Foi absolutamente nojento nos quartos! Aranhas em todos os lugares nos corredores, o café da manhã é apenas cereais e leite velhos! Os banheiros nos quartos estão moldando! Molde em todos os lugares! O banheiro era amarelo direto! O tubo de banho estava todo mofado e sem sabão para lavar as mãos ou lavar o corpo nada! Cheirava tão mal! Meu marido saiu com o nariz sangrando do ar mofado. Fiquei extremamente decepcionado com esta estadia. Eu sei que algumas pessoas são pagas por qualquer coisa para dizer coisas ruins sobre alguns lugares e eu geralmente nem me importo em escrever críticas ruins ou qualquer coisa, mas esse lugar deixou eu e meu marido sem palavras sobre o quão nojento era. Economize seu dinheiro porque este lugar não vale um centavo!

Sé que a algunas personas se les paga por lo que sea para decir cosas malas sobre algunos lugares y, por lo general, ni siquiera me importa escribir críticas negativas ni nada, pero este lugar nos dejó a mí y a mi esposo sin palabras sobre lo repugnante que era. ¡Ahorre su dinero porque este lugar no vale un centavo!

It was absolutely disgusting in the rooms! Spiders everywhere in the halls, breakfast is just stale cereal and milk! The bathrooms in the rooms are molding! Mold everywhere! The toilet was straight yellow! The bath tube was all moldy and no soap to even wash your hands or body wash nothing! It smelt so bad! My husband left with a bloody nose from the moldy air. I was extremely disappointed in this stay. I know some people get paid for whatever to say bad things about some places and I don’t usually even care to write bad reviews or anything but this place left me and my husband speechless on how disgusting it was. Save your money cause this place isn’t worth a penny!

Minha estadia foi abaixo de 0. Eu não poderia imaginar ficar em nenhum lugar pior. Sra. Ally, o trabalhador da recepção foi muito rude e pouco profissional. Temos nossos quartos que já pagamos para doados. Reservamos um quarto para dois dias fumando. Depois de perguntar por que não recebemos o que pagamos e perguntamos se poderíamos ser colocados no quarto certo, fomos informados de que o quarto foi vendido e que, se não estivéssemos satisfeitos com os quartos que nos deram, ela daria longe daquele também. Ela disse que o terceiro pelo qual colocamos o hotel solicitou que o quarto fosse alterado para não fumante. Quando entramos em contato com o terceiro, eles não fizeram uma solicitação nem viram nenhuma alteração no pedido. ela levantou a voz para mim, ameaçou dar nossos quartos que já pagamos, nos disse que não nos daria as chaves a menos que “prometêssemos sair no dia seguinte”, ela teve uma atitude o tempo todo. quando eu disse a ela que isso não era um bom atendimento ao cliente, ela me disse OBRIGADO !!! (gritando).. quando pedi para falar com o gerente/proprietário, ela não me deu o nome dele nem como eu poderia entrar em contato com ele. Quando fomos colocados no quarto, fomos informados de que era melhor sair quando solicitado e, para piorar ainda mais, estava imundo! Os lençóis tinham sujeira por toda parte. Quando falamos sobre isso, eles apenas nos deram mais lençóis em vez de alguém os trocar. o chão não tinha sido limpo, a pia estava literalmente entupida e suja. O café na pia secou. Eu contaria a todos sobre minha experiência para que eles nunca viessem aqui.

O nosso quarto era imundo roupa de cama tinha cabelo. Quando ela puxou o sofá. Os lençóis estavam cheios de comida. Ela os trocou também. O banheiro também estava imundo. A moça da recepção foi muito simpática e limpou o que pôde. Se eu não tivesse que esperar um reembolso do meu cartão, teríamos ido para outro lugar. Piscina também estava cheia de folhas etc. Não tinha sido limpo.

Quarto era bastante limpo, camas agradáveis. As desvantagens foram a banheira de hidromassagem que tínhamos tem um anel amarelo e a água realmente faz um anel amarelo bruto durante o uso. Sem café da manhã e está nas comodidades oferecidas, disseram que ainda é devido ao covid. Eu entendo coisas corporativas, mas não deveria estar nas informações de amenidades. A equipe do escritório é legal, mas eles fecham o escritório às 10, então fique atento! Fiquei agradecido por eles me chamarem porque eu estava atrasado para o check-in logo após as 10. Eles têm um riacho fofo atrás do hotel, e o próximo churrasco é bom.

Ótima localização! O riacho que corria pelos fundos da propriedade era lindo e é fácil sair da propriedade e no caminho para o seu destino. A equipe foi extremamente amigável/útil e o quarto era limpo. A única desvantagem foi que o chão do chuveiro estava muito escorregadio e o ar condicionado não fez um bom trabalho para remover a umidade do quarto, mas eu não alugo um quarto em Branson para ficar sentado o dia todo.

Este lugar é absolutamente lindo. Alugamos a suíte master, 2 quartos, 2 banheiros. Tivemos muito espaço e muita diversão. Foi bom ter a cozinha em nosso quarto e a churrasqueira nos fundos. A piscina era boa, mas ainda um pouco fria. Já reservamos novamente para nossa viagem de Natal em família.

