A primeira coisa que notei quando andei pela porta foi o cheiro de mofo. Então decidimos ir para a piscina. Nossa piscina estava fechada. Então empregado nos acompanhou até la Quinta uma vez na piscina. Nós nos disse que não poderiam drinques na área da piscina. Eu estava bebendo água engarrafada. Gerente foi rude sobre isso. Decidi que eu iria em outro lugar. Portanto, glade ENTENDI se hospedaram no Hyatt. Apreciamos muito melhor. Foi dito na recepção quando o check-out que iria realizar dinheiro no cartão de crédito 24-48 horas. Chamada de empresa c / c para contestar cobranças. Dinheiro de 72 horas não liberado. Ligue para as suítes comfort. Hoje a menina diz hoje 3-5 dias. Tudo bem. Tudo em todas as lições aprendidas não vai ficar neste hotel ou qualquer de cadeias novamente.

Oh, eu odeio ser essa pessoa, mas aqui está. Gross. Imundo. Camas desconfortáveis, A / C no quarto não funcionou. O lugar só cheirava mal. Vou começar por dizer que o quarto era bom ea equipe foi muito amigável. O problema foi o check-in. O horário de check-in foi de 3, mas não havia quartos limpos para acomodar o hóspede. O gerente nos disse. Seria cerca de 30 minutos antes do nosso quarto estaria pronto devido a pessoas check-out à direita ao meio-dia. Esperamos no saguão por uma hora. Pedimos ao gerente novamente sobre o nosso quarto. Ela então processou o nosso check-in e nos deu chaves do quarto, mas disse que o quarto estará pronto em breve. Nós levamos as crianças para a piscina coberta por uma hora antes que pedimos novamente sobre o nosso quarto. Foi quando a senhora nos disse que o nosso quarto estava pronto há uma hora. Eu entendo que as coisas acontecem, mas isso foi realmente irritante. O gerente até nos disse que ela desconto nossa fatura. Quando recebemos a conta pela manhã, não houve desconto.

Revisão honesta da minha estadia. A equipe foi ótima no check-in: out No entanto, foi-nos dito que tínhamos que esperar cerca de 30 minutos para um quarto limpo devido ao check-out tardio / check-ins antecipado. O hotel era extremamente barulhento uma vez no quarto, as pessoas que ficaram acima de mim pareciam estar andando e correndo com tijolos presos aos pés das 7h às 12h. Eu relatei, mas o barulho continuou, o funcionário do turno noturno da recepção não Não faça muito para garantir que o ruído pare ou continue. Eu podia ouvir um casal discutindo no corredor. A área da piscina era barulhenta, eu podia ouvir as crianças todo o caminho no segundo andar. Parece que muitas pessoas realmente moram lá e não estavam apenas visitando. Finalmente, meu ar mal funcionou na sala. No geral, eu não recomendaria este hotel se você quiser descansar e relaxar. Se você planeja ficar muito fora do quarto e literalmente apenas para ir para a cama à noite, é um bom lugar barato para ficar. O café da manhã era bom, não é permitido fumar. A área em si é silenciosa, mas se os funcionários controlassem os níveis de ruído e implementassem horários de silêncio, seria uma experiência muito melhor. O potencial está aí.

Lugar agradável, funcionários simpáticos. O estacionamento é um pouco pequeno parece e as paredes são muito finas. Isso ou meus vizinhos não estão apenas andando como elefantes, eles também agem tão alto quanto eles. Café da manhã no 630 embora eu não tenha tentado ainda. Os quartos são limpos. As camas são boas. Eu tive um grande momento neste hotel. As camas principais eram tão confortáveis. O café da manhã foi incrível. O único problema que tive durante a minha estadia foi o sofá-cama que eu tive que dormir. O colchão era tão repugnante que tinha alguma coisa marrom sobre ele. Eu estava nojento a noite toda e escolheu para dormir no chão, mas no geral foi uma excelente estadia.

Começou ruim ..... meu e meu namorado check-in para obter apenas o sistema foi para baixo a recepção senhora foi quase nenhuma ajuda depois que já tínhamos pago on-line antes de nós chegar ao hotel, em seguida, ela vai dizer que ela precisava um depósito fora de seu cartão e quando ela não podia fazer o sistema funcionar como ela queria trabalhar, ela me disse e meu namorado vai se eu não puder fazer o sistema funcionar, então vocês podem ir para outro hotel e ficar lá ..... depois que já tínhamos pago .. não senhora .... assim depois que ela chamou seu gerente para perguntar o que fazer seu gerente disse-lhe para obter uma cópia do cartão e carteira de motorista e, em seguida, mais tarde cobrar o cartão para o depósito. apenas não foi muito bom serviço ao cliente para começar com depois que a estadia foi ótima.

