A estadia foi boa dos funcionários aos voluntários são uma simpatia. Eu além de estar só 1 dia eu convido a todos os amigos familiares a visitar esta casa, além de as pessoas serem uma extrema simpatia. Os preços são muito acessíveis por isso digo hostel como este não há nenhum.

Worst hostel ever. Very unsafe, weird vibe and irresponsible owners who don’t help you and who don’t speak English. Felt very unsafe and owners don’t cooperate. Next to being very nasty and unhygienic, a psychiatric guest stole from us. Hostel didn’t do anything and refused to refund us.

The worst hostel in my life. First of all, we didnt even make a reservation in this hostel, we had a reservation in Braga Historic Center Hotel and the man that attended us told us they didnt have space in their hostel due to “covid restrictions”. Such thing didn't even make sense, due to the fact that we had already made a reservation via booking. They sent us to Dans L’Atelier. When we arrived, we had to wait half an hour for the same man that attended us earlier to appear and open the hostel. We had to wait an hour for them to prepare our room. The room we had to sleep had no heating and no lockers, one of the reasons why we got the hostel in the first place. Our room was with the hostel staff, which I think was because they had no more rooms. We had to wait another hour in order to receive the keys to reenter the hostel later. The hostel did not have any breakfast service, as the other hostel had stated. At night, we had to sleep with two sweaters. There was no door in order to enter our room, therefore anyone from the hostel could enter. Also, there were no windows on the room and smelled like dust everywhere (I have alergy to dust and now I'm sick).
The bathrooms were disgusting and weren't clean at all. They didnt do check in or check out. We asked for four towels and we only received 3, which were torn and in a bad state. The bed linens were also broken and really thin, taking into account that it is still winter. There was music constantly, until 00:00. The first night there was also someone trying to enter the hostel and ringing the door for an hour and a half and nobody opened.
I would never recomend this hostel, neither "Braga Historic Center Hostel" (the one we had booked). I really don't understand how it has 5 stars evaluations.

We stayed in a room with a crazy lady who stole our luggage because there are no lockers available. The owners of the hostel didn’t do anything and when we decided to leave the hostel to sleep somewhere else, they didn’t refund us anything. Not a chance in the world that we would be sleeping a single night in that hostel with no security at all, where you are totally unsafe and where the owners do not care about you, your well-being and your belongings. Also, the beds were not hygienic at all, same for the bathroom. Mold everywhere and dirty sheets with hairs. DONT GO THERE! ITS A TOTAL SCAM!

SCAM! Horrible hostel and owner!!! We booked a room for six persons (we were with a group of 6). Somehow we could not sleep there and we had to sleep in a bigger shared room. There were no lockers available in the rooms. Our stuff was stolen. We didn't want to sleep there anymore because of this experience. We felt very unsafe! The owner of the hostel refused to give all of our money back, while he couldn't provide safety. He was acting very mean and irresponsible. The woman at the reception didn't speak english.

Cuidado con este hostel, es la peor experiencia que he tenido nunca en un alojamiento. Contratamos el desayuno y nada más llegar nos dijeron que no podían darnos de desayunar, que era un servicio que booking ofrecía por error pero que teníamos que pedir el reembolso. Cosa que hemos hecho y Booking NO se ha hecho cargo. Nos metieron en una habitación sin ventanas, cuando todas las habitaciones de las fotos tienen ventanas. Para empeorar la situación, la llave no funcionaba y estuvimos 45 minutos intentando resolverlo, vamos que estuvimos a punto de irnos. Además nos animaban a dejar la habitación abierta y había un ambiente rarísimo, yo personalmente no estuve nada cómodo y tenía un poco de miedo. Lo peor de todo es que al poner la queja en Booking desde el alojamiento han decidido mentir abiertamente y decir que nos dieron una habitación con ventanas y que el problema de la llave se resolvió en 5 minutos. Así que CUIDADO, OS VAN A INTENTAR ENGAÑAR Y SE QUEDARÁN CON VUESTRO DINERO.

De los peores sitios en los que me he alojado. Una habitación sin ventanas y sucia vamos, un zulo. Además esta habitación no la publican en sus fotos. Para colmo tuvimos problemas con la llave porque no podíamos abrir la puerta. ¿Podía ser peor? Por supuesto, pagamos el desayuno y al llegar nos dijeron que no daban servicio de desayuno que nos lo reembolaría booking y, hasta día de hoy, ni ellos ni booking me han devuelto nada. Una verguenza.

