O quarto de hotel mais sujo em que já estive. Depois de desfazer as malas, percebemos que havia uma meia esportiva suja (!) Pendurada no teto. Isso mostra a atenção que dão na hora de limpar os quartos. Depois, encontramos alguns cogumelos nas aberturas do banheiro. Eles devem estar crescendo há algum tempo. Absolutamente nojento.

La habitación de hotel más sucia en la que he estado. Después de desempacar, notamos que había un calcetín deportivo sucio (!) Colgando del techo. Eso demuestra la atención que prestan a la hora de limpiar las habitaciones. Después, encontramos algunos hongos en las rejillas de ventilación del baño. Deben haber estado creciendo durante bastante tiempo. Absolutamente asqueroso.

Dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever been in. After unpacking, we noticed that there was a dirty sport sock (!) hanging from the ceiling. That shows the attention they give when cleaning the rooms. Afterwards, we found some mushrooms in the bathroom vents. They must have been growing for quite some time. Absolutely disgusting.

O pessoal é super simpático, profissional e muito atencioso. Os quartos são confortáveis e a cama é grande, generosa e você vai se sentir no céu quando dormir. O chuveiro vai refrescar você e as luzes de humor aumentam sua confiança para o dia de negócios que está por vir. Ótima experiência e localização fantástica.

Este hotel fue una sorpresa asombrosa por su frescura, diseño y automatización. El checkin es totalmente automatizado y realizado por el huésped, hay un embajador que puede ayudarlo si lo necesita. El personal es super amable, profesional y muy atento. Las habitaciones son cómodas y la cama es grande, generosa y te sentirás en el cielo cuando duermas. La ducha de lluvia lo refrescará y las luces ambientales aumentarán su confianza para el día hábil que se avecina. Gran experiencia y fantástica ubicación.

The checkin is fully automated and done by the guest, there is an ambassador that can help you if you need.
The staff is super friendly, professional and very attentive. The rooms are comfy and the bed is large, generous and you will feel in heaven when you are sleeping. The rain shower will freshen you up and mood lights will boost your confidence for the business day ahead.

Minha experiência foi muito ruim. A localização é excelente, o atendimento é muito bom mas o tamanho do quarto compromete tudo. É minúsculo e compromete o conforto da viagem. Para se ter uma ideia, dos quatro lados da cama três são parede. Não vale as quatro estrelas que deram. Para mim foi uma decepção total. A relação custo benefício foi péssima.

Nós ficamos no citizenM Geneva por duas noites e tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa. O hotel tem uma localização fantástica e os quartos são muito confortáveis (lençóis agradáveis, almofadas, pressão do chuveiro). A melhor parte de nossa estadia foi a equipe incrível e atenciosa. Tivemos um pequeno incidente e eles lidaram com isso tão bem e gentilmente que nos fez sentir maravilhosos. Recomendo vivamente este hotel!

Hotel sujo, quarto cheio de poeira e cabelo. O quarto permaneceu sujo durante dois dias, apesar de ter reservado o serviço solicitado. Sem serviço de quarto, tivemos que descer para comer a sobremesa pedida por telefone.

Nos alojamos en citizenM Geneva por dos noches y tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa. El hotel está en una ubicación increíble y las habitaciones son muy cómodas (buenas sábanas, almohadas, ducha a presión). La mejor parte de nuestra estancia fue el increíble y atento personal. Tuvimos un pequeño incidente y lo manejaron tan bien y amablemente que nos hizo sentir maravillosos. ¡Recomiendo altamente este hotel!

Hotel sucio, habitación llena de polvo y pelo. La habitación permaneció sucia durante dos días a pesar de haber reservado el servicio solicitado. No hay servicio de habitaciones, tuvimos que bajar a comer el postre que pedimos por teléfono.

Very clean rooms, excellent location and overall a very pleasant experience. Modern and well organised rooms, enjoyed the lights/curtains controls. Would definitely recommend for a central, short stay in Geneva. Staff was very professional and to the point.

We stayed at citizenM Geneva for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in an amazing location and the rooms are very comfortable (nice sheets, pillows, shower pressure). The best part of our stay was the amazing and caring staff. We had a small incident and they handled it so well and kindly, it made us feel wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice, very modern hotel, lots of tech all over the place and nice staff. Breakfast buffet was OK, not super generous. One star less because the rooms, despite being very high tech, were really tiny (two people with two big suitcases would struggle) and the see-through glass separation from toilet/shower wasn't super privacy friendly.
