Bem, isso é legal! Tudo é automatizado. Você está reservando um quarto. Venha. Na tela, verifique o número da reserva que o hotel envia. Você recebe um código. E por esse código você caminha pela sala. A recepção funciona apenas 3 horas da manhã. Mas tudo é muito simples. Muito limpo. Há uma toalha, há roupa de cama. Chuveiro, vaso sanitário, cozinha e um local onde deixar a bagagem poderão usar mais se você precisar deixar as coisas.

É muito arrumado e tem muito espaço de armazenamento pessoal. Havia uma estação de metrô bem em frente e a estação de trem ficava a apenas 5 minutos. Billa é um mercado vizinho, onde comprei comida e cozinhei no primeiro andar. Não troquei de toalha, então sequei uma por duas noites

Este hostal fue una sorpresa completamente, a pesar de no tener mi clave para ingresar el encargado de turno me permitió quedarme en su casa hasta el día siguiente lo cual salvo el día. El lugar es súper lindo y tiene fácil acceso a cualquier lugar por estar cerca de la central de trenes que incluso cuenta con muchos locales de comida. Si buscas algo lindo tecnológico y rápido este es tu lugar.

El mejor hostal en el que me he quedado en mi vida, súper cómodo en cuanto a funcionalidad, es vdd que los colchones podrían tener más confort, pero vamos para eso vete a un hotel, es un hostal y está bastante bien pa el precio que pagas! la cocina cómoda, en nuestra estancia (3 personas) afortunadamente todo fue de maravilla!!! Baños súper limpios, cocina súper equipada, ambiente tranquilo y ubicación súper accesible con todo!

Precio cómodo, camas suaves y con buena privacidad, hostal cerca a la estación de buses y tren, solo que deben colocar anuncios sobre el ruido a otros huéspedes, adicional que estaban haciendo reparaciones al hostal y a las 8 30 am estaban con martillos y taladros, un poco perturbador si deseas descansar.

Pousada muito interessante e legal. Você faz o check-in sozinho, recebe os códigos da porta, cozinha, quarto e cama. A única coisa que eu não gostei foi um colchão muito macio, é extremamente desconfortável para dormir. Não tivemos muita sorte com um vizinho (um quarto para 4 pessoas) que cheirava mal, nem a janela aberta a noite toda, nem o pedido para ir ao chuveiro ajudou)) Bem, o que posso fazer, eu tive que aguentar) Outra desvantagem é o pequeno número de chuveiros e banheiros, quanto a mim. E não há um único gancho ou prateleira na cápsula, completamente inconveniente.Do lado positivo: a loja do Bill fica a 10 metros do albergue, fui amanhã comprar um café e bolos frescos, e aqui está o seu café da manhã. Bem, a estação fica do outro lado da estrada, muito conveniente. Mas longe do centro. Talvez 40 minutos a pé. Em geral, oh, como para uma nova experiência)

Quanto ao albergue - tudo é ótimo. Um sistema de automação muito interessante e, ao mesmo tempo, perfeitamente implementado, tanto no check-in quanto no movimento dentro do albergue. Existem áreas nas quais o acesso é aberto por um código comum. E na sala e no boxe pessoal o acesso é aberto apenas por um código pessoal. Tudo é seguro. A pousada é muito limpa, há uma grande sala de jantar. Do extra plus - proximidade da principal estação ferroviária Wein Bhf - apenas a 3 minutos a pé. Para o centro e, consequentemente, as principais atrações, caminhe por 25 a 30 minutos. Do principal menos, como para mim, o colchão é muito mole e apenas uma toalha. Caso contrário, um ótimo albergue perto da estação de trem.

Está bien ubicado, no obstante antes de ir asegúrense de que les envíen una clave de acceso, ya que la recepcionista está solo unas horas y si llegas cuando no estás tenés que registrarte en unas pantallas que tenés en la entrada para ingresar. Las camas son compartimentos cerrados y por lo tanto más privados. Las duchas bastante incómodas ya que no tienen sujetador. Comparto fotos

