Coisa chata são os percevejos que são comuns a TODOS hotéis americanos que já pesquisei... Tem alergia? Passe álcool gel nas dobrinhas das camas e tenha seu próprio travesseiro...
Localização perfeita para quem vai aos parques da Universal. O quarto é espaçoso, cama confortável, perfeitamente limpo, a piscina é bem grande e tem até 2,9m de profundidade. Tem Starbucks, bares, gift shop, UPS store... O atendimento no front desk foi cordial e simpático, atendendo e resolvendo tudo o que precisei. Recomendo!
Assim é um hotel bom por causa da localização, você consegue ir pra qualquer lugar dela numa boa, a área da piscina é incrível a as diárias deles são relativamente baratas. Os contras são itens de consumos nele são caríssimos, recomendo passar no Walmart antes, e outra quando usar as toalhas joguem no chão pra elas serem limpas, se não as camareiras não trocam, uma política de ecologicamente corretos mas ao meu ver é somente para aumentar as margens de lucros no hotel. E Outra o estacionamento deles é pago o que é um absurdo considerando o espaço deles algo que podia ser embutido na diária, mas fora isso os quantos são bons e a internet e boa também.

Quarto sujo, banheiro com vazamento de água e funcionários grosseiros!Viajo frequentemente por motivos profissionais aos EUA, adoro a rede Hilton assim como a bandeira DoubleTree, mas a unidade “DoubleTree at the Entrance to Universal Orlando” é um horror!Recebemos um quarto sujo, tão sujo que a poeira se acumulada nos móveis. No banheiro encontramos um imenso vazamento de água que alagava o piso.Diante dos problemas tentei trocar de quarto, para tal procurei a gerente de recepção e mesmo sendo um membro Diamond, top tier no programa Honors do Hilton, recebi um atendimento grosseiro e deselegante.Como tudo que é ruim pode piorar, no dia seguinte descobri que “DoubleTree at the Entrance to Universal Orlando” não cumpria as regras do programa Hilton Honors para a categoria Diamond, portanto não teríamos direito ao café da manhã cortesia como previsto nas regras do programa Honors.Diante deste fato, solicitei o imediato check-out e deixei o hotel antes da data prevista, por obvio não pretendo retornar nunca mais a essa péssima unidade.Espero que esse breve relato ajude a outros viajantes da comunidade do Trip Advisor a escolher o seu próximo hotel.** Meus relatos são baseados em experiências reais como viajante a trabalho e a lazer em mais de 200 diferentes hotéis em 4 continentes, principalmente das redes Hilton e Accor. ;)
No dia 24 de março de 2019, por volta de 15:00 h saímos do quarto para permitir a limpeza, roubaram um par de tênis. Recomenda-se que tome muito cuidado ao se hospedar neste hotel ,
Muito bom hotel, porém havia entendido que havia onibus para os parques e não era bem assim, na verdade o ônibus era só para a Universal e não Disney, justamente o local mais longe do hotel.

More tree than it was Hilton but it was still very enjoyable. A beautifully designed hotel to say the very least. I would of liked the rugs to be more pristine and my shower working properly but again everything else was on point. Customer service, check in, guest services-relations & room service was just great. Conveniently located and well priced for what it offers.
No microwave in the rooms. Had to leave room @ night to heat up food in the game room. With a line. For a microwave that's not very good & takes a long time to heat up food. Just great with multiple variations of covid 19 going around. The hot tub doesn't work. We were told universal studios was across the street. It's a mile walk from the hotel.So. After a long 2 mile walk to & from universal studios. Couldn't relax in the hot tub. & Just to top it off. Our room smelled like cat & cat urine.What an incredible waste of time & money. These people don't care @ all. Having a robot give a generic response proves it
NOT FREE PARKING. Expect to spend an additional $23 plus tax a night. I’ve stayed at a few double trees before. They are usually hit or miss.. this one is nice, with a Starbucks and clean, modern lobby, nice bar. Our room was nice.. a bit humid. The bathroom was outdated but great water pressure. We only utilized the Starbucks and ice cream shop which was more than over priced.House keeping was great. Every other staff member was friendly. The parking fees made this stay over priced.
