Me senti em casa. Pessoal super simpático e prestativo, sempre disposto a ajudar no que fosse preciso. A Catarina e o Nelson Gonçalves que ficam no "pequeno almoço" são de uma simpatia / energia sem igual. Localização perfeita. Voltarei com certeza.

The hotel is centrally located by Marquês de Pombal with the metro station on the doorstep and lots of amenities nearby.
However, the hotel itself is quite dated, and I’m not sure I’d call this a 4 star hotel, given its tired and aging decor. This was most evident in the room, which was a lot smaller than expected and the bathroom wasn’t much to write home about either.
The staff were friendly enough and the room was cleaned daily but there are certainly no frills here. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay but based on my experience, there are better hotels in Lisbon for a similar price.

Excelente hotel , cafe da manhã farto e muito variado. Quero elogiar a equipe de restaurante e limpeza. Cito: Nelson Rodrigues, Catarina, Márcia e Gonçalo, do café da manhã (sempre gentise atenciosos) e da limpeza em especial a Jane . Não poderia ter esquecido da Cristina da equipe do café da manhã, funcionária excepcional, super responsável.Foi um esquecimento imperdoável.

Valorizei a cama extra grande e super confortável num quarto de dimensões razoáveis. A casa de banho é pequena. Serviço eficiente. Lamento que o bar do hotel feche à meia noite, não existindo outras ofertas alternativas nas proximidades. Perto de pontos de negócio.

Péssimo hotel, estivemos aí em 2019 cerca de 5 dias em 3 quartos, durante a estadia esqueceram de limpar os quartos por 3 vezes, chegamos ao final do dia com o quarto sujo e inabitável. Ofereceram um voucher de 3 diárias, para utilizarmos durante o ano de 2020, contudo infelizmente veio a pandemia e. ao prorrogaram sua utilização.Não recomendo e se hotel!

Central location was the only positive
Rooms are small as compared to other European hotels. Had to ask front desk to fix the shower three times before it got fixed. Cleaning is not good despite telling the front desk to clean the shower area nicely. Saw some dirt/gunk in the shower area and also some fungus/mold at the edges of the bathroom walls

For 4 star hotel and the price we paid for the room, the mattress was to hard and the pillow very very cheap. We stayed 3 nights and it was impossible to sleep. However the location was very good.

Made the reservation through Booking and it said “pay at property”. 3 times they (HF Fénix Lisboa) canceled my reservation because I didn’t pay in advance through they website. When I realized I paid them in advance, my credit card was charged and thought everything was fine. I mistakenly booked for one day earlier, which was fine because it wasmy mistake (I called them and told them I would arrive a day after) but because I didn’t arrive they first day of my reservation they cancelled it without telling me. The receptionist were really rude about my situation and told me that they never charged me, that it was Booking but in my credit card statement it clearly said “HF Fénix”. Overall the hotel is ok but all the trouble they made me go through + the rudeness of the staff I give them 1 star.

It's a four star hotel so everything is as you would expect. Plenty of lifts. Lots of choice for breakfast. Hot food bit Limited for vegetarian but I understand not a lot can be done. Staff are friendly but it helps you know bit of Portuguese. Only negative would be size of the room. It's small. It's big enough to hold a double bed and bit of walking area round it. Token single chair which only blocked the walking space in the room. In the evening in the restaurant, it was bit short staffed.
Forgot to mention. Big plus.
Best location. Subways Station opposite the hotel and Hop-on bus stop on the left.
Most fashionable road within walking distance of the hotel.

Localização perfeita para turistas, pois fica bem em frente a famosa praça Marques de Pombal; em frente ao ponto final dos ônibus de passeios; em frente a famosa Avenida Liberdade com várias lojas de grife e restaurantes; a 15 minutos do aeroporto de Portella com táxi dando no máximo 10 Euros; etc......... É a 5° vez que vamos a Portugal com hospedagem em Lisboa e saindo para passear por outros vários lugares e ficamos bem satisfeitos com a hospedagem neste hotel. Com certeza na próxima TB vamos ficar hospedados por lá. Boa sorte a todos !!!

