Não havia nem balé nem esfregão. A máquina de lavar louça não funciona e você é forçado a deixar os pratos limpos e arrumados no chão sob uma multa de até € 50. O chuveiro perde água pela porta e pelo lado. O banheiro é minúsculo. Não havia nem sal nem pimenta como deveriam fazer. Se eles tiverem 2 fornos, difícil de programar. Cafeteira, geladeira. A caldeira aqueceu mal. Os quartos são bons. Eles colocam toalhas em você, algumas um pouco velhas. Eles têm um bom aquecimento e aquecedor de toalhas. 2 quartos duplos, 1 com 2 camas de solteiro. Sofá-cama. TV pequena

No había ni balleta ni fregona. El lavavajillas no funciona y te obligan a dejar fregados los platos y ordenado el piso bajo multa de hasta 50€. La ducha pierda agua por la puerta y el lateral. El aseo es minúsculo. No había ni sal, ni pimienta como se suponía que harían. Si que tienen 2 hornos, difíciles de programar. Cafetera, nevera. La caldera calentaba mal. Las habitaciones son agradables. Te ponen toallas, algunas un poco viejas. Tienen buena calefacción y calienta-toallas. 2 habitaciones de matrimonio, 1 con 2 camas individuales. Sofacama. TV pequeña.

Um gerenciamento muito confortável pelo aplicativo HomeAway. Vários contatos de fluidos com o Smartflats. O preço da estadia para o 6 muito bem sucedido. A situação permite que você ande pela Grand Place por cerca de 15 minutos. Na mesma rua há possibilidade de estacionamento a 21 € todo o dia. O apartamento é como são as fotografias. Camas confortáveis, embora eu iria colocar algum travesseiro adicional. Tudo muito novo e limpo. Não havia café e chá de cortesia para o primeiro dia, rolos de papel higiênico, saco de lixo, sabão, sem balde ou esfregão, sem toalhas de chá ou panos de limpeza. Eu recomendo colocar alguns cabides no banheiro e nos quartos para pendurar toalhas. Nas imediações existem vários supermercados, como o Carrefour Express. Lojas de todos os tipos e na frente da casa há um McDonald's e outros lugares para comer. A área circundante é o bairro de Matongue, africano, muito aclimatado. Eu alugaria com Smartflats novamente. The situation allows you to walk around the Grand Place for about 15 minutes. In the same street there is possibility of parking at € 21 the whole day. The apartment is as is the photographs. Comfortable beds although I would put some additional pillow. All very new and clean. There was complimentary coffee and tea for the first day, rolls of toilet paper, garbage bag, soap, no bucket or mop, no tea towels or cleaning cloths. I recommend putting some hangers in the bathroom and bedrooms to hang towels. In the vicinity there are several supermarkets such as Carrefour Express. Shops of all kinds and in front of the house there is a McDonald's and other places to eat. The surrounding area is the Matongue neighborhood, African, very acclimated. I would rent with Smartflats again. Thank you.

Una gestión muy cómoda por la app de HomeAway. Varios contactos fluidos con Smartflats. El precio de la estancia para los 6 muy acertado. La situación te permite ir paseando hasta la Grand Place unos 15 minutos. En la misma calle hay posibilidad de parking a 21€ el día completo. El apartamento es tal cual las fotografías. Camas cómodas aunque yo pondría alguna almohada adicional. Todo muy nuevo y limpio. Había café y té de cortesía para el primer día, rollos de papel higiénico, bolsa de basura, jabón, no había cubo ni fregona, tampoco paños de cocina o trapos para limpieza. Yo recomiendo poner algunas perchitas en baño y dormitorios para colgar toallas. En las proximidades hay varios supermercados como Carrefour Express. Tiendas de todo tipo y frente a la casa hay un McDonald y otros sitio para comer. La zona aledaña es el barrio Matongue, africano, muy ambientado. Volvería a alquilar con Smartflats. Muchas gracias.
