Booked this hotel as the details said Kitchen in room and breakfast included.
The induction in the kitchen slab was so so slow... It took almost 30mins to warm a glass of water.
Though the website said breakfast... It was not available...
Would be my last option to book this place goung forward

O lugar é muito limpo, muito bem, posso dormir, não há barulho o tempo todo, a equipe mantém tudo sob controle, triste a piscina está perto, mas é para manter a saúde de todos em boas condições. não consigo dormir, mas eu recomendo 100% você deve experimentar candlewood é o lugar para ficar você se foi, você não vai se arrepender 😁

Place is very clean very quite I can sleep there's no noise at all times staff keeps everything under control sad the pool is close but is to keep everyone heath in good condition laundry its free and gym good equipment so many hotels I stay in its so crazy can not get any sleep but I recomed 100 % you should try it out candlewood is the place to stay you goner love it you wont regret it 😁

Eu gostaria de saber que a piscina está fechada antes da reserva, então eu reservaria outra coisa em uma localização mais conveniente para mim. Eles poderiam fazer um trabalho melhor de comunicação durante o tempo de reserva. Os quartos são bons, há uma pequena cozinha que tem tudo. É muito conveniente quando você viaja com a família. A localização é péssima se você ficar mais de duas noites. Não há mercearias nas proximidades, não há restaurantes a uma curta distância e o bairro não é ótimo. Fiquei por 2 semanas a negócios e tive que ir de uber para comprar mantimentos e jantar fora. Com isso dito, a equipe é ótima, o quarto e as instalações são limpíssimos e têm lavanderia gratuita. Eu definitivamente recomendaria para uma ou duas noites, ou um ótimo lugar para ficar depois de um evento no Xfintiy Theatre.

Ojalá supiera que la piscina está cerrada antes de reservar, así que reservaría algo más en una ubicación más conveniente para mí. The location does suck if you are staying more than a couple of nights. There are no grocery stores nearby, no restaurants that are in Walking distance and the neighborhood is not great. I stayed for 2 weeks on business and had to uber to buy groceries and to dine out. With that said, the staff is great, the room and facility's are squeaky clean and they have guest laundry free of charge. I woul definitely recommend for a night or two, or a great place to stay after an event at Xfintiy Theater.

I wish I known the pool is closed before booking so I would book something else in more convenient for me location. They could do better job communicating during the booking time.
The rooms are good, there is a small kitchen that has everything. It is very convenient when you travel with family. Everything is clean and tidy.

Minha empresa não sabia que NÃO HÁ ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA NESSE HOTEL!!! A menos que você precise de um conjunto de pneus para o seu carro, é isso. Sem comida, sem bares, sem compras. É basicamente no parque industrial de Hartford. Minha empresa ligou para a Expedia tentando cancelar o hotel e a Expedia ligou para o gerente se recusou a deixar isso acontecer. My company was not aware that there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AROUND THIS HOTEL!!! Unless you need a set of tires for your car, that's it. No food, no bars, no shopping. It's basically in the industrial park of Hartford. My company called Expedia trying to cancel the hotel and Expedia called the manager refused to letthat happen. Probably because they get low reservations due to location. Be sure to research whats around your hotel before booking this place. Typical Hartford hospitality

Estadia agradável. Os quartos me lembram os dormitórios da faculdade, pelo menos as suítes têm uma cozinha completa, um quarto e uma sala de estar, onde eu estava hospedado. . O lugar é um pouco distante de tudo, shoppings, lojas e outros "lugares" que você pode querer se aventurar, mas há restaurantes a duas quadras ou mais e o acesso à rodovia dentro e fora é uma brisa!

Pleasant stay. Rooms remind me of college dorms, at least the Suites do with a full kitchen one bed room and living room, which i was staying in. The place is friendly quiet and mellow, nice gym and a snack room you can access with your room key. The place is a bit distant from everything, shopping malls, stores and other "places" you might want to venture to, but there is restaurants two blocks or so away and access to the highway on and off is a breaze!

Very nice. We were pleasantly surprised when we stopped here for the night while traveling. It would be great for a longer stay, with dishes, a range, a dishwasher, etc. in the room. The beds were extremely soft (too soft for my preference, but definitely luxurious). In comparison to other long term hotels (ahem, Extended Stay), this place is miles above.
