Dice ser un hotel 4 estrellas pero parece de menos estrellas. Para destacar claramente a Cris del front desk. El hizo claramente que nuestra estadía sea mejor. Sin el todo hubiera sido peor!
Had to wait in the hotel lobby until almost 11 p.m. to get into our room and were still charged for that night. I was told I would get a partial refund, but no note was made of it, despite the lady at the front desk telling us she did make a note. I tried calling to follow up, and the phone won’t even ring! also, no one came in to even clean our room during our stay. Only gave 2 stars because it’s a good location.

Pros: The staff was nice and check in was a breeze. The bed was comfy. The location is great.Cons: Waste of a great location. The room was tiny, dated, smelled like pee, and not very clean. The windows were filthy.Not worth $200+ per night.
Muy buena ubicación, el check in y check out es muy rápido. Hay un restaurante al costado con muy buenas opciones. La infraestructura en general es antigua, la cama es cómoda, el baño chico y muy básico. Esta bien para pasear por el centro de Chicago.
Stayed here a few weeks ago. For the price and central location it’s pretty good. The parking a few blocks away is a bit of a pain but it’s relatively simple once you get the hang of it. Both check in and check out we’re a breeze. My biggest gripe was that there is no mini fridges in the room so basically no cold storage unless you go back and forth getting ice each day, which I did, although it didn’t work all that well. Shower head and pressure is excellent after a hard days work. It’s walkable to the city center and river. I would stay here again!
Thanks to the great customer service provided by Adrian, Bob, and John D. in the lobby yesterday, we are giving a five star rating to Central Loop Hotel in Chicago. We accidentally left our room keys in our room, and all three of these nice people cheerfully and efficiently came to our rescue...Also the room was clean and not too tiny for a big city hotel. The pillows are very firm, so we suggest you arrange for a softer pillow if necessary. Also, our room had a coffee maker, but no 'fridge nor microwave. Staying for a short visit, these things were not so important. Thanks again, very much, for your wonderful staff! The housekeeping employees were lovely, as well...
Las fotos no coincidían con la realidad. La habitación muy antigua y chica para 3. Nos atendieron muy mal. No tenían paraguas para los pasajeros. El bar contiguo para desayunar estuvo cerrado 2 días. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.
I really enjoyed staying here. It's nothing fancy but if you want a nice place to sleep that's clean, close to tourist attractions and the transit, and kind staff this is it! Luis helped us the first night and very kindly walked us through the process of checking in and anything else we needed. We had a cute view with nice morning sunlight! When I come back to Chicago I will definitely be staying again

Very impressed. Nice, clean rooms. Small but with access to lots of shared spaces for work. Also they have free filtered water on every floor and a fancy machine for free espresso drinks in their "living room." And best of all --- it is only a few blocks from Amtrak's Chicago Union Station!
My teenage daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a few days during spring break. It was reasonably priced, close to the train station and CTA trains and buses, lots of restaurants nearby. We took Amtrak into Chicago, so it was important that we could get around easily without a car. I thought it was a very quiet hotel and had just what we needed. We weren’t going to be at the hotel much, so we just needed a quiet, safe place to sleep basically, this was just right! We were very grateful to be able to check-in in the morning instead of waiting until 3pm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. The free coffee bar and filtered water station were very nice! We will stay here again for sure!
Amo este hotel! Quartos limpos e design legal! A piscina era ótima, e eles fizeram um filme ao ar livre à noite. Eles tinham jogos (futebol, etc.) para jogar. Belas vistas e agradável para passear (à direita na rua da casa Brady Bunch). Mercearia (Ralph's) por perto, e muito perto da Universal Studios. Restaurante é caro, mas vale o dinheiro, melhor buffet de pequeno-almoço que já tive!! Nós com certeza ficaríamos aqui novamente!!
Love this hotel! Clean rooms and cool design! The pool was great, and they did an outdoor movie at night. They had games out (football, etc.) to play. Beautiful views, and nice to walk around (right up the street from The Brady Bunch house). Grocery store (Ralph's) near by, and really close to Universal Studios. Restaurant is pricey, but worth the money, best breakfast buffet I've ever had!! We would definitely stay here again!!