Un lugar bastante agradable, con habitaciones que no están mal. La verdad que para su precio se encuentra en una experiencia bastante ajustada. En cuanto al desayuno, poco que decir, es un buffet sin más, todo lo que pone "natural" es artificial. Pero te quitan el hambre así que bien. Creo que es una buena opción si vienes de viaje a Lisboa, su ubicación es muy céntrica y rodeado de servicios, pero tampoco esperes una maravilla.

He reservado con este hotel por Booking casi tres meses antes del viaje. Me pasan el cobro sin avisarme y la tarjeta es rechazada porque uso una tarjeta virtual en la que metodinero cuando me van a cobrar por mi seguridad bancaría. Cuando me avisan que no ha funcionado el cobro actualizo los datos y pongo dinero. Mira la sorpresa, son incapaces de intentar hacer el cobro por segunda vez y cancelan mi reserva sin más. Lo peor, reservaba este hotel para mis padres por segunda, estuvieron hace años y les gustó mucho y querían volver al mismo sitio. Vaya ironía el trato recibido. Y claro, he mirado por si acaso podía reservar las mismas habitaciones otra vez. ¿Adivina? Bastante más caras están, por supuesto.

The hotel is well located - easy to reach all sightseeing spots and the airport by underground.
Rather old hotel.
Cleaning must be improved. Using the same toilet brush and cloth for cleaning all the rooms is a nogo - especially after the pandemic.
If you can book without breakfast, do so. It is not worth the money.

Pela terceira vez optei pelo Fenix, muito bom hotel. Na últimavez de 25 a 28 de julho, no entanto, me coube um quarto sem espelho, que me impedia de mearrumar enqto meu marido estivesse no banho.Tambem achei muito pequena a bancada do banheiro, a ponto de não haver onde colocar maquiagem , cremesetc

La habitación amplia pero para ser de cuatro estrellas los baños olían mucho y perdían agua. Dos veces se bloqueó la llave de l habitación. Aunque la insonorización de las ventanas eran buenas las de l puerta y el ruido del pasillo horribles. El salón del desayuno sobresaturado, faltaban siempre cucharillas, colas horribles, solo un tostador, los camareros metiéndote prisa para levantarte de la mesa rápido. El recepcionista de la noche ni saluda, y Flavio el de la mañana tardó en hacer o el checking 40min, me parece más que excesivo estar esperando en l sala de espera que me diesen una llave. Buen hotel buena ubicación buenos habitaciones y baños muy limpios tan solo un detalle para un dormitorio para dos personas debiera de haber 2 sillas en las habitaciones, de lo contrario uno tendrá que sentarse en la cama, esta sugerencia pasada a la recepción la respuesta ha sido que debiera de reservar una especial, por lo tanto en la próxima reservare en otros muchos hoteles de la zona.

Gustó · Primera estancia en este hotel, nos ha gustado el trato del personal con el detalle de esperarnos para entregar un plato con fruta de bienvenida. Ubicación a 30 min a pie de la plaza comercio, con un recorrido por la Av de Liberdade donde están toda las tiendas de primeras marcas. El metro está en la puerta del hotel como opción de desplazamiento. Habitación perfecta, la nuestra con vistas a la rotonda Marques Pombal .El desayuno bueno, con variedad. La llegada al hotel si te desplazas en coche es muy buena para entrar y salir de Lisboa.

El primer día me encuentro con que no hay papel higienico en el baño, la papelera del baño llena de compresas y la de la habitación, con restos de botellas, papeles.... El tercer día no me limpian la habitación, ni me reponen lo que faltaba en el baño, ni cambian toallas.... Un desastre, que aunque lo digo en recepción, me piden disculpas y me dicen que han tenido un problema con la empresa que limpia, pero el perjudicado es el cliente. Me parece impresentable para un hotel de esta categoría, nada barato por otra parte

Rooms are very clean and comfortable, staff were helpful. Metro is just across the hotel. The hotel is located in the business area of Lisbon. Great value for the money would definitely recommend!