As camas e roupas de cama são tão agradáveis e muito confortáveis. Não ouvimos nenhum ruído de outros hóspedes .Minha coisa favorita é o belo riacho aqui. Tomei café sentado à beira do riacho e fui nadar nele! Adoramos o nosso café, por isso trazemos uma cafeteira de tamanho normal. A piscina era ótima, e você pode ouvir os sons do riacho, que fica logo atrás. Altamente recomendado!

¡Buena ubicación! El arroyo que atravesaba la parte trasera de la propiedad era hermoso y es fácil salir de la propiedad y dirigirse a su destino. El personal era EXTREMADAMENTE amable y servicial y la habitación estaba limpia. El único inconveniente fue que el piso de la ducha estaba muy resbaladizo y el aire acondicionado no hizo un buen trabajo eliminando la humedad de la habitación, pero no alquilo una habitación en Branson para sentarme todo el día.

Nuestra habitación estaba sucia, la ropa de cama tenía pelos. Cuando sacó el sofá. Las sábanas estaban llenas de comida. Ella también los cambió. El baño también estaba sucio. Las camas y la ropa de cama son muy agradables y muy cómodas. No escuchamos ningún ruido de otros huéspedes. Mi cosa favorita es el hermoso arroyo aquí. ¡Tomé un café sentado junto al arroyo y me metí en él! Nos encanta nuestro café, así que traemos una cafetera grande. La piscina era genial, y puedes escuchar los sonidos del arroyo, que está justo detrás. ¡Altamente recomendado!

My stay was below 0. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere worse. Mrs. Ally, the front desk worker was very rude and unprofessional. We got our rooms that we already paid for given away. We booked one room for two days smoking.After asking why didn’t we get what we paid for and asked if we could be placed in the right room, we were told the room was sold and that if we weren’t happy with the rooms that we were given, she would give away that one as well. She said the third party we placed the hotel through requested that the room be changed to non smoking. When we contacted the third party, they did not put a request in or see any changes to the order at all. she raised her voice at me, threatened to give our rooms that we already paid for away, told us she wouldn’t give us the keys unless we “ promised to be out the next day”, she had an attitude the whole time. when I told her this wasn’t good customer service, she told me THANK YOU!!! ( yelling ).. when I asked to speak to manager/owner she wouldn’t give me his name nor how I could contact him. When we did get placed in the room, we were told we BETTER leave when asked and to make it even worse, it was filthy! The sheets had dirt all over them. When we told them about that, they just gave us more sheets instead of having someone change them.floors had not been cleaned at all, sink was literally clogged and dirty. There was coffee on the sink dried up. I would tell everyone about my experience so they never come here.

Our room was filthy bedding had hair on it. When she pulled out the couch. The sheets were full of food.She changed them as well.The toilet was filthy as well.The girl at the front desk was very nice and cleaned what she could.If I wouldn't have add to wait on a refund from my card we would have went elsewhere.Pool was also full of leaves etc. Hadn't been cleaned.

Room was pretty clean, beds nice. Downsides were the jacuzzi tub we had has a yellow ring on it and the water actually makes a gross yellow build up ring while in use. No breakfast and is in offered amenities, they said it is still due to covid. I get it corporate stuff, but it shouldn't be on the amenities info. Office staff is nice but they close the office at 10 so heads up! I was thankful they did call me as i was running late to check in just after 10. They have a cute creek behind the hotel, and the next BBQ is good.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. We rented the master suite, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. We had so much room and so much fun. It was is nice to have the kitchen in our room and the grill out back. The pool was nice, but still a little cool. We have already booked again for our family Christmas trip.

Great location! The creek running through the back of the property was beautiful and it’s easy to get out of the property and on the way to your destination. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly/helpful and the room was clean. The only downside was that the floor of the shower was very slippery and the AC didn’t do a very good job of removing humidity from the room but I don’t rent a room in Branson to sit around in it all day.

The beds, and bedding are are so nice, and very comfortable. We heard no noise from other guests .My favorite thing is the beautiful creek here. I had coffee sitting by the creek, and went wading in it ! We love our coffee, so we bring a full size coffee pot. The pool was great, and you can hear the sounds of the creek , which is right behind it. Highly recommend!

Ficamos aqui ontem à noite e foi muito bom! Quando cheguei, foi muito fácil e conveniente fazer o check-in, as camas eram muito limpas e confortáveis e a bela vista do riacho e da cachoeira que tínhamos da janela do quarto era de tirar o fôlego! As únicas desvantagens foram provavelmente as questões de arrumação.. nenhum dos artigos de toalete foram preenchidos eo banheiro não era muito revigorado.

Nos alojamos aquí anoche y fue bastante agradable. Cuando llegué, fue muy fácil y conveniente registrarme, las camas estaban muy limpias y cómodas, y la hermosa vista del arroyo y la cascada que teníamos desde la ventana de nuestra habitación era impresionante. Los únicos inconvenientes fueron probablemente los problemas de limpieza. Ninguno de los artículos de tocador estaba lleno y el baño no estaba muy renovado. Pero en general disfrutamos de nuestra estadía y ¡volveremos!

We stayed here last night and it was pretty nice! When I arrived, it was very easy and convenient getting checked in, the beds were very clean and comfortable and the beautiful creek and waterfall view we had from our room window was breath-taking! The only downsides were probably the housekeeping issues.. none of the toiletries were filled and the bathroom wasn't very refreshed.. but all around we absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back!
