Voltei passados uns anos, tudo muito profissional e simpático,ótimas piscinas quer a exterior bem como a interior, o restaurante éde visita obrigatória. Os preços são os normais neste género de estabelecimentos. Faça uma visita , nao se vai arrepender.

hotel bastante limpo, com uma decoração bonita; cama com um bom colchão e almofadas; na casa de banho, a referir que, no quarto em que ficámos, a luz faz muito barulho quando se acende e a banheira, apesar de resguardo, ainda assim permite que a água caia para o chão; o almoço foi bom e com opções para vegetarianos e o pequeno-almoço, também, tinha alguma variedade para vegetarianos; funcionários acessíveis e prestativos (especialmente a senhora que nos atendeu, dado que fizemos a reserva em cima da hora e com acesso às termas)

Excelente hotel. Ficámos hospedados uma noite, para uma escapadinha de fim de semana em família. O quarto super espaçoso, muito confortável, o wc enorme e tudo muito limpo. Muito bem insonorizado, deu para termos uma noite muito tranquila. A vista era fenomenal do nosso quarto. O pequeno almoço soberbo, com uma grande variedade de comida, várias opções para pessoas intolerantes e vegetarianas. O salão super amplo e muito confortável. Tudo muito organizado, nota-se o cuidado que os funcionários têm com o local. Embora não tenhamos usufruído, as piscinas são muito apetecíveis e com áreas grandes. Recomendamos a zona do bar à noite, conseguimos relaxar e usufruir de um pouco da calmaria da noite, de salientar que os valores são muito em conta. O staff, 5 estrelas, de uma simpatia imensa e cuidado para com os hóspedes. O único ponto negativo é apenas haver um elevador. Recomendamos e com certeza voltaremos no futuro.

We had to stop in Luso due to motorbike battery fault, staff (including director) kindly helped us calling all possible dealers around to find a replacement as we did not manage language properly. Many thanks for your assistance, we were able to get back home on time!

Lovely hotel, 100min bus ride from Porto. Great report m, lovely pool( indoor and outdoor) with friendly staff. The town is small but lovely. Not too expensive. Will recommend this place…..

Adorei a experiência. Suite com boa higiene, staff excelente. Precisei de chamar uma ambulância de madrugada e o senhor da recepção foi excelente e rápido a fazer a comunicação para o 112. A comida era agradável e a piscina interior também.

Hotel muito antigo mas impecável em tudo: bom serviço; boas instalações; bem localizado; simpatia do staff; excelente pequeno almoço; bar com vista soberba para a piscina; piscina olímpica como já existem poucas; dois bares formidáveis (um na piscina). A voltar sempre!!

O quarto estava sempre impecável ao nível da limpeza. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e solicitos. O hotel tem uma piscina fantástica. O pequeno almoço delicioso. A possibilidade de ligação interior entre o hotel e o spa das Termas também é uma mais-valia. Fantástico para uns dias/semana reparadora de energia. A localização é excelente, com acesso a pé à Mata do Bussaco.

Super satisfeito com a estadia de 6 noites. Desde a equipa da recepção até á equipa de animação para as crianças, tudo foi impecável. Piscina olímpica muito bem tratada, ginásio disponível para os hóspedes todos os dias com excelentes equipamento e staff disponível lá, Homens na Lua acompanham as crianças em certos momentos do dia com actividades bem dinâmicas e engraçada. Acesso directo às termas do Luso e aproximidade da mata do buçaco propiciona excelentes corridas matinais. Recomendo!!

Gostei do Hotel e 4 estrelas é a classificação ideal.É importante dizer desde já que a minha experiência foi de uma suite. Os pequenos almoços podiam ser melhores mas são diversos e especialmente na abertura são muito bons. O jantar é fraco, é caro e creio que não valha a pena com tão bom restaurante por perto. As salas comuns são muito agradáveis e confortáveis e o hotel está numa localização central excelente. A piscina exterior é grande e limpa, a interior é menor e não tanto do meu agrado. O café da piscina é caro. O quarto em que fiquei foi adequado e a internet do hotel é excelente***** faz-se streaming à vontade em, até onde eu vi, qualquer parte do hotel. O pessoal foi atencioso e cordial e muito* profissional. Há um acesso privilegiado às termas Luso. O hotel já começa de alguns jeitos a mostrar a sua idade, mas a decoração interior é agradável e nota-se que vão combatendo o problema da idade modernizando-o. Gostei do hotel e totalmente voltaria cá.PS: O hotel merecia mais um elevador.

The stay at this hotel was a very great and pleasant experience. The rooms were superb, very spacious and well looked after, the morning cleaners didn't miss a spot and were very thorough. The food was very good as well with a wide variety of food to choose from. From kitchen to reception staff, everyone was really pleasant do deal with and very accommodating. Hotel features an indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the latter features a 3, 5 and 10 metre diving board and the pool is from 1.3m to 4.6m deep.
The area of the hotel is rich with thermal waters and there's a day or two worth of stuff to do around there.. A few hundred meters away from the hotel there's a big fountain with amazing water and lots of people come and fill their water jugs there. A bit higher you can see an abandoned theater. As you follow the stairs up in the forest you find a nice set of stairs which look very Thailand-ish. The whole area is riddled with things from around 1690, the biggest being the big Bucaco palace with an amazing garden, which maintained very well. The architecture is very detailed and nice as well. Buçaco Forrest as it's called has an amazing history, from being settled by monks to seeing wars being fought, which I'd advise you to learn all about to have a truly unique experience. Leading up to the highest point of the forrest Cruz Alta there is a Calvary with many stations of Jesus's suffering. It was built in 1694 I suppose from clay and it's really interesting to see. And the view from the top is amazing, especially at nigh and the half an hour it takes you to reach the top is totally worth it.

Impresionante. Hotel para volver. Los empleados muy atentos. En el bufet de desayuno bastante bueno, quizás debería tener algo más el de la noche. Tanto los camareros como los cocineros que lo atienden un 10. Te explican, te ayudan. Cumplió de sobra con mis expectativas.

Very quiet location in a rural beautiful area. Friendly staff. Rooms very spacious by European standards. We visited in the winter so did not use the pool but it is Olympic size and has a jumping platform. Main down side is the breakfast which cost them a star. Obviously this place is for people who want to wind down away from the bustle of a big city as it is quite a drive from major urban areas.

I have stayed here various times and I loved it. The swimming pools are amazing,bedrooms are so beautiful, in general all the interiors are very well done. I do not understand why it’s not a 5***** hotel I think it deserves it. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is always very friendly. The breakfast and dinning rooms have a wonderful view for the exterior pool (with 50m) which I think it was the first Olympic Pool made in Portugal (if not the first, one of the first). Loved it. Absolutely recommend!

Nice 🏨, nice rooms and very friendly staff. Dinner was surprisingly good, breakfast at average level. Swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, are also very convenient. Inconveniente is the fact that not hotel guests can enter the pools areas without any control, although they have to pay. This causes a short coming for everyone, which reduces the relaxing part of the holidays.
