Humidity smell in the room
Worst breakfast ever. Inadequate and not in line with the cost of the room
Not friendly reception
Security issues as the only stairs in the floor are in the private veranda of a room (the access of the rooms is only by one small lift)
The only thing that is positive is the great view.

I had my wedding at this hotel, at the terrace. Arianna helped us with many requests and is very professional. She knows what she is doing and in terms of wedding dinner etc. you are in good hands there. In fact, all my expectations have been exceeded and I had my dream wedding and the best day of my life so far!

5 stars to the really friendly porters who carry bags up and down countless steps. They helped us when our private transfer from a different company was late. Lovely terrace for food and drinks. Friendly staff. Nice location to get to and from Fornillo beach.

Came on our honeymoon and the only room left was a superior quad room. It seems the family quad rooms are all om the same floor as the restaurant so your balcony will be shared with the restaurant. Ours was room 209 on the very end, our balcony was the only quad that was still fairly private. I would have been very unhappy with the other 2 quad rooms. Overall it was very quiet, great views, attentive staff, wonderful jetted soaker tub and the beds were very comfortable! They did have a wedding one night we were here so the sun terrace was closed then they used the patio so we felt too awkward to use our patio. Would have appreciated some notice of this from management as it was our last night and we had planned to use those areas. But the wedding was finished by midnight so did not interfere sleep much. Yes there are endless stairs. They do have porters for your bags. And the Air conditioning in the rooms is effective and you have control of it. I would reccomend this hotel

We had our wedding reception here in October and I cannot say enough good things. Arianna and the staff throughout the entire planning experience and on the night of were amazing and the food was incredible. The views were immaculate as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better reception. If you’re planning a wedding in Positano, put this place at the top of your list!
