Adoro quando um estabelecimento faz arte bacana 🎭 digite o nas paredes. A decorativa estava no ponto. Tirei muitas fotos, e o café da manhã é como deve ser sempre em todo e qualquer hotel. O site mostra o local real e como deve ser. Desejei ter ido ao bar e grill do grande Louie ou até mesmo ter ido a outros andares para tirar mais fotos. O mural de peixes koi e a árvore e os pássaros na porta são meus favoritos.

I had spoken with GM regarding the 07/14/22. Regarding the barking dog issue and with the night front desk young man who worked the overnight shift. I had an issue also with the same young man (long hair) who works the late shift then on my second stay. I came down early (around 5am) on the 8/2 and explained to him I was extending my stay for another night, and that my room had not been cleaned since I was there. And I really needed it to be done since I was out of soap, clean towels and trash was overflowing. He said he would make sure house keep did a complete service on it. I also said could you please make sure my digital key would still work and he said he would take care of that. Well, when I got to my room that night my digital key would not work so I had to go all the way back down to get a key. Then when I went back up to the room, I found nothing had been done. To say the least I was not happy, this is now the second time with this young man that I had an issue. I went back downstairs and spoke to the young lady at the counter (sorry I forgot her name) but she told me this was her first week, she was exceptionally nice and tried to help the best she could. I let her know that I wanted to speak with the GM since I had had and issue with the same young man the week before and had spoken to the GM already about that issue. She let me know he was out but put a note in my file. As a diamond member I'm very frustrated with the lack of service I had two stays in a row now. After not hearing from the GM, I emailed him twice, but he did not even respond to my email.

I love when a establishment does cool art 🎭 type the on the walls. Decorative was spot on. Took a lot of pictures, and the breakfast is how should always be at any and all hotels. The website show cased the actual place and how it should look. Wished I had gone to the big Louie's bar and grill or even went to other floors to get more pictures. The koi fish mural and the tree and birds in the door way are my favorites.

Absolutamente me encantó este hermoso hotel! El registro fue impecable y fácil. La habitación estaba impecable y bien equipada. La cama y las almohadas eran divinas y el aire acondicionado era agradable y frío. ¡La ducha tenía la mejor presión de agua y sus productos para el cabello olían increíble! Me encantó poder iniciar sesión en su televisor inteligente para ver nuestros programas. ¡Definitivamente vamos a estar de vuelta!

Absolutely loved this beautiful hotel! Check in was flawless and easy. The room was spotless and well-appointed. Bed and pillows were heavenly and the AC was nice and cold! The shower had the best water pressure and their hair products smelled amazing! Loved being able to login on their smart tv to watch our shows. We will definitely be back!

Loved the pillows. The sofa bed was unexpectedly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was more that we expected. Lastly, even though we went on a busy weekend, the breakfast area was roomy, and well stocked at all times. Great job Embassy Suites!

Quando chegamos, contornando o Round Rock Premium Outlets, onde este hotel está localizado ao lado das Bass Pro Shops. Eu estava esperando um hotel de gama média, mas do lado de fora parecia um pouco luxuoso, com bom apelo de freio e estátuas de bronze de cavalos na frente e atrás. O estacionamento é gratuito e o lobby impressionante para um hotel tão pequeno. Era grande, com muitos lugares sentados, com um restaurante no local chamado Bar Louie, juntamente com um bar do lobby, e o que parece ser uma configuração futura para outro restaurante.Fomos recebidos e verificados profissionalmente. O nosso quarto era uma mini-suite que era muito impressionante. Todo o lugar parecia novo e fresco. Como ter um quarto separado da sala de estar com duas TVs grandes separadas. O único problema que experimentei foi que as baterias estavam faltando no controle remoto, mas desci as escadas e recebi algumas.Quanto ao andar de baixo, chegamos bem a tempo, onde às 17:00 o bar do lobby tem happy hour com uma bebida complementar e aperitivo que foi batatas fritas e variedade de mergulhos. Também tivemos um lanche agradável no Bar Louie antes de voltar para o quarto e notamos uma piscina coberta.No dia seguinte fizemos o check-out super cedo e para nossa breve estadia tivemos uma experiência agradável, e depois recomendamos para outra pessoa que procura um lugar para ficar naquela área.

Cuando lleguemos dando vueltas por los Round Rock Premium Outlets, donde se encuentra este hotel junto a Bass Pro Shops. Esperaba un hotel de gama media, pero desde el exterior parecía un poco lujoso con un bonito atractivo exterior y estatuas de bronce de caballos por delante y por detrás. El aparcamiento es gratuito y el vestíbulo es impresionante para un hotel tan pequeño. Era grande, con muchos asientos con un restaurante en el lugar llamado Bar Louie, junto con un bar en el vestíbulo, y lo que parece ser una instalación futura para otro restaurante.Nos saludaron profesionalmente y nos registramos. Nuestra habitación era una mini suite que era muy impresionante. Todo el lugar parecía nuevo y fresco. Como tener un dormitorio separado de la sala de estar con dos televisores grandes separados. El único problema que experimenté fue que faltaban las baterías del control remoto, pero bajé las escaleras y me proporcionaron algunas.En cuanto a la planta baja, llegamos justo a tiempo, donde a las 5:00 p. m. el bar del vestíbulo tiene hora feliz con una bebida y un aperitivo complementarios que eran papas fritas y una variedad de salsas. También tuvimos un buen refrigerio en el Bar Louie antes de regresar a la habitación y notamos una piscina cubierta.Al día siguiente salimos súper temprano y para nuestra breve estadía tuvimos una experiencia agradable, y luego se lo recomendamos a otra persona que busca un lugar para quedarse en esa área.