Lo que deberías saber antes de reservar este hostel. La recepción solo está abierta unas horas por lo tanto el checkin se hace a través de una pantalla con el código de reserva. El código que te dan para ingresar en la habitación solo funciona después de las 15hs el día del check in. En las habitaciones NO hay locker o espacio para poner los bolsos o maletas. Tenés que guardarlas sobre la cama. (Ellos te sugieren que uses los lockers de la estación central lo cual me parece ridículo). Las habitaciones son MUY pequeñas, o por lo menos la que me tocó (16) era de un metro de ancho el espacio para caminar y para 4 personas. En las habitaciones hace calor y solo hay un ventilador pequeño en el piso. No se puede poner arriba de la mesa porque no hay enchufe. En el piso superior hay 9 habitaciones de 4 personas o más y solo hay 2 duchas y 2 inodoros por lo tanto siempre hay que esperar a que se desocupen en la mañana o en la noche. La limpieza de los baños no era muy buena, siempre había olor a orina. En la habitación de al lado, la 15, había una maquina o algo similar que hacia ruido constantemente y largaba calor. La pared de nuestra habitación estaba caliente y por momentos no se soportaba el calor. La cocina esta buena, pero es chica. Los “sillones” son pallets con almohadones muy incomodos. Las almohadas de la cama son muy malas. Y las sábanas son cortas por lo tanto no alcanzan a cubrir la colchoneta. La ubicación es buena ya que esta frente a la estación central, hay un metro en la puerta y además se puede llegar caminando al centro en 20 minutos. Hay un supermercado Billa al lado pero cierra temprano y no abre los domingos.

Procs. Pretty comfortable. Nice kitchen, you have all necessary. Clean showers and rooms. Cons. Rooms are really tiny, 4 persons can barely stand at the same time. Far away from most sightseens, but undergroung station is in 50 meters. No luggage storage, only locked bed in room.

We stayed in a 4-bed dorm at Do Step Inn Central for 3 nights. It is a fully automated hostel (including check-in) and you hardly see staff. The hostel is located close to the Central train station (Hauptbahnhof), which is the reason we booked it, as our arrival and departure from Vienna were from there. The rooms, beds, toilets and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. However, the opening/closing of bed doors makes noise which can be uncomfortable. Moreover, the space inside the room is minimal preventing any sort of interaction or even placing your stuff. As a result, the common area is always crowded. The hostel doesn't have breakfast facilities (although the website said no such thing), no bar, no cafe, etc. It has a kitchen but due to its design, it is always crowded as almost everyone hangs out in the common area. Also, there is absolutely no provision to store luggage post check-out which is a bummer! Overall, it is ok for the price charged. I would recommend booking it only for its location.

Good job the cleaning ladies, too bad for them that there were people dirtying it right after the cleaning. Small rooms, I was expecting them to be bigger as in the pictures on booking, there was barely space to move, and not enough space for luggages. I really liked the lounge area with the big kitchen, it was nice spending there time in the evening. Not enough showers for the amount of people in the hostel, and one upstairs was broken, so we had one shower for a whole floor, which is insufficient. Good thing that on first floor there were separated toilets for both men and women, but not on first floor. A bad thing is that they didn't put any sheets on the bed, but you were supposed to put them yourself, which with the type of "closed" bed was not easy, especially on top bunk bed. And the sheets were not really long enough for the bed, and there was no duvet cover. Good thing is that you can lock your own bed with your belongings.

I liked this hostel. It is very interesting that everything is built on trust. and check-in occurs quickly, because you enter the room immediately and not through the reception. for 2 days, I did not see any of the staff, although everything is very clean.Beds like safes are a very cool solution and sleep pretty cozy, as if in your lair.

The trip was great. Everything met our expectations - the hostel, the weather, and the city. Staying at the hostel was comfortable. Each berth is locked with a combination lock door. Convenient kitchen, lots of dishes, a large refrigerator. Very convenient location near the metro and tram.

I think it's a great hostel. HOWEVER... My bed (1/5) had bed bugs. I understand this is NOT the hostel's fault as with so many travelers, it's bound to happen. The first night, I was not bit that I am aware of. But the 2nd night, they bit me all over my upper body. I checked the wooden panel under the mattress which had bed bug excretion in the two top corners. When we told the worker at the counter that night, she tried to say I was bitten on our train, which is false... I was not. And didn't offer for them to look further into it, only to talk to the owner who would be in the next morning. We don't dislike the hostel. It was very cozy before I got bit and it is very convenient, near the train station and has a cute common area with drinks and alcohol. We felt right at home when we stayed there. For right now, avoid bed 1/5 until they can confirm 100% that it does not have bed bugs anymore. Because it does. My husband slept in 1/6 and he had no bites and no excretion under the mattress. I don't believe they have an infestation. I believe someone right before came in and transported a few bed bugs and that it is a new problem. But they need to attack this new problem before it does turn into an infestation.
