The hotel is pretty, good maintenance, Brittany was super helpful and kindness. Also Malcom. The manager assistant was really rude, the way that he reacted to a situation that I had was really heartless and thoughtless. And he just raised his voice talking to me with tone of superiority and greatness telling to the staff to don’t let me use the phone front the front desk. Was really disgusting. He just ruined my 2 days of stayed there. O hotel é bonito, boa manutenção, Brittany foi super prestativa e gentil. Também Malcom. O assistente do gerente foi muito rude, a maneira como ele reagiu a uma situação que eu tive foi realmente sem coração e impensada. E ele apenas levantou a voz falando comigo com tom de superioridade e grandeza dizendo ao pessoal para não me deixar usar o telefone da frente da recepção. Foi realmente nojento. Ele acabou de arruinar meus 2 dias de permanência lá.

El asistente del gerente fue realmente grosero, la forma en que reaccionó ante una situación que tuve fue realmente despiadada e irreflexiva. Y solo levantó la voz hablándome con tono de superioridad y grandeza diciéndole al personal que no me dejara usar el teléfono frente a la recepción. Fue realmente repugnante. I have been traveling to Houston many times and have stayed at many hotels, some good and some not so great - this is a great hotel.The hotel is located on the I-10 service road near Memorial Mall.The entrance to the hotel is shared with another hotel, two restaurants and an indoor skydiving area.As you enter the hotel, there is a hallway to your right and the restaurant and bar to the left.Further inside, on the right side is the check-in area where check-in was quick and we received our keys. We took the hallway right next to the door to the elevators and went up to our room on the 5th floor.The hotel looks and feels new and is very spacious so does not feel cramped nor compact.The size continued into the room as the rooms are also spacious and very comfortable.As you enter the room, on the right side was the bathroom and the closet.The closet contained a place to hang clothes as well as the iron and ironing board.The bathroom was very spacious and contained a sink, a toilet and a shower.Bathroom toiletries included a bar of soap next to the sink and refillable body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower; there was no lotion available in the hotel.Further into the room, on the right side were two large double beds with a nightstand in the middle.The beds were spacious, very comfortable, and provided a good nights sleep.The nightstand in the middle had small lamps above and power ports and an alarm clock.There were also outlets on either side of the bed but not many lights - that was the only negative about the room was the lack of lighting.In between the bed and the large window was a chair and a lamp.Across from the beds was a luggage storage place, a nice large desk with power ports, and against the wall was a cupboard with a fridge on one side and on the other side a microwave on top and ice bucket and coffee machine on the bottom. The main advantages of the room was the spaciousness of the room - nothing felt cramped nor tight - and the plethora of amenities in the room.The hotel is a full-service hotel so amenities included a restaurant, a bar, a gym, complimentary parking and complimentary wifi.The gym was a decent size and had enough equipment for a good workout, the parking had plenty of spaces and the wifi was decent; I did not try the bar nor the restaurant.Overall, it was a really comfortable stay at the Courtyard.Easy and accessible parking, spacious rooms, and good service yielded a pleasant stay. Ao entrar no hotel, há um corredor à sua direita e o restaurante e bar à esquerda. Mais para dentro, do lado direito, fica a área de check-in, onde o check-in foi rápido e recebemos nossas chaves. Pegamos o corredor bem ao lado da porta dos elevadores e subimos para o nosso quarto no 5º andar.O hotel parece novo e é muito espaçoso, por isso não parece apertado nem compacto. O tamanho continuou na sala, pois os quartos também são espaçosos e muito confortáveis. Ao entrar na sala, do lado direito ficava o banheiro e o closet. O armário continha um lugar para pendurar roupas, bem como o ferro e a tábua de passar. O banheiro era muito espaçoso e continha uma pia, vaso sanitário e chuveiro. Os artigos de toalete incluíam uma barra de sabão ao lado da pia e sabonete líquido recarregável, xampu e condicionador no chuveiro; não havia loção disponível no hotel. Mais adiante na sala, no lado direito havia duas grandes camas de casal com uma mesa de cabeceira no meio. As camas eram espaçosas, muito confortáveis e proporcionavam uma boa noite de sono. Loved this hotel. Bar downstairs, service is fantastic, sell Starbucks in the morning and so good with the kids. Amazingly clean and just super impressed. Adorei este hotel. This hotel shows up if you filter in the Marriott app for car chargers...there's charger, singular. Which you have to pay for by credit card.I'm writing a low review because it was clear that they put that charger in just to show up as a hotel with 'car chargers'. One isn't going to cut it, and an hourly rate charger is a horrible experience at a hotel. Particularly when there's a Hyatt across the way with 3 Tesla destination chargers.Charge me $8 for a placard that lets me park in a spot with a charger. You still make a profit, and I don't have to get out of bed to hurriedly move my car to stop getting charged.The hotel was fine otherwise. More or less what you expect out of a Courtyard - decent room, nice bed, quiet. Este hotel aparece se você filtrar no aplicativo Marriott por carregadores de carro ... há carregador, singular. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower did not drain properly after second day of stay however metal plate stopped me from checking drain. Only two towels were provided in a king room for a two day period. Ran out of creamer and sugar packets in room which were complementary. When asking for more was told they didn't have any more and that I would have to purchase creamer or milk there. Convenience store is pricey. 16 oz water bottle was over $6. Another guest and inquired about free water and was told that nothing is free there. Overall front desk was pleasant and as helpful as they could be. If you are looking for luxury this may not be your place, but overall an okay place to just sleep Quarto era limpo e confortável. Hotel is clean and staff very welcoming. I added a 2 stars as there is no buffet breakfast. Guys, pandemic is over, please add it back! I just went to the Homewood Suites across the street and they do offer buffet breakfast, come on! Hotel é limpo e a equipe muito acolhedora. This courtyard was nice and new. They did not have a pool, however they had two seating/ courtyard areas. The one on the first floor had a nice fire pit, and the other one on the second floor had a nice view. It was a nice place to sit and get some work done in the evening.The market had a nice selection of drinks and snacks. I tried a breakfast sandwich when I got up. It was large enough that I could share it with my husband.Our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed this hotel. Este pátio era bom e novo. We only stayed here for one night but we are very satisfied. The front desk staff welcomed us warmly and relieved us with a delightful smile. All the staff are friendly and work hard. Hotel and items are almost new and kept clean. Ficamos aqui apenas por uma noite, mas estamos muito satisfeitos. We only stayed here for one night but we are very satisfied. The front desk staff welcomed us warmly and relieved us with a delightful smile. All the staff are friendly and work hard. Hotel and items are almost new and kept clean.
