The rooms are not sound proof. This was the loudest hotel I have ever been too. The first room was so loud it sounded like children blasting music and yelling at the top of their lungs. Then adults and they were very loud too. I think it’s because the walls are paper thin. I asked to move rooms the person at the front desk told me they were fully booked and couldn’t move me. So I went up stairs and spoke with the booking agency which took a very long time and the numbers for this hotel did not work. I ended up booking another hotel and as I was about to check out the lady told me they had another room. It was better because no one was screaming or loud next door but the noise from outside at night woke me up. You can hear everything through the “sound proof” windows. I don’t think the king beds were kings they looked more like queens. I ordered the lemon pepper steak meal. I did not like it. The second room was okay the first room was terrible. After finding out the person lied to me about the rooms it put a bad taste in my mouth about the whole hotel. Which ended costing me more money. I would not stay here again. The second night the hot water ran out. I like the location for walking and street entertainment. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Nice room but food service was not good. No dinner available at arrival and no breakfast neither because it was too early. They need to improve in this aspect. The hotel driver charged twice what a regular cab charged the night before. It was also too far from the airport.

I have not stayed here but I think their attitude is terrible. I booked through a 3rd party and when making the booking the voucher, that should have been added was not and I paid for the full rate for the room. The 3rd party called the Hotel straight away to ask for a refund. Which they rejected. Even though I was going to book straight away the same hotel with the voucher. The booking is over 6 months away and as I said literally look to raise the issue within 1 minute of the booking. Hence, I am unsure what the issue is when there has been an honest mistake and they will not lose out as I was looking to book the same room and etc. If not rectified then I will take my future business elsewhere, as I look to visit Bogotá atleast 8 times a year.

Overall the room was clean and breakfast was amazing, however the wellness included in the basic price is not the best. The sauna is pretty basic and one has to pay extra for better wellness.

Had a great stay in this hotel for a few nights.
The rooms, staff and amenities are simply top shot. I recommend going to the spa zone and the restaurant absolute must goes.
Great location in one of the best zones in Bogota as well. Very, very recommended!
