Um hotel que sabe receber os seus hóspedes com muita simpatia e pequenos gestos que fazem a diferença. Como chegamos às 9:30 e o quarto só estaria pronto as 11:30, ofereceram-nos um magnífico pequeno almoço a la carte. E quando entramos no quarto soubemos que nos tinham feito um upgrade de vista mar para vista porto. E os gestos de boas vindas foram-se sucedendo transformando as nossas férias numa fantástica estadia.

El hotel tiene una manzana maravillosa, hermosas vistas, jardín, piscinas y la playa. Sin embargo, para un hotel de esta categoría, algo como el registro a través de mi teléfono móvil es inaceptable para mí y la ayuda de la recepción con las pruebas de covid también fue muy laxa. Por no hablar de las medidas de Covid, algo absurdas.

Ubicación superior en la bahía justo en el acantilado con la mejor vista. El personal del hotel tiene como prioridad la seguridad durante una pandemia. Es una pena que el restaurante Michelin de dos empleados esté cerrado durante este período. El desayuno del hotel es menos impresionante: no es una selección muy amplia y no se cambia ni un solo artículo durante una semana. La habitación tiene un tamaño decente, la mejor parte es su balcón para la vista. El hotel en sí (especialmente la alfombra) es un poco viejo. En general, un gran hotel para alojarse en la isla.

Top location on the bay right on the cliff with the best view. The hotel staff take safety during pandemic top of their priority. It’s a pity that their two staff Michelin restaurant is closed during this period. Hotel breakfast is less impressive - not very wide selection, and not a single item changed during a week. The room is decent sized - the best part is its balcony for the view. The hotel itself (especially the carpet) is a little bit old. Overall, a great hotel to stay in on the island

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location with sea access and lots of space to explore. The staff were all really helpful and kind throughout our week long stay and the food was always of the highest quality. We hope to be back again soon and enjoy the hotel to its full potential, the Michelin star restaurant want open and the hot tubs around the hotel weren't open due to covid.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. The internal decoration in the public areas and rooms has been done to the highest standard. The staff are very efficient and friendly (some of them have been there for many years). The hotel is built on the side of a cliff with a pool at sea level with access to the sea for those brave enough to take the plunge. The spa, gym, hair dresser and indoor/outdoor pool are maintained to a very high standard and are immaculate. The Blue Lagoon restaurant serves a different fresh fish for lunch each day and the Rose Garden serves a huge themed buffet each night. Truly a luxuriousstay.
