohol y hagan fiestas durante toda la noche hasta las 6a.m. en los espacios comunes del hotel dejándolo sucio por basura y vómito, y adicional permiten que cuelguen ropa en las barandas y en las fuentes decorativas del hotel pareciendo esto un inquilinato. La atención por parte de los empleados no fue la mejor y no se preocupan por las quejas que uno manifiesta ya que todo esto se los hice saber durante mi estancia.
Nosotros fuimos en familia y la pasamos muy bien teníamos manillas vip y podíamos entrar a cualquier hotel. Lo que hicimos fue alquilar mulas cuatrimotor para 6 personas 24horasx$ 280 mil pesos para podernos transportar a cualquier lugar sin que nos cobran cada rato lo del taxi que siempre es costos está en 45 mil pesos colombianos a cualquier lado de la isla. O se puede alquilar moto ( 100 mil pesos 24 horas ) En trasporte público el pasaje está en 2600 pesos es hasta las 9 de la noche. Toca pagar un impuesto x entrar a la isla por valor de 116 mil pesos. Todo en la isla es costos x eso es mejor plan incluido aparte si van a comprar perfumes en la mayoría de las tiendas sonchivados. Toca ir a la Riviera es la más confiable
Lo malo: La habitación tenia una gotera a la entrada conde se hacia un charco que se empezaba entrar al cuarto, tenía fallos eléctricos ya que si uno veía tv con la luz prendía se apagaba el tv y se iba la luz por unos segundos y el control del tv no servía, para la calefaccion tienes que ir hasta la resepcion ya que no hay control propio y esperar un tiempo para que vaya el de mantenimiento a cuadrarlo, para el cambio de habitación tenía que entregarla a la 1 de la tarde y de daban otra a las 5 pm tendidas que quedarte 4 horas sin habitación, no piensan mucho en el cliente, la mayoría atienden horrible pero hay unos que se salvan, en el restaurante no el desayuno casi siempre era lo mismo y no te dan bandejas para llevar la comida a las mesas tienes que hacer 2 o 3 viajes para poderla llevar, la piscina la abren tarde y la cierran muy temprano. Ni la probé tu te vas a turistear y a las 6 que llegas de dar una vuelta ya esta cerrada.Lo bueno: Al menos el cuarto tenia la vista de la piscina, el restaurante es tipo bufet puedes pedir lo que quieras, el bar barra libre es bueno, la ubicación a nosotros personalmente nos gusto, no es cerca al centro pero nos gusto porque es mas pueblito, al frente el hotel tiene para uno tirarse al mar y puedes caretear y hay bastantes peces para ver. Puedes coger erizos de mar blancos, hay una vista muy linda y al frente puedes alquilar, bicicletas o carritos o al frente pasa el bus que te lleva a toda la isla. En el cuarto te lo arreglan diariamente y cuando lo entregan esta decorado con un sisne de toallas y pétalos.
