Preço muito bom para a localização e proximidade de Maryland Live pela metade do custo do Casino. Os quartos estavam acima da média e a cama era confortável. Pretty good price for the location and proximity to Maryland Live at half the cost of the Casino. Rooms were above par and bed was comfortable. The full breakfast was surprisingly excellent. Many selections and not just some bland cardboard food. Parking was easy. Only oversight was there were no cups for water in the room, but I never asked for them either. I just bought a bottle.

Reservamos para uma "suíte" que está colocando muito modestamente. A única atualização foi um pouco mais de quarto no andar. Foi no quinto andar. Ao mergulhar nele para talvez tentar consertá-lo, pedaços pretos saíram do ralo. Só Deus sabe o que eram. Então pedimos para mudar o que eles obrigaram. O quarto que o sistema dizia estar disponível não estava. Estava imundo e rasgado e cheirava como se alguém tivesse morrido no corredor. De volta à mesa que fomos. Eles finalmente pareceram reunir sentido suficiente para nos colocar em uma sala, visto que está se aproximando da meia-noite e teríamos sorte se houvesse mais alguma disponível. O consolo foi sorvete grátis e uma taxa alterada. A taxa vai de 135 a 99 por noite. Na minha opinião este lugar era comparável a um motel 6 que custa 30 dólares por noite. O ar condicionado também não estava funcionando corretamente quando eu o deixei cair para 66 graus e a temperatura ambiente ficou em torno de 71. Úmido e sujo. O box do banheiro do saguão está caindo aos pedaços. A piscina era boa o suficiente com um portão quebrado. A totalidade do hotel vem de um tempo esquecido que foi meio legal por dois minutos até você ver o quão desagradável ele realmente é. The hotel is in a great location, across from a shopping center with plenty of entertainment. They have a menu to order from local places with lots of options. It looks pretty modern and the rooms were nice, except I'm not sure how good house keeping is because there were noodles on the floor by the desk.

We booked in to a "suite" which is putting it very modestly. The only upgrade was a bit more floor room. It was on the fifth floor. There was peeling paint and wallpaper across most of the walls. The toilet would not flush and ended up clogging immediately. When going to the front desk, clerk was on a smoke break and had to call maintenance personally who was just not at work. What kind of Hilton has no maintenance staff? We had to plunge the toilet ourselves. Subsequently another person in my party tried to shower and the bath tub backed up. When going to plunge to it to maybe try and fix it, black pieces came out of the drain. God only knows what those were. So we asked to move which they obliged. The room the system said was available was not. It was filthy and torn apart and smelt like some one had died in it from the hallway. Back down to the desk we went. They finally seemed to pull enough sense together to get us into a room seeing as how it's approaching midnight and we'd be lucky if there was any more available. The consolation was free ice cream and a changed rate. The rate going from 135 to 99 a night. In my opinion this place was comparable to a motel 6 which cost 30 dollars a night. I probably would have slept better there. I like a stiffer bed but I left with back pain. The ac wasn't working properly either as I dropped it to 66 degrees and the ambient temp stayed around 71. Damp and dingy. The lobby bathroom stall is falling apart. The pool was nice enough with a broken gate. The entirety of the hotel comes from a time forgotten which was kinda cool for two minutes until you see how nasty it actually is. I guess if I was as drugged as hunter s Thompson in fear and loathing this place would be marvelous. But it is indeed a dumpster fire. If you have live anywhere close to better than this hotel is not for you.

The only reason that I gave this two stars rather than one because of the staff is really nice. But this hotel has seen its better Days. The rooms smells molded, it may be the carpet. It was difficult for me to sleep because of the smell. I had a headache for the 2 nights that I stayed there. My coworkers stated the same thing.Normally hotel lobbies are nice and updated. Not this one, so you know what you are going to get when you get to your room. Even the wallpaper has scratches and dirt on it. Horrible!!! Do not stay here unless you live lesser than this!

Antes de um longo dia de viagem, reservei um quarto neste hotel por mais de US $ 200 na esperança de descansar antes de uma viagem de 7 horas no dia seguinte. Este é um comportamento que espero pagar US$ 60 em um Motel 6, mas este é um estabelecimento Hilton cobrando quase 4 vezes esse valor. Fique longe deste lugar se você realmente quer dormir.

The staff were friendly but the room was terrible, there was a gap between the door and door fram which allowed the light from the hall way to illuminate the room all night.The curtains had so many holes in them the street lights illuminated the other half of the room.There were kids running through the halls past 11pm, opening and closing doors half of the night.The air conditioner kicks on and off all night.The air in the room went from cold to hot all night.On top of that every 10 minutes or so you hear a loud car/truck diving by with music blaring or a coffee can exhaust.If you want to stay awake for 2 days then I would highly recommend this hotel.If you can find a better option.

This hotel was acceptable.Needs a good face lift. The rooms were very dated and sleeping beds ok. The staff was friendly .Once again the mobile key with phone non operable. I think this is starting to happen at a lot of lower grade Hiltons. The lobby AC wasn't working great. The food for breakfast very very good.Staff did an excellent job for preparation.

Before a long day of travel, I had booked a room at this hotel for over $200 in hopes of rest before a 7 hour drive the next day. I arrived to a chaotic place with people having cookouts and throwing baseballs in the parking lot. There was one person working on an incredibly busy night. I tried to go to sleep just before 9pm to no avail. There was yelling, screaming, and door slamming. I contacted the front desk. They sent “security” up to quell the ruckus to no avail. The next time I called the lady said she’d have them evicted, but still nothing. I called the front desk 8 times over the course of 3 hours and as I write this the noise is still as loud as it was at 9pm. This is behavior I expect paying $60 at a Motel 6, but this is a Hilton property charging almost 4 times that amount. Stay away from this place if you actually want to sleep.

This location may have been better at one time, but it needs a serious cleanliness and condition upgrade. Ceiling is peeling, cobwebs in the corners, and just general dirt and smudges in a lot of places. Windows are extremely dirty and our first room smelled very sour like someone head thrown-up in it or something.We generally like to stay in Hampton Inn and Suites but this is likely our last.

Unfriendly lady at the front desk. When asked for my member discount or AAA discount I was told, in a condescending voice, that she gave me the lowest rate ($157 & tax). This stay was the most expensive of the 4 Hampton Inns I stayed during my 2 week vacation. Time for the hot breakfast Hampton is known for, none there, my wife had a cold bagel (no toaster) I got a dry cereal. The other option was a doggy bag that I wouldn’t send my children to school with. A truly awful stay.
