Fiquei hospedado entre os dias 25/09 e 05/10/2017 Li os comentários do Google antes de me hospedar e fiquei bem assustado. Bem, o hotel não é de todo ruim. É um hotel estilo motel americano que vemos em filmes. Para entrar no quarto não precisamos passar pela recepção. Basta irmos por fora e acessamos o quarto. Vou dividir minha avaliação em prós e contras pra facilitar. Prós: -Excelente localização. Perto de tudo. -Cama confortável. -Organizado. -Quarto com ar condicionado bom. -Funcionários atenciosos (a maioria fala inglês e espanhol). Contras: -Isolamento acústico não é muito bom. Se você pegar uma família barulhenta ao lado, boa sorte. -Não tem microondas no quarto, mas possui frigobar e cafeteira. -Teto do banheiro e chuveiro são baixos. Se você tiver mais de 1,90m pode "sofrer". -Cobram 3 dólares por encomenda recebida caso você compre algo via internet.Não tomei café da manhã e não usei as piscinas. Utilizava o hotel apenas para dormir. Ficava o dia todo ou em parque ou em shopping. Se você conseguir um preço bom recomendo o hotel.
Hotel Maravilhoso! Muita tranquilidade e diversão. Super bem localizado,é perto de tudo! Nao experimentei o restaurante da piscina,mas o menu é bem atrativo. O parque aquático é muito divertido,piscinas com águas mornas,então dá para aproveitar mesmo nos dias mais frios. Vestiário/sanitários estão sempre limpos e cheirosos. O wi-fi é fraco,poderia ser melhor, talvez porque o meu bloco era o 6, mais perto do parque aquatico,porém, distante do hall principal. Indico a todos e voltaria a me hospedar aqui com certeza.
Serviço de quarto, péssimo.Wi-fi não funciona dentro do quarto.Não havia funcionário que falasse português.O frigobar não funcionou a contento.O ambiente onde ficava o microondas fechava as 21:00 e só abria às 07:00 h, ou seja, fora desse horário, não se esquenta nada.
O quarto estava bem limpo, tinha toalhas suficiente, o ar gela muito bem, atendimento do hotel excelente e o melhor de tudo é a localização. Você pode ir caminhando nos principais pontos turísticos da redondeza. O parque aquatico é muito bom e as crianças se divertiram muito.
Começando pelo quarto, acomodação boa, camas confortáveis, serviços de quartos regular, tv, cafeteira, só acho que faltou um microondas, pra podemos comprar diversas comidas prontas no Walmart. Instalações externas são além do que esperava, piscinas aquecidas, parque aquáticos médios, mais ganha de muitos do Brasil. Em fim, ainda não encerramos nossa hospedagens mais acho que vai ser tudo bom.
Quartos com cheiro de mofo, abafado, poeirado e fedidos.. como consequência, dei crise alérgica. Além de que cobraram no check-in taxas abusivas, sendo que fechamos o hotel com todas as taxas inclusas, e o cartão que passamos como caução não foi estornado. Não recomendo a ninguém!!!
As primeiras impressões deste lugar são boas, lugar legal, grande. Mas isso tudo acaba ao chegar na recepção e ter baratas andando na parede e um atendimento demorado. As piscinas e o Arcade são até legais, mesmo que algumas máquinas no Arcade simplesmente roubem seus créditos do cartão que se adquire para poder jogar e simplesmente não funcionar. Não tem muito do que falar sobre os quartos, camas aconchegantes, banheiro bacana e ar condicionado pouco barulhento porém nada efetivo. Além de tudo isso, ainda não tem um estacionamento seguro, muita gente tem os carros arrombados ou roubados e o hotel não se responsabiliza por essas coisas. Então se algo disso acontecer com vocêeles simplesmente dirão "Sh*t Happens!"
Be careful when booking here, I booked 2 nights. Rooms were dated which isn’t a big deal but the bugs living in the room I got were. They need to do better at cleaning and getting rid of the German roaches in the “ tower” rooms. I won’t be back to find out. Thankfully they refunded by money.
