Casa Do Outeiro

Located in the centre of Batalha, the charming, family-run Casa do Outeiro offers stunning views of the UNESCO World Heritage Santa Maria da Vitoria Monastery.   With a total of 23 rooms, 6 of them were refurbished in January 2016, and others in May 2016. Some rooms and areas are brand new since Februray 2017. Most of the rooms offer a balcony, 8 of them overlooking the Monastery and the others with views to the swimming-pool, garden or town. All them are cosy and bright with wood floors, private bathrooms,cable tv, mini bar, coffee and tea facilities and complimentary Wi-Fi. Guests will delight in the welcome drink offered upon arrival as well as the homemade jams and artwork sold in the shop and homemade cakes at breakfast, all crafted by the amicable owners of the hotel.    Guests can work out in the small gym and outdoor swimming-pool or find entertainment in the leaving-room with fireplace, on the billiards table, while the little ones play in the outdoor play area, all during a relaxing holiday in the heart of Portugal. Fátima is only 20 minuts driving, as well as Alcobaça and Nazaré. Tomar is 30 minuts away, Óbidos 40 minuts, Lisbon 1h30 and Oporto 2h00 driving. Free outdoor parking places are available.
