El hotel cuenta con buenas instalaciones, excelente ubicación para quienes queremosdisfrutar del mar. El servicio es amable pero puede ser un poco más cálido.... Buena experiencia de primer viaje...

Esperava muito mais. Praia não é totalmente boa, mas ok. O maior problema do hotel é realmente o serviço resort que não é nada bom. Tudo que você precisa tem que pagar. Incluso mesmo só comida e bebida. O diferencial é as atrações todas as noites e o restaurante de massas Pastafary que tem pratos muito gostosos e o restaurante internacional. Acomodações e demais é tudo péssimo. Ar condicionado não funciona muito bem. O pior de minha estada foi a falta de vontade dos atendentes em resolver meus problema. Não recomendo.

Muito bom, mas pelo preço deveria ser muito melhor: poderia ter kiosque de snack e bebidas na praia. Horario de snacks da 12pm até 5pm depois 23pm até 1am, super fraco, all inclusive deveria ser o tempo todo. Não incluem transfer. Restaurante japonês, só tem de japonês a decoração. Podiam servir mais frutas durante o dia e sorvete.

O procedimento de Check in foi bem rápido mas tivemos que esperar quase 1 hora para poder entrar no quarto. O restaurante para as principais refeições sempre lotado e difícil para conseguir mesa disponível. Éramos 3 no quarto e somente 2 toalhas de banho.A terceira toalha só chegou no dia seguinte. Realmente não foi uma boa experiência.

Este hotel é o maior da rede Decameron na ilha de San Andres e super indicado para famílias, muitas crianças e atividades recreativas e aquáticas. Os restaurantes são excelentes e passamos um dia e jantamos aqui apesar de hospedados em outro hotel da rede, devido ao sistema Allinclusive.

Um hotel três estrelas de instalações e comida. Local lindo porém é necessário o sapato para andar no fundo de pedras vulcânicas. Não deixe de visitar em San Andres - Colômbia-um local denominado "aquario" . É um dos locais mais lindos do Caribe. Passeio imperdível!!!!

Han cambiado mucho el servicio, siempre frecuentaba este hotel, ahora te cobran por todo, si llegas más temprano debes pagar $35000 para hacer uso de las instalaciones, antes no lo hacían, o si te vas más tarde lo mismo. Ya no puedes ir a otros hoteles con tu manilla, la habitación no te la entregan a las 3:00 pm, toca esperar más tiempo,te ponen trabas para reservar restaurantes, no saben tratar al turista, los trabajadores hacen las cosas de mala gana, quedé muy decepcionada. Ya no vuelvo a este hotel!!!

Más que recomendado, excelente atención, muy buena comida.El show estuvo genial, por ahora con los temas de la pandemia todo debe manejarse por reserva, sin embargo el aplicativo del hotel es de muy fácil manejo.Queda cerca del hoyo soplador y la piscinita, por otra parte deben tener en cuenta que si van al norte de la Isla para regresar al hotel son entre 30-40 minutos.La playa del hotel es perfecta, no hay tanta gente y es muy bonita

Cleaning staff was really nice, beautiful beach, good drinks (Franklin was awesome) The hotel by itself could use a little upgrade specially being a decameron expectations ar higher. The day we arrived dinner time was a little upsetting due to the capitan of the buffet being rude about moving tables (big family, no sign or instructions at entering), never understood why only 2 towels in the room when we were 2 adults and a child, wifi was always an issue. Overall was a good stay if you are not complicated like us, but it could have been better.

A great place to stay in this paradisiac island. May it doesn't have the nicest view ofall local Decameron hotels, but it's the cheapest. Some rooms have AC with a control but other ones do not. The food is great, it's has a buffet (at certain hours) which has any type of food for any diet. Also the hotel has a Japanese restaurant and a snack hut. You can swim in whichever of the 3 pools, one near a Bar; play tennis or play pool. At night, the hotel host a show that is different every day. Such a place to stay!

I went to decameron San Luis 15 years ago and I had a great experience, that’s why I wanted to travel there again, but I’ve been trying to book it for a week and it hasn’t been possible because they insist in charging us with the Tax called IVA which we are not obliged to pay, since we don’t live in Colombia. Also, when we searched for the trip online we got a price, but once we made the reservation, they charged the credit card with a higher amount (Approximately € 300 more). They sent us later the invoice without the IVA, but the original price we saw in our research with the Tax include was significantly lower. After talking with three different agents of decameron all of them have told us that we have to pay IVA even if don’t live in Colombia, which actually contradicts the law. Really disappointing and exhausting!!!

The facilities match the style of the city, it's not a 5 star resort, but it has everything you need to make your visit comfortable. There's also a travel/entertainment agency that will give you good guidance and prices for tours to have a better experience of the island. Make sure to rent a golf cart and travel around the city, none will ask for your driver's license. The one problem I saw is that staff is generally rude.

Good service.Helpful and kind staff and really good food . The beach is just in front of it . The distance between the hotel and the island's downtown is both a blessing and a curse. It is nice for a quite place to rest and enjoy the beach with few people, but if you need to get something or visit other places, you'd be forced to take a cab, a bus or rent a small car.

All inclusive a hotel with the beach just across the street. Really like the place and the service. The best to see Iguanas all over the place. Hope people take care of them. Beach in front of the hotel and easy transport