Had some trouble with the adjoining room smoking MJ in their room and being noisy at 1:15am.It happens - ppl are on vacation.However, the staff were prompt to respond with understanding, and a security team who tried to diffuse situation next door, without giving us away.Worked hard to find us a new room despite being fully booked.We're able to ensure the enjoyment of all parties and were very professional.The Water Park was amazing and well attended by Life Guards.Every was smiling and very happy to help and be working with, what seemed to be, a great team. We will be going back again soon for a longer stay to enjoy the hotel and its amenities for the kids. Great discovery and great price for the entertainment and services provided. Thanks Coco Key!!
Nice CHEAP getaway so I guess you get what you pay for. It's dated for sure we got there I had 6 kids including a newborn and had to walk a long distance to the front desk because my door was broken and had to wait about 20 minutes to get into the room. The suite was dated but nice for a large family. It's not indoors there is an area that is covered but in the cooler months it's cold. The water is warm but the air is 🥶 freezing. The older kids didn't mind a but though.
I don’t care what people say negative about this place. We came with our 4 kids and they loved everything about the water park and arcade . And the rooms where very clean and nice. For the price and location you cannot beat it!! Cicis all you can eat pizza Buffett right across the street was cheap!! Only $40 to feed our family of 6 . So awesome ! The outside water park wasn’t open because of cold weather but the bar still sold drinks and the indoor water slides where open including the outside heated pool and hot tub. Lots of fun for family
This here was an experience that definitely left a mark on me. I was looking to get a room at a resort to get away from the city life and to offer my family something to look forward to. After the COCO Keys name was nominated, i quickly started looking for deals at this particular resort. I was able to secure a good deal for a weeks stay. The day we were to check in my family came in close proximity to a covid patient. They were placed in quarantine. I Tried calling the Hotel to reschedule but they claimed that the third party i used does not permit refunds or date changes. to not take too much of your time, i got the same song and dance from the site i had used. No one wanted to give me refund or change my reservation. I had no choice but to stay, so as i was checking in . i was informed that car parking is $10 a day and resort fees at $ 27/ day will be charged to my card upfront. So folks please learn from my bad experience , so that you can have a incident free stay. So i stayed in a water park resort, paid the resort fees and can't use the resort at all because the weather condition was cold and wind was blowing at a steady click. After 6 days of nothingness. i checked out without any fanfare. I did request for my resort fee to be refunded back to me, citing the weather. That request has never been fulfilled. So please when you guys decide to visit Florida use reputable sites. Don't book until they send you in writing a refund policy or the rules for cancellation.
Let’s start with this, the location is great! Staff was friendly and really accommodated us because of their mishap, my reservation wasn’t in the system but was in their email which look like I never had a reservation but I will say staff definitely made up for the mistake, upgraded our room to the pool view and gave us free parking for our stay! The rooms were clean, they just didn’t have a closet so we didn’t have no where to hang up our coats being we came from a state that required big coats, it’s no microwave so we wasted a lot of food because we couldn’t reheat it, we killed 3 roaches in the bathroom during our stay which was a bummer so we kept our suitcases off the floor! The front pool was a plus being that the water park closes at 7pm and the pool stays open until 10! The water park was really fun, they have a bar which was good except the bartender doesn’t know how to make frozen drinks, regular drinks on the rocks were really good! The food at the cafe was the bomb!!! Major plus for good food, $40 for a large pizza, 10 wings and a 2 liter wasn’t bad! But overall the stay wasn’t bad, I probably will stay again but it’s a lot of other hotel options to choose from