Una gran experiencia, el hotel si se ve que ya tiene sus años en funcionamiento, pero la verdad ofrecen un gran servicio, el aseo impecable, la habitación muy buena, las galletas que dan deliciosas, la atención del personal también impecable. Solo un pequeño detalle y es que si llevas vehículo te cobran el parqueo.

The operations staff were excellent and responded swiftly to all of our needs and requests.Definitely short staffed in the bar/restaurant and food was average.The dining staff tried but was frustrated. The breakfast staff at the Sunshine Cafe were so kind and helpful but food was average on buffett.Made to order menu breakfast was much better. But overall the hotel experience was 5 star!
We had an awesome time here. We went to Universal and walked to and from there every day, it was really close. The walk was really nice, not that long, and most importantly, not crowded at all and no line at security to City Walk. The room was great and beds were comfortable. There was a wonky bathroom doorknob and light switch, but that didn't really affect our stay at all. Everyone was super friendly. There was always someone waiting outside to open your car door or open the hotel door for you. They are always welcoming you back or wishing you a good day. Honestly I'm so impressed with this place. Plus, service was quick when you needed something brought to your room - and you can text them instead of call if you want. Will definitely be staying here again for another trip to Universal!
I was a guest at this DoubleTree for two nights. It is perfectly located for visitors to Universal Resort Orlando. Visitors are shuttled free of charge from the partner hotel to the park. My room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the amenities were up to date. The breakfast was delicious. Other highlights of the hotel include a pool, small Starbucks store and Avis station in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking is comparatively expensive at more than $20 per night.
The staff was very professional and very attentive to all their guests needs. Their customer service was second to none. Our room was spotless our beds were very comfortable we both slept very well. The pool and kitty area looked like so much fun but my favorite part was the patio with the lights the fountain and the fire pit.My only complaint was no microwave in the room. But everything else more than made up for it
Fomos fazer o check in as 17h e o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Ficamos esperando cansados por 1h até finalmente entrar no quarto. Para fazer a limpeza, tem que avisar na recepção 1 dia antes, senão o quarto fica sem limpar. A calefação estava quebrada e passei mt frio. Não recomendo.
Gran experiencia, a muy corta distancia (inclusive caminando) de Universal y Centros Comerciales (Simon Outlet y Millennia), opciones para comer/cenar a unos cuantos pasos y el viaje a Disney es de 15 minutos en auto. Gran opción!
Excelente hotel, muy cómodo, está al lado de los parques de Universal, bus incluido en hotel hacia el parque, restaurant bueno, heladería exquisita, UPS para recibir paquetes, stand de universal para consultas y tickets, al lado de Orlando premium outlets. Volvería al mismo sin pensarlo

Me gusto muy bonito hotel. Le doy 4 ☆ porque la bañera de la habitacion el agua se empozaba y eso me daba asco además de la tasa había que descargar en varias ocasiones para que quedara limpia.
And previous reservation at Avanti Palm resort place was absolutely atrocious dirty and did not feel safe. We left immediately found DoubleTree would recommend this location anytime and intend to go back in the future. Establishment was clean observed staff cleaning continuously enjoyed a nine-day stay and actually extended. Both staff and guests were extremely friendly only downside was the $23 a day parking for guests. Plenty of places to go within walking distance but parking he should be wave for guest staying more than two nights. Shuttles to Disney would have made it perfect. The manager Brian was extremely accommodating and helpful and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Would recommend anytime especially compared to other facilities in that area. Very affordable
Best hotel within walking distance to everything! Located right outside Universal the park is a 20 minute walk away. You can't beat the convenience and the grounds are immaculate! Nice sized pool. Perfect jacuzzi. Wicker cabanas in the courtyard and fountain with lights to sit by. A bar to eat. An ice cream shop. Nice hotel store. And conference center. The staff is amazing at the front desk. I can't thank them enough. 🌟
Excellent stay! Stayed for three nights visiting City Walk, Seaworld and Disney Springs. Not sure why some reviews say unclean and run down - we found the hotel clean and well kept. The building itself isn’t new but has been maintained well. The price point was perfect. The pool was awesome (pool bar closed) but we made our own cocktails from the snack bar. Rooms were clean - staff were nice. Location was perfect! Will stay again.
