Only expect to get treated well here if you are an influencer! Also it has a shocking all inclusive, expect to spend hundreds of dollars wether on all in inclusive or not! Nice villas but bad views. Lovely clear water and great entertainment, would not return or reconvened

¡me encantó! Gran lugar con excelente personal, todos fueron muy amables, ofrecen transporte gratuito desde el aeropuerto y tienen muchos restaurantes para comer, muy limpios y profesionales. Las habitaciones tienen una gran vista y son muy bonitas. La piscina era increíble, lo recomiendo encarecidamente, un saludo a Dasha por ayudarnos siempre.

loved it! great place with great staff, everyone was very friendly, they offer free ride from the airport and they have many restaruants to eat at, very clean and professional. rooms have great view and very nice. pool was amazing, highly recommend it, shout out to Dasha for always helping us.

Love the location, close to airport and many beaches that you can go to on the island However, the all inclusive deal is a joke.All inclusive means everything is included especially when we pay an arm and leg for it. There is too much restrictions to all inclusive at this hotel I rather have gone to the RIU than this because I would be guarantee real all inclusive

The most magical resort I’ve ever stayed in. Everything about Hard Rock is amazing. The staff are brilliant and the rooms are beyond comfortable. They have like 8 restsurants and two Hookah bars. Their restaurants are top notch. The marine life is breath taking. Lot of activities for water sports lover and their bands and Halloween party was fascinating. I miss our Platinum over water Villa. I miss walking or riding to breakfast and having whole lot of tasty breakfast. I miss the mesmerizing sunsets and exploring every inch of the island. I hope one day I can re-visit this piece of heaven on earth again and with kids next time.

Os funcionários e animadores deste hotel sãomuito simpáticos atenciosos. Seria interessante, além de cobrar o exame de PCR para COVID,exigir também as duas doses da vacina,para intensificar as festas e eventos de integração,pois a pandemia criou um grande isolamento e déficit de divertimento.

He was so kind and remembered our names and made sure everything was going great for us, he definitely went above and beyond for everyone! The rooms were really nice! Really all the staff was great and very attentive and fun! Can’t beat the view either! We had great weather our whole trip and was gorgeous! Unforgettable time I have been there. The resort is the best place I travelled to. Resort has a nice and clean beach. Also,there is many facilities you can do it, like water sports and trips. Hotel muito bom, compartilha sua estrutura com o complexo SAii Lagoon e você tem várias atividades nos dois, inclusive usar todas as estruturas, como seus restaurantes e o conhecido Hard Rock Café, com seu deliciosos sanduíches. Muitas atividades aquáticas de graça, como caiaques, pedalinhos, sup e snorkel. Outro ponto positivo é água fornecida de graça nos quartos, restaurantes e bares da piscina. E ainda tem shows ao vivo toda noite.

I've just arrived and I am quite disappointed.......... It's a concrete jungle in a beautiful azure sea. This is a new resort and no doubt in around 10 years it will be more interesting. The lagoon has no coral (as with the more established resorts) and the beautiful coloured fish that live therein are also nonexistent.
Dissapointed also with our first dinner as the standard was mediocre, we expected a far higher level of cuisine for the prices paid.
One positive aspect however, has been the staff, everyone we have met so far has been supper friendly and helpful.

So we took the speed boat over and what a great location this place is at. Beautiful lagoon to swim in and walking over to the resort you pass through this little area with restaurants and a few other things. Beautiful pool at the resort, outside bar that serves drinks, service out there was not good at all. Did not have any food but went into one of the over water villas and they were very nice.

Very well executed and maintained resort. When I visited it was only few months after it was opened. People were always smiling and helpful. I like the formula of Hard Rock. Everything happens without any pressure. Music is always a nice theme.
