A recepção do hotel foi muito útil e a estadia foi agradável. Bom para uma estadia rápida, pois precisávamos de um lugar para ficar por uma noite, pois reservamos em excesso nossa outra reserva. Piscina estava muito limpa e as crianças se divertiram.

Reservamos este hotel com base nos comentários e não estamos desapontados. Embora seja um hotel antigo, o quarto/instalações foram bem conservados, limpos e frescos. O que deu o tom da nossa viagem foi o nosso Check In. Fomos recebidos pela recepção com um sorriso amigável e caloroso, perguntou se tínhamos alguma necessidade. Houve um pequeno-almoço continental que foi ok. A localização foi perfeita para as nossas necessidades. Vamos reservar aqui novamente.

Reservamos este hotel basándonos en las críticas y no estamos decepcionados. Si bien es un hotel antiguo, la habitación y las instalaciones estaban bien mantenidas, limpias y frescas. Lo que marcó el tono de nuestro viaje fue nuestro Check In. Nos recibió la recepción con una sonrisa tan cálida y amistosa, y nos preguntaron si teníamos alguna necesidad. Había un desayuno continental que estaba bien. La ubicación era perfecta para nuestras necesidades. Volveremos a reservar aquí.

We booked this hotel based on the reviews and we're not disappointed. While it is an older hotel, the room/facilities were well maintained, clean and fresh. What set the tone of our trip was our Check In. We were welcomed by the front desk with such a warm friendly smile, asked if we had any needs. There was a Continental Breakfast that was okay. The location was perfect for our needs. We will book here again.

The hotel front desk was very helpful and the stay was pleasant. Nice for a quick stay over as we just needed a place to stay for one night as we overbooked our other reservation. Pool was very clean and the kids had fun.

Al llegar, descubrimos que no había manija del inodoro, ni detector de humo, ni toallas, ni televisor que funcionara. El inodoro se arregló casi de inmediato y las toallas llegaron aproximadamente una hora más tarde. A pesar de las promesas de hacer que un televisor funcionara al día siguiente, nunca se hizo. El desayuno de la primera mañana fue bueno: huevos, papas, gofres, salchichas, galletas y salsa, pan y cereales. El desayuno de la segunda mañana fue triste, solo salchichas y cereales. Buen precio aunque en la habitación. A veces obtienes lo que pagas.

Upon arrival, we discovered no toilet handle, no smoke detector, no towels, and no functioning TV. The toilet was fixed almost immediately and towels came about an hour later. Despite promises to get a TV to work the following day, it was never done.The breakfast the first morning was good- eggs, potatoes, waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, bread, and cereals.The breakfast the second morning was sad- only sausage and cereal.Good price though on the room. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

Traveled From Oklahoma room was nice and cleaned, bedsheets smelled like fresh Clorox and detergent you can tell it was cleaned very good. Breakfast was hot and good. Equipe amigável. Thanks for the great welcome, & forgot to mention prices are affordable! Only thing I wish the rooms had was a microwave. Nice clean pool, and all the neighbors stay to themselves, only had one problem a guy knocked on my room door looking for a lady and they kicked him off the property, DOCKERS INN most definitely respect they customers privacy and have zero tolerance for foolishness! Altamente recomendado!

Manager was exceptional, both her and pops are really great people! They go above and beyond. The pool was nice, the free continental breakfast was good, and the manager made cobbler and cookies each night. Will definitely stay again our next trip to Branson!

Let me tell everyone if you want a family friendly hotel this is IT! When we called to make reservations Vanessa was the sweetest person ever! She made sure we was going to be taken care of and every need was met. When we got there she was just as nice in person as she was on the phone. She made sure we was taken care of and even went out of her way to let my husband have apple juice in the evening 🙄 he’s spoiled I swear and she helped ha! In the mornings “Pops” was doing the breakfast and he was the sweetest man ever! I asked him how he was doing and he said “I’m doing great but if I can do anything for you please let me know” WOW! Amazing people and we will be returning! Vanessa also told us when we come back if they are doing BBQ she would like us to join them as family. Again if you ever want to be treated like family PLEASE give them a chance and I guarantee you will not be disappointed with the friendliest staff and newly renovated rooms!Thank you Vanessa and Pops for the amazing stay we will be back again soon!