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable y el parque de agua que tienen es espectacular!! Lo único malo es que la habitacion no tienen microhonda, así que podras hacerte ni un popcorn 🙅
When searching for a place for my family, this one stood out the most for cost and activities for the kids. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not the place. If you are looking for convenience and activities for the kids, you found it. Check in process was smooth and easy. Rooms, well they are not the best, but they fit our needs. The sleeper sofa is not the best, but the king size bed was comfortable. The water park is awesome for even my 12 and 14 yo. The arcade is updated and they have a movie area that played kid movies. They have a bar beside the water park that is great for a cold beverage while watching the kids play. The only real complaint is something the hotel can'tcontrol and that is inconsiderate neighbors. Would i stay here again, yes. Would I recommend it to anyone, yes.
I just wanted to write this review because the gentleman who is working at the front desk was exceptional. I witnessed him putting out a dozen fires just while I waited in line and with each person he encountered he was very professional and helpful. The room was also very clean and nice! We were impressed! And of course the amenities here are wonderful and my son had a great time! Also the water is heated in the water park so that was nice since it’s winter time.

I give it 4 stars because despite being guests and paying a parking service of $ 25 a day, we never found an empty space since the hotel was full. In the end we end up paying the wallet parking. But overall a good hotel.

Me encanta, está es la 2da vez que voy con mis nietos, siguiendo todos el protocolo de higiene. Hay buffet: ☕🥯🥞🥓🍳 para el desayuno...hay que pagar. También hay un pequeño restaurante:🍕🍰🍨🍮y unas alas de pollo sabrosas. También hay quiosco de bebida🍻🍹
Para los ninos en cuanto al área recreativa es un excelente lugar, el parque de agua y el arcade sobre todo para ninos entre 2 y 15 años. Sus instalaciones necesitan un poco de remuneración en cuanto a las habitaciones, los muebles esta viejos y desgastados, los baños no funcionan al 100%
Me encanto la propiedad, si van por primera ves pidan uno de los uevos cuartos recien renovados. No se cuantos cuartos tengan, pero la diferencia es increible. Me quede 3 dias, y disfurte al maximo. Shamil en el restaurante tiene una personalidad excelente, muchas gracias!! las houskeeper hablan espanol y es un plus porque yo pense que tendria problemas pero para nada. Seguridad siempre esta patrolando la propiedad so te sientes bien seguro. Gracias por todo y a todos los wur hicieron esta estadia la mejor en mucho tiempo. no crean en los malos comentarios, es mentira.
Muy mal, no dan servicio a la habitacion llamamos para toallas y nunca las llevaron, y parece que la mayoria de las personas q se hospedan son conflictivas,hubo un inconveniente en la piscina y creo q los manager y los de seguridad deben tomar carta en el asunto cuando pasen cosas asi, una señora mayor diciendo malas palabras donde hay tantos niños porque supuestamente la hija le dijo q le habian dado, los padres deben tener control y educar a sus hijos, cuando se les presenten algun problema resolverlo sin ofensas ni gritos, todos los q estamos ahi estamos de vacaciones para estar presenciando esas grocerias. Limpiar un poco mas el hotel esta algo sucio.La Muchacha q esta en la puerta de la piscina muy grocera. Estaba ayer Domingo7/25 por la tarde. No recomiendo el hotel.
Te cobran un precio en Internet y cuando llegas te cobran casi lo mismo que pagaste antes quiere decir que te sale superior caro deberían cobrar lo que es de una sola vez , lo que hacen es un engaño al cliente. No limpian las habitaciones y todo está muy viejo y maltratado demasiado caro. Solo le doy 5 estrellas a las piscinas un servicio de salvavidas excelente.
Esta pésimo las habitaciones no muy bien limpias y igual los baños. Desde que entras tiene mal olor. La verdad ni tiene la calidad de un resort. Casi ni en las piscinas ni Te puedes bañar porque las sierran cuando llueve y ni rayos han caído. Las duchas de las habitaciones tiene buena presiónde agua. La verdad esta bien pésimo.
!! PÉSIMO!! Llevo 3 noches, y NO han hecho Limpieza ni cambio de toalla. No se puede dormir por la claridad que entra por las ineficientes cortinas . Indisciplina social, donde se observa restos de cigarrillo en los pasillos. La Instalación Eléctrica es Peligrosa, al utilizar extensiones eléctricas para Lámparas, Cafetera e Iluminación. !! A ÉSTE LUGAR NO PIENSO REGRESAR NUNCA !!

Not enough chairs or tables and they ran out of pool towels quickly! The hotel room was two conjoined rooms with 2 queen beds in each room. The floors were sticky and filthy. My kids showered and walked around the room and their feet were black. The seal under the door was missing, my room key didn't work and had to go twice to the front desk. The crib was a good size for my 15m old except it was dirty. I wiped the whole thing down before she slept in it. Breakfast buffet was decent and decently priced. The snack shop closed early so no ice cream. We didn't do the arcade.

Hotel was in a great location with tons to do. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel customer service is some of the best iv experienced in a long time. It would have a higher rating but the housekeepers barged into our room 4 times before checkout without knocking, the pool has no safety around the slides and the lifeguards did not do anything.

This hotel was actually very great! I took my daughter her just recently for her birthday and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! The water park was even better and they had everything for the family. The bar was amazing and the front pool is open until 10. The room was good I can’t complain other then the water pressure in the shower was terrible and it took forever for the water to drain.
