Excelente roof top e restaurante de grande qualidade.Ostras,cocktails e excelente carta Vínica disponível tb no bar.Restaurante elegante e tranquilo.Difícil receber este título,mas comi aqui a melhor sobremesa de chocolate dos últimos 15 anos... E sou chocolatomana,provando com exigência.
Excelente localização e acomodações modernas e aconchegantes. Se puder, aproveite as suítes do 8o andar que tem uma vista maravilhosa de toda a Rua Garret até a Praça de Camões. O Desjejum inclui cardápio inglês (feijão, omelete, bacon e linguiça), além de frutas, queijos, iogurte e frios, sucos e café/leite na máquina expresso. O Restaurante que fica no 7o andar serve em dois ambientes e a varanda tem excelente miradouro da Baixa. O atendimento dos funcionários muito atencioso.

Absolutely loved this hotel, it was a 5 star experience but at a very reasonable price. Service was exceptional and personalized with handwritten notes, the room was spotless and well air conditioned, location was unbeatable, the free breakfast was restaurant quality, and the rooftop bar had a better view than most viewpoints around the city. Would stay here again without hesitation. The only non-ideal thing was the room window design -- it is a 2ft thick small portal that you can't really see anything through, so it makes the room feel a bit like an underground cell; may just be a design constraint because the hotel is built into a historic building. Either way it did not affect my stay since I wandered the street outside everyday and didn't need to see it from my room.

My mom and I were taken so well care of during our stay at Hotel do Chiado! The staff were so helpful to us while during the four nights we stayed. They helped to coordinate a missed tour we had, accommodated us by giving us a two-bed room, and even picked up a lost item left in a room for us. When we left for a stay in a different city, they held onto our large luggage for us. Their restaurant staff were also very nice to us during our stay, and helped give recommendations on drinks :) The location is great and I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Don’t get fooled with thier 5 stars rating online. The customer service is sub-par to worst. We got here around 10 pm and we made a reservation for my kid and my mom and my husband (3 adults and one kid), but they told us we made a reservation for 2 adults, and that we should resolve the issue with booking.com. At first the front desk person checked us in and then he took us to the room and all of the sudden he said we can’t give you the room and you need to pay for another room, and we can’t add an extra bed for the night as its not available. This back and forth went to the point of becoming a scary situation to the extent that we were asked to pay for another room or leave the hotel with no refund on cancellation. My kid started crying as she was scared and exhausted after a really long flight with this situation unfolding, and it was pretty traumatic. After about one hour they brought their manager and they said we will give you a good rate for the second room and the EU laws are strict about additional capacity. So, basically we had no other choice and we needed to pay for another room. It seems still that this is a tricky way to get more money from guests (in our case +$1000s). Be careful when you get here. The location is great, (and probably the reason for the good rating) but the service is terrible to say the least.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Location good. Breakfast was superb. The only thing that let it down is the rooftop bar which was closed for private functions without warning and where the staff were slow and not welcoming.
Hotel do Chiado es una maravilla, la terraza, la ubicación, y el desayuno, de lo mejor que he probado. El personal espléndido. Sin dudarlo volvería a este hotel.
empiezo con un 10 todo el servicio desde recepecion hasta las chicas de limpieza bar etc.desayuno muy variable y muy bueno tanto frio como caliente.habitacion amplia con todos los servicios y muy limpia.una excelente terraza donde admirar en frente castillo san jorge se catedral y parte del tajo y el arco de la plaza del comercio asi como la parte lateral el acensor de santa justa.le recomiendotanto por su situacion en la zona del chiado cercadela cafetaria emblematicaa brasileira con el monumento a fernando pessoa. hacia 50 años que no entrava en dicha cafetaria y me dio mucho gusto volver a tomar un cafe.con respecto al hotelhago una sugerencia a la direccion del hotel que en recepecion todos los turistas que desean subir a la terrazase les cobre una cantidad acorde con las carateristicas del hotely asi de esta forma los huespedes del hotel podamos consumir con precios mas modestos. en mi opinion personal creo que cobrar por un cafe con leche 4.50 euros es demasiado caro ya no entro en los precios para poder pinchar algo. espero volver nos sentimos muya gusto. y pedir a la direccion tenga en cuenta mi sugerencia ya que en madrid para subir a las terrazas se paga. gracias por vuestra amabilidad en especial a todo el servicio del hotel.
Stayed for 3 night during a recent visit to Lisbon. Would recommend as very helpful and friendly staff with excellent command of English language. Big clean rooms and we had our own terrace with stunning views of the castle, the river and part of the city. Great breakfast selection and also a roof top bar. Location is ideal for getting around as bang in the centre of Chiado and ten minutes from lots of great places to visit and the central square etc. Would highly recommend.