El y los mejores Hotel ubicado (cerca del Skydeck, Millenium Park, United Center etc etc) en Chicago Loop, el servicio al cliente de Daniel, Luis etc ya deseo regresar para volver hospedarme allá! Super especiales! Solicité el check in Early and late por los vuelos ✈️ dsd CR 🇨🇷 y super especiales y serviciales 🏆so super recomendados al 1000% el pub del al lado muy reco tamb las hamburg de pescado son caras pero son una locura 😋
A fantastic place to stay. This place was very reasonably priced.Staff was friendly and very helpful. My room was on the small side, but very well laid out.My stay was wonderful and I would stay here again.

Ótimo hotel! Excelente atendimento, limpeza e conforto. Apenas deixa a desejar por não ter frigobar no quarto. Não tem café da manhã, mas o restaurante anexo ao hotel tem vários pratos com bons preços, e ao lado também encontra-se um Starbucks.

Staff was nice and the front desk area and hall looked nice but the room is so small. My room was a little dirty it was a red-ist spot on the carpet, the microwave had some food residue on the side of it and the floor mat had yellow and red stains and the shower curtain had a small pink spot on it.

COVID had changed people and business. Restaurants, stores, markets, all adapting to protocols and looking for a new way to keep business alive and customers satisfied. But it seems some hotels are using COVID as an excuse for not offering services. No housekeeping, no breakfast, they advertise that the room has a kitchen but there was no kitchenware at all. If you need a hair dryer you have to ask for. Hotels didn’t lower prices but the services were shutdown. For me this hotel, as many others, are taking an unethical advantage of COVID to reduce costs. Poor business practice. It’s the “Welcome, no service included” time.
This property was not I expected at all. The ratings show 4 star but I have no clue how they received that rating. At best I would give it a 2 star. I live in Michigan, and did a road trip to Chicago with expectations of having fun and sleeping in a clean hotel since I paid $200 plus for one night stay. When entering the room it was dust everywhere on the alarm clocks and phones. There was cockroach smashed on the wall in the bathroom. The toilet seat was not cleaned so I had to use it as I would in a public bathroom. There was burn marks and stitching falling apart on the comforter of the bed. I called for assistance three times from room service to receive clean bedding and comforter. I was brought smelly and unclean bedding every time. The third time I was given some itchy stinky blankets. The only positive was parking which was a 6 min walk to the alley but it was $25 a night. The stay in the room was horrific! I advise you to not book a stay here if your visiting Chicago! Also I forgot to mention that I couldn’t even take a shower without the smoke alarms going off. I was better off sleeping in my car.
Es un hotel cómodo, limpio y brindan un buen servicio. La ubicación es inmejorable. Es céntrico y está encantado de los principales sitios de interés en la ciudad. Sí lo recomiendo.
Overall experience was good but would be 5 stars if the rooms had a mini fridge and the chilled water available was actually cold instead of warm tap water. The hotel was clean and the chwck-in/out process at the kiosks was awesome. Unfortunately, the staff never welcomed and or greeted during my stay which gave to hotel a more self service/your own your own feel to it. I would recommend this hotel due to the location and the service at the restaurant connected through the hotel. If I stayed again, it would only be for 1 night.
Staff is awesome! place is located within walking distance of so much.. we loved the place and the staff.. I think you can feel safe here.. and you will be taken care of expertly!
This hotel is located conveniently to Union Station, The Art Institute, and Millennium Park. I arrived earlier than check in and noticed a line at the front desk but 3 convenient kiosks. I was able to skip the line, check in early, and receive my room key card just like that from the kiosk! Right off the bat I was impressed by that alone. My room was just the right size and temperature and the tv had a great "cast" option so I could watch what I had on my phone right on the big screen. Surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and attractions, I would definitely stay here again!

Estuve en este hotel de vacaciones por 6 noches, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia. El servicio bueno y l atención bien. La ubicación es muy buena y fácil de encontrar. Me gustó estar ahi.
No me hospede en este hotel, sólo pasé a ver un amigo que se hospedaba ahí. Aunque me parece un buen hotel, por lo que me comento mi amigo el precio era bueno y también se debe mencionar que el hotel está céntrico,queda muy cerca del milenimun park.
Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación! Las habitaciones están normales nada de lujo, simplemente para ir al final de tu día. En cada pasillo hay un dispensador de agua, eso es bueno ya que si quieres comprar agua está carísima, así que aconsejo antes de salir llenes unas dos botellas de agua y te las lleves.
