Loved the location and pool access. First room I got, toilet handle was broken and still food crumbs under dresser and bed area. Called down to the lobby, only to be hung up on twice.

Price After spending three days there I only came across three people that actually spoke to me from the staff. There was no food options after 11 pm and nothing other than the casino to do after 10 pm.

The pool staff was very nice same with the steak and shake staff They didn't have any hideaway beds(due to covid was told during booking) so our five-year-old had to sleep in the bed with us, the rooms air conditions did not work worth a damn, couldn't have kids out at the pool past 8pm (didnt know that when booking)

I like that the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and the casino was nice. The parking garage basically felt like my car would be robbed or vandalized. The garage is very dirty and the people in or around it i would consider shading. I cared more for my rental car in the parking lot as I was staying in the hotel as there

That it was clean and no issue with thins in the room. We booked an non-smoking King size bed room and we received a 2 beds in the room. And they were not king size beds. Also the hotel fees I thought I paid up front and when I went to check out they said I owed them the fees Which were higher add tax to it