Me lo pasé muy bien en este hotel. Las camas principales eran muy cómodas. El desayuno era increíble. El único problema que tuve durante mi estancia fue la cama plegable en la que tuve que dormir. El colchón era tan repugnante que tenía algunas cosas marrones. Me asaltaron toda la noche y decidí dormir en el piso, pero en general fue una gran estancia.

Comenzó mal ... mi y mi novio se registraron para que el sistema no funcionara. La recepcionista no fue de ninguna ayuda después de que ya habíamos pagado en línea antes de que llegáramos al hotel, luego dijo que necesitaba un depósito de su tarjeta y cuando ella no pudo conseguir que el sistema funcionara como ella quería trabajar, me dice a mí y a mi novio si no puedo hacer que el sistema funcione, entonces todos pueden ir a otro hotel y quedarse allí ... después de que ya hubiéramos pagado ... no señora ... así que después de que ella llamó a su gerente para preguntarle qué hacer, su gerente le dijo que obtuviera una copia de la tarjeta y la licencia de conducir y luego más tarde Cargar la tarjeta por el depósito. Simplemente no fue un muy buen servicio al cliente para comenzar después de eso, la estancia fue estupenda.

It started off bad.....my and my boyfriend checked in to only get the system's was down the front desk lady was barely any help after we had already paid online before us coming to the hotel then she goes to say that she needed a deposit off of his card and when she couldn't get the system to work how she wanted to work she tells me and my boyfriend will if I can't get the system to work then y'all can go to other hotel and stay there.....after we had already paid.. no ma'am....so after she called her manager to ask what to do her manager told her to get a copy of the card and driver's license and then later on charge the card for the deposit. just wasn't very good customer service to start off with after that the stay was great.

I had a great time at this hotel. The main beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The only problem I had during my stay was the pull out bed that I had to sleep on. The mattress was so disgusting it had some brown stuff on it. I was grossed out the whole night and chose to sleep on the floor, but overall it was a great stay.

First thing I noticed when I walk through door was smell of mold. Then we decided to go to pool. Our pool was closed.So employee walked us over to la Quintaonce In pool . We were told we couldn't have any drinks in pool area.I was drinking bottled water.Manager was rude about it. Decided I would go somewhere else.So glade I did stayed at Hyatt.Enjoyed it much better.Was told at desk when we check out they would hold money on credit card 24-48 hours.Called c/c company to dispute charges. 72 hour money not released.Call comfort suites. Today Girl today say 3-5 days.That's fine.All in all lesson learned will not stay in this hotel or any of there chains again.

Oh, I hate to be this person, but here it does. Gross. Unclean. Uncomfortable beds, A/C in the room didn’t work. The place even just smelled badly. My girls couldn’t even swim in the pool because of hair (🤢) and cloudiness in the water.. I will say this, the employees were great. So helpful and welcoming. :)

I will start off by saying the room was nice and the staff was very friendly. The problem was checking in. The check in time was 3 but there were no rooms clean to accommodate the guest. The manager told us.it would be about 30 mins before our room would be ready due to people checking out right at noon. We waited in the lobby for an hour. We asked the manager again about our room. She then processed our check in and gave us room keys but said the room will be ready shortly.We took the kids to the indoor pool for an hour before we asked again about our room. That's when the lady told us our room was ready an hour ago. I understand things happen but this was really irritating.The manager even told us she would discount our bill. When we got the bill in the morning, there was no discount.

Nice place, friendly staff. Parking lot is a little small it seems and the walls are very thin. That or my neighbors are not only walking like elephants they also act as loud as them. Breakfast at 630 although I haven't tried it yet. Rooms are clean. Beds are nice. Some air conditioners are pretty loud as well. Overall very nice place

Very supportive and helpful staff. Every thing was so nice for our special weekend celebration and for our visitors. Love everything about the location abd brand hotel. Changed all our hotels thus weekend in Alabama to Comfort Suites instead of the ones we had booked. Thanks staff fir making our weekend comfortable.

Honest review of my stay.
The staff was great at check-in:out
However, we were told we had to wait about 30 mins for a cleaned room due to late check outs/early check ins. The hotel was extremely noisy once in the room, the people that stayed above me sounded as if they were walking and running with bricks attached to their feet from 7am until 12am, I reported it but the noise continued, front desk night shift clerk didn’t do much to ensure the noise stopped or follow up. I could hear a couple arguing down the hall. The pool area was noisy I could hear the kids all the way on the second floor. Seems like a lot of people actually live there and weren’t just visiting. Finally, my air barely worked in the room. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re wanting to rest and relax. If you plan on being out of the room a lot and literally just there to go to bed at night it’s a good inexpensive place to stay. Breakfast was good, it’s non smoking. The area itself is quiet but if staff would get noise levels under control and implement quiet hours it would be a much better experience. The potential is there.
