Lovely hotel, staff were helpful and the room was lovely with a balcony where you could see the medieval city. Great climate control and bed was the very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and highly recommended.

Room is great and the all floor staffs are definitely 5 stars except the receptionists. We met three receptionists and two out of three were soo rude. The way they talk to you when you ask questions are very short and sharp. I wouldnt say this is a French thing as all other staffs in the hotel are so kind, helpful and lovely.

All it needs is a car park to score 5 stars. Our room and terrace overlooked river Aude and medieval city. Food excellent, guests from 5 star Hilton next door came to eat here.

Nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. Some spoke English and Spanish so getting along was easy. From the restaurant you have a nice view of the Castle. The dinner was great and the breakfast buffet was rich. Lot's of options to choose from. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Carcassonne and Soleil Vacances Hotel Les Chevaliers.

Excellent location between old city and new with great views of the old city. Room very spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet style breakfast has a good selection of both hot and cold food and is very well prepared. I would stay here again.

.A warm and friendly welcome in a very smart reception area suggested that we had chosen wisely. After entering our room we knew that we had. Three days later and our opinion has not changed. The view from our balcony towards the old city is superb, as is the location set between the old and new cities. We chose a bed and breakfast deal as there is no restaurant in this hotel and there are a multitude of restaurants nearby to choose from for an evening meal. Breakfasts were splendid by the way. Staff have been excellent too.
