Viaje con mi con mi pareja y salimos encantadas del hotel, la habitación muy amplia, el servicio de habitaciones súper bueno, el personal súper amable en todo momento, y en cuanto a precios nos sorprendió bastante porque son muy buenos precios y la comida muy buena, soy celiaca y tenían cosas sin gluten y además la ubicación excelente cerca de todo y con muy buenas combinaciones en el transporte público súper recomendable nosotras si volvemos a oporto ya sabemos donde nos hospedaremos gracias por el trato.

We had a fantastic experience here! Great customer service — everyone from the front desk, to the concierge, to the pool staff, and the valets. Everyone was really helpful and made it a great experience!
Our view from our room was phenomenal. The restaurants nearby are very delicious.
The breakfast was good… but not as great as I would have thought (only because the bread and pastries were not Monaco/France level), but they had a pretty big spread.
But… Overall, I would give this place an A+!

O hotel é ótimo, limpo e a equipa muito simpática. No entanto, já precisava de uma renovação, principalmente na sala de pequeno almoço. Mas fiquei muito confortável e bem instalada. E o pequeno almoço em si também é ótimo!

Muy buena estancia. Instalaciones buenas, atención muy buena, referente a calidad precio es excelente, el desayuno 🥞 tipo bufé de 10,con mucha variedad y todo muy Rico 🤤 ,ubicación buena no está en el Centro de oporto pero está perfectamente conectado con una para de bus Justo al frente del hotel 🏨 y con muy buena conexión a toda la ciudad 🌆 muy recomendado

Muy buen hotel , habitaciones con niños muy amplías . A veinticinco minutos del centro a pie . Taxis solicitados en la recepción hasta el centro entre 4 y 5 euros . Frente al hotel restaurante para cenar ( aunque en el hotel está muybien y a buen precio ) ycafetería para desayunar . Si volvemos a Porto volveremos al hotel . Ciudad sorprendente y encantadora .

Hotel muy bien situado, con atención muy buena y desayuno buffet riquísimo. Ahora las cosas malas, la limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear simplemente te hacen la cama y limpian la mampara del baño, nada de barrer ni fregar la habilitación incluso un día vinieron a las 18;00 a limpiar teniendo que abandonar la habitación, otro punto negativo es el parking, no tiene ningún tipo de control si hay sitio entras si no lo hay te quedas fuera aunque lo tengas pagado, contando con que todo oporto tiene el parking de pago tendrían que mejorar. Por el resto muy bien buena atención y muy buenos desayunos

Muy buena experiencia La verdad que el hotel muy bueno, céntrico y bien comunicado con la ciudad. El servicio fue excelente, pero lo mejor el desayuno buffet, platos variados y de gran calidad. En la recepción nos recomendaron comer en el restaurante que tiene el hotel y la verdad muy recomendable, precio similar a los de la zona céntrica de Porto.

We had the best time in the hotel in july 2022, we are still talking about it. The whole package couldn't have been more suited for us. We definitely became fans in our short stay and hope to visit other locations! - we had such a great time that we forgot the tablet in our haze to enjoy last day in the hotel! - which was sent back to us by courier.
The breakfast buffet had many choices, catered for multiple diet restrictions and served in a clean environment, constantly monitored by team members.
The rooms were spacious and clean, easy access to indoor swimming pools and roof top pool and bar (very nice views)
The hotel was just perfectly located with taxis to city, shopping center and beaches ranging from 3-7 euros.
The hotel is located near botanical gardens, and 15-30 minute walk to other parks and old town.
overall The hotel and services exceeded expectations! it was a pleasure to stay.

Comfortable stay, clean and large rooms and comfortable beds (nice pillows and easy reading lights). Each room had a very clean bathroom with shampoo, soap and conditioner and good powered showers with no problem of hot water. The rooms also had charge points next to the bed which was resourceful. Only problem was the road was quite noisy sometimes but nothing too bad.
Service at front desk was good and they were happy to organise an iron when I needed one. The room service was quick although it took a series of calls to connect with the kitchen. The food, however, was pretty awful and disappointing.
Breakfast was good although very very busy. The servers were efficient, kind and friendly! A big mix of cooked foods, patisseries, fruit and cereals as well as teas and coffees.
It is a decent hotel but quite out the way for central Porto. There was a shopping mall and pharmacy nearby as well as a couple of restaurants but it was pricey to get to and from the centre.
Unaware if there was a hotel shuttle bus, we ended up taking a taxi which cost £40.
I never had the opportunity to visit the gym, but heard good things.
All in all a decent hotel, nothing spectacularly amazing but reasonable for price and good for work purposes.

Excelente experiência! O hotel é muito bem localizado, até mesmo para se deslocar com transporte público - super fácil. O atendimento maravilhoso (telefônico, na recepção, no café da manhã, a governança). Viajar com crianças, pessoas mais velhas ou a negócios - eu recomendo muito.

Upon checkin i was confronted with an extra charge before i got my room (i had payed online before arriving) then staff scanned my pasport without concent. When i got to the room it was not the room i had payed for. When confronting them with this the staff told me it was not their problem and to take it up with the site i had payed through.So yeah... DO NOT GO HERE!

Perfect location. Quiet and clean. Helpful staffs. Room and restroom have convenient size for two people. Tea, instant coffee, cattle, fridge and hairdryer is available in the room. The breakfast was good for 12€ but not for 17€ cz if you do not have room with breakfast then you have to pay extra 5€.

If only the beds were more comfortable, this would get 5/5 stars, but the main point of a hotel is to have a nice place to sleep and the bed was so uncomfortable I barely slept while staying here. Otherwise I have no complaints. Nice rooms, friendly staff, very clean. The location is not the best, but only a short walk from the historic downtown area. The area is not too busy at night which makes it a bit uncomfortable to walk around.
