This is ALWAYS my choice of hotel to stay whenever I am in Kuala Lumpur. The location couldn't be more convenient. It's so easy to call a Grab to go anywhere I want in the city, as the nearest pick-up point for the taxi is just a few metres away from the entrance of the hotel (at the East entrance of Mid Valley).
There are so many shops in Mid Valley with so many choices for food and drinks that I do not actually need to go somewhere else to shop whilst in the city.
I believe the hotel has undergone a major refurbishment since I last stayed there (pre-pandemic time). I find the new design to be very Scandinavian - clean cut, modern, and very functional. I also love the fact that the room has a fan in addition to air-conditioner, because I do not like to sleep with the AC on.
I find the room to be a bit small, as I barely have space to put my XL luggage. However, this is not a resort hotel, and I am often in the room just to sleep after a tiring day out and about. For that reason, I do not mind. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is strong and the water, hot. Clean towels and basic toiletries are provided. All these, to me, are enough to make me continue to choose the hotel for my stay in the city.
My interaction with the staff is minimal, and I do not take breakfast at the hotel. So, I am unable to comment on these aspects. I am satisfied with the housekeeping and amenities in the room. Highly recommended!

Room is a bit small, there's a stale smell in the room, we have to air the room a bit. I like the ceiling fan, can cool down the room quickly. Very convenient place for shoppers.
Love their customer service, we booked the room for my parents for their 59th wedding anniversary, and they have arranged a fruit basket for them, so sweet.

The room is big and full amenities are provided. It's generally clean and bed is comfortable too. But for my room, I was unlucky enough to land in a place that's facing the inner area of the mall. During midnight there was a loud blower noise outside for hours. It was hard to sleep in.

The room smelt fresh and clean upon checked in; very tidy, albeit quite small in size. Although the breakfast did not have much options, the food was nice and well-prepared. I also had in-dining room service and the staff was very courteous and friendly. For a 3-star hotel and considering its location in the middle of bustling business area, I'm very satisfied with its overall service especially its cleanliness which I'm very particular with. Definitely worth to come back again for a staycation :)

Just arrived from a long airport drive and front desk was courteous and very professional. Room is small and cozy, but clean and enough for the price. Considering that at the opposite side of the mall is a larger ($$$) hotel in all aspects. Good for the value and for a quick visit. 😁
