Magnificamente situada na zona histórica do Porto. Sem luxos mas com tudo o necessário para proporcionar excelente estadia. A simpatia de todos, a começar pela simpatiquissima proprietária, IOLI, faz-nos sentir em casa. Se pensa ir ao Porto esta é uma excelente opção.

Nice hotel em uma boa localização, funcionários super simpáticos, os quartos são ok, infelizmente já mofo na cabine de duche no banheiro. WIFY quase não funciona no último andar. Fomos informados de que, devido às medidas da COVID, não há café da manhã em forma de buffet no momento, mas que os hóspedes devem selecionar o café da manhã com antecedência. Fizemos e na manhã seguinte a surpresa: buffet de café da manhã! Assim, todos os convidados levam sua comida com os mesmos talheres, mas na mesa há talheres de plástico embalados para todos. Portanto, ainda há algum trabalho a ser feito sobre esse conceito. Infelizmente, o buffet não era tão bom também, era bom que houvesse ovos mexidos feitos na hora, mas frutas frescas estavam faltando. No geral, a relação preço / desempenho não era a certa para nós.

Una por darle algo, nos cancelaron la reserva una semana antes alegando problemas estructu rales y resulta que cambiamos de hotel y cuando llegamos a oporto nos lo encontramos abierto y funcionando. Eso no se hace!! Un saludo

Ótimo hotel. A correspondência de e-mail antecipada é rápida e super gentil.O interior do prédio está batendo e a vista da janela é muito boa. O café da manhã foi delicioso (pão e queijo).O que você tem que ter cuidado é que o local é muito difícil de entender. O prédio estava lotado e não havia indicação de hotel, por isso eu estava completamente perdido.No final, foi resolvido perguntando a pessoas próximas. A pessoa que me orientou procurou a exibição do endereço (o número está escrito no prédio).

Lovely boutique 6-room guesthouse in a gem of a building with a mid century modern vibe and nice breakfast. Our favorite part of Casa Carolina was the building and the location- the neighborhood is very eclectic with an up and coming food scene that is close to lots of galleries!The staff was very kind and professional. We got there early and they kindly WhatsApp’d us to let us know when our room was ready.The rooms are quaint with built-in bathrooms and comfortable beds. There is no air conditioning, but the weather was around 18 degrees centigrade during our trip so we did not need. The windows can close to block out all the light. Because of the nature of the building, you can hear other guests bumping around- this did not prevent us from getting a good nights sleep.Our only complaint is that there was no shampoo/conditioner or body lotion.
