Super expensive, lots of kids in lockdown. The spa is terrible a mess with lot of people. I was freezing in the SPA and the water is cold too... because of covid there are no heating places, the experience was terrible. The food in restaurant was nice!

Excelente hotel! Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Ambiente descontraído e informal. Os clientes são convidados a tomar o pequeno-almoço de roupão. As piscinas são brutais. Restaurante com comida e qualidade de serviço de 5 estrelas. Prolongámos a estadia e vamos voltar. Muito bom! 👌🏻

Começamos pela chegada ao Hotel onde a rececionista nos explicou todas as regras de segurança e nos fez uma excelente apresentação do hotel com muita simpatia e muito esclarecedora... Nestes tempos que sentimos insegurança devido a pandemia, parece que a mesma tinha ficado lá fora. De seguida entramos no quarto e que quarto,conforto, limpeza, espaço, temperatura, vistas,que podemos dizer ( era só Top Top) E então com o tempo meio chuvoso lá fora e frio fomos relaxar na piscina, começamos a descer o elevador panorâmico e (uauuuuuu o que é isto? ) depois já dentro da mesma (piscina simplesmente magnífica), fomos até ao exterior (estava frio e chuva e nós quentinhos na água, só faltou nevar para ficar ainda mais perfeito) Jantar no hotel - Fizemos marcação logo na chegada com a rececionista simpática, e não é que a simpatia se estende pela equipa toda... 😉 Comida bem confeccionada, variedade, sabores da região e bom vinho. Pequeno almoço tem de tudo um pouco, é completo ao máximo um pouco de tudo para os fit e para os menos fit 😁😉 Resumindo é um hotel fantástico, onde o conforto, a simpatia, a qualidade e muita segurança se encontra pelo complexo todo. Aconselho a 110%, seja para uma escapadinha romântica ou umas férias em família. Obrigado Equipa H2O Foi top top top

Great hotel to relax and enjoy a few days in nature near Serra da Estrela. There are a lot of massages and treatments to do since it is located in a thermal spring. The staff was amazing.

Hotel muito agradável. Staff simpático e prestável. Utilização pós pandemia facilmente adaptável com o uso de máscara e desinfeção das mãos. Turcos, sauna, etc, desativadas mas as piscinas e jacuzzis em pleno funcionamento sendo do mais agradável em termos de espaço que já vi em hoteis. Spa com massagens por marcação. Pequeno almoço de qualidade e sem grandes alterações (ao contrário do que existe em outras unidades hoteleiras da mesma categoria). Restaurante bom até no que toca a relação preço/qualidade. A voltar

Great place to take a couple of days to relax in a beautiful part of the country. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice spa and swimming pools. Rooms are a bit small but well equipped and the buffet of the restaurant is good, not great

Beautiful hotel with magnificent pools, jacuzzis, turkish bath, hammam (or hamame) and other water related relax "attractions"... Like waterfalls... :-) . The restaurant is ok but maybe not as impressive as the pools. Staff is very nice. It is located in a very small village in the middle of Serra da Estrela and it is a wonderful place to spend a couple of days while exploring this area of the country. In previous stays maybe I've enjoyed more the staff... And some minor areas could use a little maintenance... But it is still a place that I want to go back... and my kids insist on it...

Everything was really good. Pools are amazing to relax and to ease all sorts of pain. The suite was spacious and clean. Only thing that I recommend to owners is that there's no availability of a recycle bin in the bedroom

Overall, was a very good hotel. It is great for family breaks.
Very clean, good confortable and spacious rooms but no coffee/tea facilities.
The swimming pool and spa area is good, clean and very relaxing. The restaurant was pleasant with really good service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Muy bonito, un Spa increíble y la habitación bonita, moderna y cómoda. El único pero es que el día que fuimos nevaba fuera y al estar conectada la piscina con la piscina de fuera estaba el agua fría. El resto perfecto 👌

Third time we stayed at this hotel and as always it's a 5 star experience in a 4 star hotel. The rooms are great, the wellness area (pools, jacuzzi, sauna,and so on) are exquisite and the breakfast is amazing in both quality and quantity with a superb service and a gorgeous view. Especially in the winter, you can have the amazing experience of swimming in the comfortably warm exterior/interior pool while looking at the snow top mountain. Just heaven on earth.If your vacation goal is to relax, exercise and just take care of yourself then I highly, _highly_ recommend this hotel.

Perfect place to escape reality and relax. Good food, cozy rooms , awesome Christmas decorations and not too many people in the pools area. Also the hotel surrounded by amazing nature, this is a pleasure to walk around this small city and the forest.