You can trust the bad reviews this place has.We booked the economic double room and this is a fully factual review: - Lack of cleaning: Despiste being told by the owner that everything was cleaned before hand, upon entering the room, the ceiling was black due to mold and the chandelier had a thick layer of dust. There was even some dust on the floor underneath the bed. In the bathroom, the bathtub had stains, again, the walls were black and the toilet flush was a mere string. - not acting on good faith: we booked via booking an economic room with breakfast for two and it was paid prior our arrival.As soon as we did our check-in, the receptionist informe that due to the latest rules of National Health Authorities (COVID Argument), breakfast could not be given and booking would return our money back as he had communicated to them.On top of everything, Booking website is not allowing this same review to be published andI agree that booking the guests from this kind of situation as it it up to their interest to keep receiving bookings regardless the sanitary conditions. ------------------------ Conclusion: we entered the room, looked around, checked the toilets and took the time to book another place.When we realized that bad comments were real and what we were seeing didn't match the photos in booking website, we decided to leave as fast as possible.

La entrada al hostal es difícil de encontrar teniendo que estar justo delante de la puerta para saber donde es el sitio en el que te vas a alojar. El señor que nos atendió, a parte de ser borde (no nos dijo ni hola al entrar) estaba bebiendo vino detrás del mostrador… En cuanto a la estancia: - El baño (al igual que todo lo demás) carece de limpieza. Hay una toalla para secarse las manos (para todo el mundo) y ni rastro de desinfectante ni gel. - Las paredes de las habitaciones son de papel, se escucha cualquier cosa en el pasillo cocina e inclusive en otras habitaciones llegando a despertarte durante la noche. - Las puertas de las habitaciones están hechas un desastre ya que la mayor parte están rotas y arregladas con tablones por encima. - El colchón era más pequeño que la cama y las sábanas estaban llenas de pelos, es decir, sucias! - La persiana no cerraba completamente (entra luz) y la cocina carece de electrodomésticos básicos.Personalmente, el ambiente era malo y tenebroso.Si lo que quieres es vivir una experiencia muy parecida a estar en un manicomio, te lo recomiendo!!

O hostel foi nojento, mal ventilado, sujo e quem quiser Covid-19 está lá bem vindo. Quartos sem janelas e a casa de banho também era uma falta de higiene fora deste mundo. E depois estes comentários no Google. Incrível.

Fiz uma reserva neste sítio cheguei ali, tive que cancelar a mesma porque me pareceu indignante ter uma casa de banho para umas 20 pessoas, não sei como é permitido estar um local destes aberto com o problema que temos covid19 estou indignado que uma vez cancelar não vão devolver o dinheiro me parece indignante, para mim uma vergonha que existam locais assim 👎

Nada recomendado, una vergüenzaLa estética es muy bonita y el ambiente es guay, pero la limpieza, especialmente la del baño, no es nada del otro mundo (moho en el techo). Es barato pero con un poco más de cuidados podría estar muy bien

Una experiencia pésima.Habíamos reservado un día en este hostel desde hace un mes, y nada más llegar, en tono sorpresa, nos dice un tal Ricardo que ya está completo. Por lo que decide llevarnos a otro hostel, que se supone que era del mismo dueño.Por el camino tuvimos una conversación agradable y después nos enteramos, que encima que tuvimos que alojarnos en un lugar que no habiamos elegido, el tal Ricardo fue hablando y opinando de mi compañera y de mi en tono despectivo.No recomendaría alojarse en este lugar, a parte que está lejos del centro, por el trato que recibimos.

Lugar muy original. Algo diferente a todo lo que he visto antes. Las habitaciones tienen el tamaño justo pero lacama era algo incomoda. Los propietarios fueron muy amables,uno nos enseño toda la casa y nos dijo q podiamos estar donde quisiesemos. No hay tele en la habitacion pero si tiene una sala con sofas y Tv a la entrada de la casa. Relacion calidad/precio perfecta. Y ubicación muy buena,a 5 minutos del centro a pie. La casa se notaba fria pero habia estufa en el cuarto. Si vais en coche se puede aparcar en la plaza del hostal pero es zona azul,por dos euros podeis estar 2h.
