Definitivamente, um L enorme para os hotéis Hilton como um todo. Eu vi o zoo's altamente bem conservado e bem conservado do que esta fossa de um estabelecimento chamado "hospitalidade" aqui.

The staff are rude and highly childish and unprofessional, as well as no security and order at all amongst a majority of the other patrons who stay here. Definitely a huge L for the hilton hotels as a whole. I've seen zoo's highly more maintained and well kept than this cesspool of a so called "hospitality" establishment here.

Nós ficamos em muitos hotéis para viagens de fim de semana. Sem dúvida, este foi o melhor que encontramos em sua faixa de preço. Funcionários extremamente educados e eficientes, belo interior com átrio central de 4 andares, decorados com bom gosto e convenientemente dispostos, com bar e restaurante. Os elevadores têm fundos de vidro para que você possa ver o átrio central, e a janela do nosso quarto também dá para ele.Excelente chuveiro com degrau baixo (sem banheira para navegar.) Boa iluminação no banheiro e um ventilador também. O quarto tem uma pequena geladeira, cafeteira, sem microondas. Cama muito confortável. Quarto bem isolado, dormimos bem ambas as noites.Ótima experiência do início ao fim, altamente recomendável.

Personal extremadamente educado y eficiente, hermoso interior con atrio central de 4 pisos, decorado con buen gusto y convenientemente distribuido, con bar y restaurante. Los ascensores tienen respaldos de vidrio para que pueda ver el atrio central, y la ventana de nuestra habitación también mira hacia afuera.Excelente ducha con escalón bajo (sin bañera para navegar). Buena iluminación en el baño y un ventilador allí también. La habitación tiene nevera pequeña, cafetera, no microondas. Cama muy cómoda. Habitación bien aislada, dormimos bien las dos noches.Gran experiencia de principio a fin, muy recomendable.

We stay at a lot of hotels for weekend trips. Hands down, this was the nicest we've found in its price range. Staff extremely polite and efficient, beautiful interior with 4 floor center atrium, tastefully decorated and conveniently laid out, with bar and restaurant. Elevators have glass backs so you can see center atrium, and our room window looked out over it as well.
Excellent shower with low step-in (no tub to navigate over.) Good lighting in bathroom and a fan in there as well. Room has small fridge, coffee maker, no microwave. Very comfortable bed. Room well insulated, we slept nicely both nights.
Great experience from start to finish, highly recommend.

Este hotel pode ser mais adequado para lazer do que para negócios. Especialmente se você for um profissional de saúde em viagem. Você NÃO terá o descanso necessário para trabalhar em turnos de 12h. A cama NÃO é confortável! Estou em uma suíte king e o colchão é tão duro. Estou literalmente escrevendo este comentário às 3 da manhã porque não consigo dormir. São 2 molas de caixa em tamanho grande juntas sob o colchão. Os travesseiros e a cama têm um odor repugnante e mofado. Eu viajo com meu próprio travesseiro, toalha, cobertor, pano de banho e material de limpeza. Mas, o cheiro está na sala. O chuveiro claramente não estava limpo porque havia cabelo nas paredes. ESTÁ ACONTECENDO UMA PANDEMIA! A limpeza deve ser MÁXIMA PRIORIDADE! O calor é tão alto toda vez que liga, e ainda está frio. As portas batendo a noite toda, as pessoas barulhentas na outra sala tocando música até a 1h da manhã. Isso é um pesadelo! Não é isso que eu esperava do Hilton. Trazer minhas coisas para o quarto foi até um inconveniente. Resumindo. Este hotel não é para enfermeiras de viagem. Estarei fazendo check-out pela manhã. Não vou perder $ 600 e ficar desconfortável por 7 dias ...

This hotel might be better suited for pleasure than business. Especially if your a traveling health-care professional. You will NOT get the rest needed to work 12h shifts. The bed is NOT comfortable! I'm in a king suite & the mattress is so hard. I'm literally writing this review at 3am because I can't sleep. It's 2 full size box springs put together under the mattress. The pillows & bed have a disgusting, musty odor. I travel with my own pillow, towel, blanket, wash cloth, & cleaning supplies. But, the smell is in the room. The shower clearly wasn't cleaned either because hair was on the walls. IT'S A PANDEMIC GOING ON! Cleanliness suppose to be TOP PRIORITY! The heat is so loud every time it cuts on, & it's still cold. The doors slamming all night, the loud people in the other room blasting music until 1am. This is a nightmare! This is not what I expected from Hilton. Bringing my things to the room was even an inconvenience.. Bottom line. This hotel is not for travel nurses.
I'll be checking out in the morning.
I will not waste $600 and be uncomfortable for 7days.. .

Rooms are nice and clean. Dinner was great! The chef and bartender (Sherri) at the restaurant were very good. Excellent customer service. We will be back!

First stay and it will definitely not be my last!! Superior service from check-in to check-out, phenomenal night's sleep (the property is tucked away in a nice, quiet area), and really appreciated the updated bathroom/shower. Bar/restaurant are open (tho I didn't partake) but the menu looked interesting and the vibe seemed very relaxed. Love this place!
