Staff was nice, rooms were great.Clean, reasonable price, good little indoor pool.However, the TVs in the rooms only worked intermittently, which matters when you are trying to have some peaceful time for your children.Finally, the biggest reason I gave 3 stars - the smoke alarms in each room flash green at all times of night and day.It is bright enough that it disrupted my sleep and the sleep of my kids.When I asked, the staff had no solution.All in all, it wasn't a bad stay, but I wouldn't stay here again until they fix the smoke alarms to not light up all night. This is my second time staying here. The first time was amazing; no complaints whatsoever. The second time, I was created by a very rude staff member (I believe his last name was Abbott). I tried to check in and he almost denied me because “they don’t do electronic cards.” I calmly explained the process that the staff did in order to check me in. He told me that I was wrong, the staffed I named never worked there, and that I would have to find a different way to pay. He then proceeded to call his manager and continued to tell me that I needed to find a different way to pay. Then he pulled my information up, finally, to see it was already paid for. A few days later, as I’m walking in, he points me out to another staff member to tell them that I was “the lady who came in and tried to pay electronically.” Needless to say, I will not be returning here. As a Titanium Elite member, I’ve never experienced someone so rude. The hotel was very nice, but he completely ruined the entire experience. Esta é a segunda vez que me hospedo aqui. El personal era agradable, las habitaciones eran geniales. The staff was so friendly helpful and welcoming. Angela was a jewel. Room was perfect. Had my gender reveal on the patio it was the perfect outdoor setting very accommodating. Every one was comfortableand loved the convienceof the hotel. Very clean and open A equipe foi tão simpática prestativa e acolhedora. Ângela era uma jóia. Quarto era perfeito. A Baller hotel!Very upscale! Pool is unique. We had a suite that included five rooms and a huge gathering area in the middle. We were there for a big birthday party. Very clean and very friendly staff considering our noise level. Did not get to sleep in the room but checked them out they were very nice. Walking distance to Talk of the Town. Will go back and stay the night. Um hotel Baller! Muito sofisticado! Piscina é única. Tivemos uma suíte que incluiu cinco quartos e uma enorme área de encontro no meio. Nós estávamos lá para uma grande festa de aniversário. Pessoal muito limpo e muito amigável, considerando o nosso nível de ruído. Great concept and great experience.Meant for longer term stays as rooms have sinks and partially stocked utensils with some rooms having a kitchen like a residence inn. They serve a complimentary made to order breakfast and have a free beer /wine happy hour every evening.Liked the rooms and service. I will be trying again. Primeira vez em um Element, apesar de ser um titânio vitalício com o Bonvoy. Grande conceito e grande experiência. Destinado a estadias de longa duração, pois os quartos têm pias e utensílios parcialmente abastecidos, com alguns quartos com cozinha como uma pousada residencial. Eles servem um café-da-manhã de cortesia feito na hora e um happy hour de cerveja/vinho de cortesia todas as noites. Gostei dos quartos e serviço. Estarei tentando novamente.

Diseñado para estadías más largas, ya que las habitaciones tienen lavabos y utensilios parcialmente abastecidos, y algunas habitaciones tienen una cocina como una posada residencial. Stay here during the furnace breakdown in our home . The hotel is surprisingly one of our best stay. It's new, bright and clean. There is a mini kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, small stove and apartment size refrigerator. The fresh cooked complimentary healthy breakfast is a plus, ancient grain with sweet potato & avocado and other staples such as muffin, sandwich, cereal, fresh fruit. Professional grade complimentary coffee 24/7. Gym and swimming pool. We will definitely come back or recommend to all of our friends!!! Thanks! Fique aqui durante a quebra do forno em nossa casa.
