0 estrelas, sinto muito. Tive uma experiência muito terrível. Reservei um quarto para minha irmã vinda do exterior em uma visita e paguei 2 semanas de adiantamento em dinheiro e fui forçada a dar um cartão de banco para registrar, embora eu paguei em dinheiro. Minha irmã decidiu ir embora depois de uma semana e cancelou a estadia. Eles se recusaram a reembolsar em dinheiro e disseram que farão o reembolso no meu cartão do banco. Já se passaram 2 anos e ainda não recebi meu dinheiro de volta. Mandei e-mails e liguei para eles literalmente um milhão de vezes e ninguém parece se importar. ISTO É LEGALMENTE ILEGAL!

Had a very terrible experience. Booked a room for my sister coming from abroad on a visit and paid 2 weeks advance in cash and was forced to give a bank card to register even though I paid in cash. My sister decided to leave after a week and cancelled the stay. They refused to refund in cash and said they will refund on my bank card. It's been 2 years now and I still haven't received my money back. I have emailed and called them up literally a million times and no one there seem to care. THIS IS LEGIT ILLEGAL!

Reservei 3 dias para o hotel Hatters em manchester pelo booking. Porém, quando cheguei... o hotel estava fechado!! E ninguém avisou antes! Nem o hotel e nem o booking!!! Fui direto para o hostel Hatters e fui muito bem atendida. A gerente do local disse que o hotel Hatters estava fechado para reforma, e a única maneira de ela ajudar era acomodar no hostel eu e meus pais. Porém não aceitamos, pois meus pais são idosos. E tivemos que procurar um hotel de última hora por Manchester. Então, fiquem atentos ao hotel!

You'll struggle to find it with no signage anywhere. You won't have any place to store your luggage. You won't get the room you paid for. You will have to share one single toilet and shower with an entire floor of guests. You won't get reliable wifi. You will get throw pillows but you won't get a trash can. You will get a lamp but you won't get a lightbulb for said lamp. You won't get staff that will fix any of these problems.

Great place. Great location and friendly staff. The only complaint is the lack of cooking decent utensils which makes it difficult to keep food from sticking and eventually burning in the pan/pot. No kitchen knives or cutting boards either. The water drainage in the shower was also slow, but otherwise the shower and bathroom was very nice.

As hostels go this place is very good. It has black out blinds and friendly staff. It is clean and cheap. What more do you want. Happy days

Can't fault the room as such, it was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Unfortunately there was a bright green light in one of the fixtures that lit up the whole room so brightly I feel like I barely slept. Not ideal when traveling for work, and given the price I paid (although that was high due to multiple large events in the city)

El lugar esta bien pero el bar de abajo, según la habitación que te toque y cuanto soportes el ruido, puede ser molesto para dormir. No es tanto la música fuerte sino las risas y el hablar muy alto de los clientes.

Las habitaciones fueron caras para las camas viejas y la limpieza que encontré en el lugar, definitivamente mi queja mayor :(. El ambiente es muy tranquilo dentro y puedes conversar con una que otra persona en los espacios de cocina y tv. Por otra parte, yo estuve hospedada ahí el fin de semana y se escucha el ruido intenso y personas entradas en la fiesta toda la madrugada.

Este hostal es horrible!!!!!! Las camas están que se caen, se hunden... las habitaciones tienes las ventanas abiertas del calor que hace! El piso suena terrible! Y el baño es asqueroso! La ducha está tapada y el agua no baja, después de una rato queda sucia, además no tiene cortina y la ropa se moja, yo quería salir corriendo! No te dan desayuno y no hay mucho en la cocina, la ubicación está bien pero me pareció un poco insegura.

No le doy 0 estrellas porque no se puede.UN TIMO, NO OS DEJÉIS ENGAÑAR POR LA APARIENCIA DE LA RECEPCIÓN.La gente de las habitaciones sin ningún tipo de educacion, gente borracha, de dudosa confianza y en recepción la única solución que te dan es cambiarte de habitación. Tras pelear con ellos me devuelven el dinero de las noches restantes pero no len de la actual porque he estado solamente 5 minutos en la habitación viendo el panorama....Veremos si consigo tener mi dinero de vuelta...DEPLORABLE

Finally they've finished renovating the kitchen and they've added one toilet outside of the ensuite dorms. The common areas are pretty good, a little crowded in the kitchen sometimes. There's no oven, but there's a hob, microwave and free tea and coffee. WiFi is very slow. The mattresses are worn and not very comfortable.Location is great, but noisy until 2 am or so, so don't come here hoping for an early night on the weekend. The bar courtyard was right outside the dorm window and you hear the music as if you were out there. The cleaning staff continually slam the doors in the morning and sometimes there is construction.Cleanliness could be better, and I wish they recycled! 1st floor rooms have air-conditioning, and 2nd and 3rd don't. It seems it's either too hot or too cold there. That said, there are only three hostels in Manchester, and this is usually my pick. I have met some cool people there.

Habitaciones pequeñas, camas pegadas, no hay mesas ni muebles... Colchones pésimos domde es díficil dormir, no hay desayuno y encima caro. No merece la pena para nada, nos hemos tenido que ir al segundo día a otro hotel por todo esto. Por decir algo bueno, la ubicación ya que esta céntrico más o menos, lo demás fatal

Hatters is a stone throw away from Piccadilly station. It is a cosy hostel which provides value for money. The communal kitchen is overdue a renovation. But apart from that, I would recommend the place.