Surprised by Grandeur
A one night stay was needed for my wife and I in the Round Rock area and booked a night here. When we arrive wiggling around the Round Rock Premium Outlets where this hotel is located next to the Bass Pro Shops. I was expecting a mid range hotel but from the outside looked a bit luxurious with nice curb appeal, and bronze statues of horses all over in front and back. The parking is free and the lobby impressive for such a small hotel. It was large with plenty of seating with on-site restaurant called Bar Louie, along with a lobby bar, and what looks like future setup for another restaurant.
We were professionally greeted and checked in. Our room was a mini suite which was very impressive. The whole place looked new and fresh. Like having a separate bedroom from the living space with two separate large TVs. The only issue I experienced was the batteries were missing from the remote control, but went downstairs and was provided with some.
As for downstairs we hit it just in time where at 5:00 PM the lobby bar has happy hour with a complementary drink and appetizer which was chips and assortment of dips. We did also have a nice snack at Bar Louie before heading back to the room and noticed an indoor pool.
The next day we checkout super early and for our brief stay we had a nice experience, and later recommend it to another person looking for a place to stay in that area.

Os quartos foram uma surpresa porque o espaço de estar é um quarto e as camas estão em outro quarto. O banheiro fica entre esses quartos. O serviço de quarto foi melhor do que muitos restaurantes e eu iria lá novamente apenas para comer. O sul profundo Mac e queijo estava delicioso. Minha única reclamação é que o quarto estava quente quando chegamos lá, no entanto, ligar o ar condicionado e fechar as janelas ajudou.

Las habitaciones fueron toda una sorpresa porque el espacio habitable es una habitación y las camas están en otra habitación. El baño está entre estas habitaciones. El servicio de habitaciones era mejor que el de muchos restaurantes y volvería allí solo para comer. El macarrones con queso del sur profundo estaba delicioso. Mi única queja es que la habitación estaba caliente cuando llegamos allí, sin embargo, ayudaron a subir el aire acondicionado y cerrar las ventanas.

The rooms were quite a surprise because the living space is one room and the beds are in another room. The bathroom is in between these rooms.
The room service was better than many restaurants and I would go there again just to eat. The deep south Mac and Cheese was delicious.
My only complaint is that the room was hot when we got there, however turning up the AC and closing the windows helped.

Não tive problemas com a minha estadia, mas fiquei em hotéis Embassy Suites muito mais agradáveis, com suítes com vista para um átrio. Fiquei surpreso que isso foi configurado mais como um "Home 2" ou um Hilton Garden Inn. Café-da-manhã foi ótimo, o centro de fitness estava bem equipado e útil. Eu gostaria que eles tivessem um carregador para o meu Tesla, como as últimas Embassy Suites em que fiquei.

I had no problems with my stay, but I've stayed in far nicer Embassy Suites hotels, with suites overlooking an atrium. I was surprised this was set up more like a "Home 2" or a Hilton Garden Inn.Breakfast was great, the fitness center was well-equipped and useful.I wish they had a charger for my Tesla like the last Embassy Suites I stayed in had.

Everything was excellent from the welcome into the building to the leave! Room(402) had a enough space for a family of 5. I was on the pull out had some of my best 😴! I have to meant how awesome Brinkley was she went over the moon for US!! She is the definition of Customer Service! A hospitalidade da equipe foi excelente, o gerente geral foi extremamente flexível. Não posso falar o suficiente sobre a equipe; amigável, útil, sempre sorrindo. Meu quarto era muito bom, grandes janelas com vista para o horizonte. Eu amo todos os produtos naturais (loção, xampu etc) no quarto. Uma pequena sugestão… Tenha um caixa eletrônico no local, pois foi difícil conseguir troco para a lavadora e secadora. Felizmente para mim, o gerente teve a gentileza de me dar moedas de seu próprio bolso, o que achei muito atencioso e “acima e além”. Por último, a localização é fantástica. Hotel muy espacioso y limpio, ya un precio estupendo. Este es probablemente el mejor Embassy Suites que he visto. Las habitaciones y las camas también son muy cómodas. Todas las comodidades que pueda necesitar están en un solo lugar, incluido el restaurante adjunto. El desayuno gratis es mejor que la mayoría de los desayunos de hotel que cuestan más. Very spacious and clean hotel, and at a great price. This is probably the nicest Embassy Suites I've seen. Rooms and beds are very comfortable as well. All the amenities you could need are in one spot, including the attached restaurant. Free breakfast is better than most hotel breakfasts that cost extra. Staff is very friendly, and there are a lot of seating areas to catch up with friends or meet with coworkers. Definitely the best place to stay in the area!

The hospitality from the staff was outstanding, the general manager was extremely accommodating. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff ; friendly, helpful , always smiling. My room was very nice, big windows overlooking the skyline. I love the all natural products (lotion, shampoo etc) in the room. One small suggestion… Have an ATM on site whereas it was hard to get change for the washer and dryer. Luckily for me, the manager was kind enough to give me quarters out of his own pocket which I thought was so thoughtful and “above and beyond.” Lastly, The location is fantastic. You can walk to the outlets, H-E-B plaza, Bass Pro Shop. I had a wonderful stay Embassy, thank you for making it so pleasurable!
