The apartment is very clean, everything new and impeccable, it's nice!
As a handicap, it does not have an elevator.
I must also point out that I inadvertently put an extra day in the reservation and the cancellation policy is strict and they did not return my money.

Filthy, smelly, very small room, on the 3rd floor without an elevator. NO HOT WATER. All the furniture and appliances were worn out and dirty. You could hear people in the staircase and the other rooms.

Surprising but true. Clerigos View surpassed our expectations as it's such a great place to stay. We were expecting a hotel but they are apartments with a hotel like-service, i.e. serviced apartments with a hotel feel. Nuno does a great job in making his guests feel as guest. The room was serviced with an outstanding range of amenities, even including different wine glasses and a dishwasher. The shower was of outstanding quality. A super flow of warm water energised our morning and helped us have a great starting of the day. Soft and crip towel. The bed was extremely comfortable with a sweet duvet. Oh my goodness: I'm realising right now how much effort they have put into ensuring an outstanding stay. The room was very quiet and our sleep was outstanding. The location is simply amazing. It's right the middle of "everything" and despite the day we came was super rainy, it was so easy to move around, walking, due to the perfect situation of Clerigos view. We had breakfast in the bakery right downstairs, which does not belong to Clerigos view but indeed was so helpful to had so close. We had a wholesome breakfast and bought 2 boxes of pasteles de nata. Finally, the place is surrounded by a great range of restaurants and bars. We finished our stay drinking port at a great nearby bar, and we walked back to our cozy room. Super Experience. Basic amenities. But fantastic customer service and central location to everything. Like there are no bells and whistles here - besides the free laundry, which for someone long term traveling is heaven sent. They made sure to accommodate us with coming super early in the morning.