sala linda, serviço impecável, vista sobre o Castelo e Alfama e a Moraria impagável... mas se desistirmos da reserva, pagamos. Razão: o chefe só trabalha com produtos frescos comprados à medida dos convivas... mas quando foi necessário juntar outro convidado, não houve qualquer obstáculo. De qualquer forma, um local de referência para quem gosta de boa mesa e boa vista!

O café da manhã, servido no mezanino agregado ao restaurante, com janelas privilegiadas, conta com boas opções! No coração das melhores lojas!
Excelente localização, quartos muito espaçosos e com lindas vistas de Lisboa. Check in cordial e staff atenciosos. Destaque especial ao funcionário Miguel, do café da manhã, muito trabalhador, atencioso e eficiente. Rooftop badalado. Voltaria a este hotel, com certeza.

Hotel situado en la Zona Do Chiado, Zona Alta de Lisboa, a metros del elevador de Santa Justa. El personal de recepcion muy amable y simpatico, se esmera en atender a sus clientes. Las habitaciones increíbles, amplias, exquisitamente decoradas, con sofas, pie de cama, amplios armarios. Baño amplio con buena ducha. Complementos como te y cafe, agua y minibar. En nuestra habitación contábamos con una terraza espectacular com vistas al castillo de san jorge. Recomendado 100%, ubicación inmejorable

You guys s*ck. We came on a Saturday to visit the rooftop and have a drink - it wasn't possible, private booking. We were told to come back the following day on Sunday. We came back the following day, and were told its fully booked and couldn't not visit. Why not suggest that the day before? Terribly bad organised.
Hosted a welcome party at the hotel’s rooftop for my wedding and everything, from the service to the views was perfect. Goncalo, Romano, and the whole team are professional and very easy to work with. I highly recommend stopping here for a drink or spending a few days at the hotel (the rooms with private rooftop terraces seem amazing). We can’t wait to return!
Here’s the view of a standard room. Be aware it’s like being in a basement although it’s on the 7th floor. Can’t recommend the rooms but the rooftop bar is lovely and the morning breakfast is excellent

My favorite rooftop bar in town (and the competition is stiff!). The views are gorgeous, the cocktails addictive, and the service is top.

Hotel chiado is located in a marvellous place, historic chiado right in the middle of the city. I would recommend the bar, but the service is horrendous. I arrived at the breakfast room at 10:00 and only 30m later after many many looks and gestures a single person assigned to the entire room was able come to us. Strong cheers for the person working there he was alone serving 12 people. But we are talking of a over 100 euros a night hotel that uses 1 person on a Sunday for a full service breakfast. Insanity and bad management. The rooms had a nice cozy look but nothing spectacular or amazing.

Excelente hotel, muito aconchegante, funcionários nota 10, atenciosos e prestativos, hotel limpo, bonito, extremamente bem localizado, próximo à estação de trem, metrô e ônibus, ótimo comércio ao redor. Tem um bar que serve alguns lanches até tarde da noite, caso esteja muito cansado pra sair.
Um excelente hotel em pleno centro da cidade e do qual pode desfrutar uma vista panorâmica de Lisboa. Perto dos monumentos, das lojas e das principais praças da capital portuguesa. Um staff muito simpático e atencioso prestam um serviço de 1ª qualidade.

Ubicación perfecta en el corazón de Lisboa, habitaciones amplias y limpias . El señor que nos recepcionó al llegar muy amable y atento. Sin duda las mejores vistas de toda Lisboa.

I loved my stay at the Hotel do Chiado. Perfect area of the city, I received a room upgrade to a room on the 7th floor with a nice terrace. The check in process was smooth, easy and the receptionist Ms Ines Xambre was super nice and welcoming! The food selection is not vegetarian or vegan friendly, however, the staff allowed me to bring my own food to the hotel’s public rooftop restaurant area.