We stayed there while visiting Universal Studios, Sea Life and Legoland. The hotel is conveniently located near Universal Studios- but it’s at least 30-40 min walk from it. The pool was decent, hot tub nice but didn’t look too clean. The staff is super nice and most people I talked to has worked there for a few years so that was nice to hear. The gym was super nice and clean. The hotel has Avis rental place desk, shuttle to Universal ( that required reservations ahead of time) and convenient gift shop. There is a decent restaurant and small fast food place. The overall stay was nice- nothing too fancy but perfect for a few nights with my boys while enjoying parks around.
Me and my fiancé picked this hotel since it is across the street from Universal Studios and we could just walk everyday to avoid a rental car and the excessive amount to park daily here but MY MY MY was that a horrible idea! Next time we visit Orlando, we will be investing in something way better and in a much cleaner area. First, the area where the hotel is located is near the highway which makes the area look really ran down. The room smelled so bad like the carpet hadn’t been cleaned in years. It smelled like wet towels or something. The room was also dirty but clean to the surface and was also out dated. The elevators are SUPER old and slow so if you have to be somewhere, you should leave your room at least 20 minutes early. Also, we arrived and had to wait 3 hours in the lobby for the room that was NOT worth waiting for. It resembles a upscale motel or an upscale but ran down extended stay. The only thing we enjoyed was the sitting area outside with the fire pit and fountain, the pool, and being away from the rooms at the parks. This is our first and last stay here! Please save your money and stay somewhere better! I understand it’s convenient for the parks but trust me, it’s not how the pictures look!
Stayed here for a weekend getaway in Orlando. We were really impressed with this hotel! Many of the resort amenities without the resort fee. We especially enjoyed the HUGE hot tub and heated pool. The bar and grill was chaotic, a bit understaffed, and mediocre in quality, but we needed a drink and something to eat after our flight-and they provided! Room was clean and in good shape, location is great! For the price we would certainly return.
Great hotel for the price! Very comfortable and convenient to Universal. The staff was 5+ stars—some of the friendliest hotel staff (in all positions) I’ve ever encountered. A bit of a hike to the parks, but very doable... about 20ish minutes (and better than anything else I know of that isn’t in the park). Only downside: not many dining options near or at the hotel. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant, but it seemed unimpressive and over priced. Other than that, would recommend this hotel!
The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The beds are slightly smaller than queen sized, more like a double bed. Convenient access to Universal and to restaurants. We didn't really receive any service, I suppose if we had called down we could have requested more towels or toiletries, we had just enough though. Front desk staff were friendly. Tip: there is a FREE shuttle bus to Universal, however, availability for the early times fills up quick. I recommend scheduling a day ahead. Otherwise it is a 20 to 25 minute walk, which is doable, but you'll be walking all day. 😉
We had a great stay at the hotel this time. The service for breakfast was great on our first morning with Jim serving us. But sure enough Jim came over and made it right! Every time I stay at this hotel I need to add more to the review Greg and Avitri were wonderful for breakfast every morning making it work even though they are in the midst of renovations. And Cathy at the front desk was amazing and made everything perfect during the family vacation!
DoubleTree Universal Orlando has it down to the science! During check-in we threw a couple 'curve-ball' questions and the front desk team was spot on and more than accommodating. While loading in for our event, multiple team members welcomed and offered to assist. The event has been smooth sailing and great food all around. I would also highly recommend anyone enjoying Universal Studios Orlando as buses are available but also a short 15 min walk right to City Walk. A+++
The hotel was absolutely fabulous! The room was amazing and the staff was great! My only complaint is that our shuttle from Universal Studios back to the hotel was extremely late. Every time we went back, she was at least a half an hour later than the said time. One time another bus driver even had to drive us back to our hotel. Although the male bus driver taking us to the park was extremely nice and always on time, so thank you to him.
Overall I had an enjoyable stay here. Amenities were nice, staff and front office were very friendly, rooms were clean, and the pricing was great. Only complaint is related to shuttle times to Universal Studio's. Besides that I would stay here again on my next visit.
The room suited our needs perfectly. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. If you are going for Universal the location is great. It is a 15 min walk to the park or save your steps and take a $7 cab ride ride. There is a free shuttle as well. There are also lots of restaurants near by that aren’t part of City Walk. Only complaint would be the room doors are heavy with loud locks. We heard every door opening and closing no matter how hard you tried to close it softly. The halls are pretty echoey too. If you are looking to relax this probably isn’t the best choice but for our Universal bound vacation this was perfect.
