Hotel muito bom, grande ilha. Nós nos sentimos confortáveis e definitivamente estaremos de volta.
Minha reserva foi feita incorretamente. Em dezembro de 2920, chamei a atenção do gerente geral para o fato de que queria o quarto superior com piscina infinita. Ele saiu de seu caminho para acomodar e não cobrou nenhum custo extra ... o melhor e mais importante da minha estadia foram as refeições. Nosso chef Mohamed Rilvan saiu de seu caminho para nos satisfazer com refeições especiais para 7 noites, ele foi simplesmente o melhor e fez a nossa estadia absolutamente confortável. Obrigado ao gerente e ao chef! Muito bem, com certeza voltarei. Continue assim.
My booking was done incorrectly.December 2920 , I brought it to the attention to the general manager, I wanted the superior room with infinity pool. He went out of his way to accommodate and didn’t charge any extra cost........ the best and most important of my stay was the meals . Our chef Mohamed Rilvan went out of his way to satisfy us with specials meals for 7 night he was simply the best and made our stay absolutely comfortable. Thank u to the manager & the chef !well done and will definitely come back Keep it up
Vamos começar com o quarto. As vilas em frente à praia são incríveis. Banheiro enorme com chuveiro externo 🚿. Belos pisos de madeira, grande terraço. Infelizmente, eles não estão bem protegidos contra chuvas fortes. Algumas cortinas podem ajudar. A água potável da casa Hilton é fantástica! Devido à Covid, nem todos os restaurantes foram abertos. O jantar Sakura foi excelente, mas uma variedade muito pequena. Mesmo pratos simples, como ceviche, salada de frutos do mar, não eram oferecidos. Sem especiais do dia. Também pode ser facilmente oferecido no 4º grau. Mas sempre o mesmo menu quando aberto. Enfim, muito delicioso. Infelizmente, Grann Kaz permaneceu fechado durante a nossa estadia. Café-da-manhã foi muito além do hotel 5 estrelas. Sem sucos naturais, 2 queijos para escolher, marlin defumado todos os dias. E os frios não pareciam convidativos. E por que tenho que tocar em colheres para conseguir nozes ou mel? Um garfo para fazer waffles ou crepe? Higiênico? O material é muito amigável no resort de buraco, especialmente Aysha e o Sr. Simeon foram muito gentis e prestativos. Muita natureza ao redor do hotel, todos os passeios um pouco desafiadores. Também para Anse Mondon você precisa estar em boas condições físicas. Médicos alemães na ilha.
Let's start with the room. The beach front villas are amazing. Huge bathroom with outside shower 🚿. Nice wooden floors, big terrace.Unfortunately they are not good protected against stronger rain. Some roll down curtains might help. The Hilton house drinking water is fantastic! Due to Covid not all restaurants were opened. Sakura dinner was excellent, but very small variety. Even simple dishes, like ceviche, seafood salad, was not offered. No specials of the day. Could also be easily offered at 4th degree. But always same menu when opened. Anyway, very delicious. Unfortunately, Grann Kaz stayed closed during our stay. Breakfast was far beyond 5 star hotel. No fresh juices, 2 cheeses to choose, smoked marlin every day. And the cold cuts was not looking inviting.And why do I have to touch spoons to get me nuts or honey? A fork, to get waffles or crepe? Hygienic? Stuff is very friendly in the hole resort, especially Aysha and Mr Simeon were very kind and helpful. Lots of nature around the hotel, all walks a bit challenging. Also to Anse Mondon you need to be in a good physical condition. German doctors on the island.
As medidas de proteção corona são muito altas e são rigorosamente respeitadas pela equipe e pela gerência e também sempre verificadas se um hóspede não as cumpre.
Senta-se em uma bela ilha, a tripulação é amigável, mas não profissional o suficiente, você precisa pedir coisas várias vezes até que aconteça, se for o caso. Tentamos todos os restaurantes disponíveis e a comida era ok, nada mais. Resumindo, não é o padrão que você espera de um hotel 5 estrelas muito caro. Nós amamos os caranguejos espalhados por toda parte.
One of the best hotel to be in the world! The hotel is a huge resort with 2 kilometers beach that contains lot of chairs and beds available.You can find endless spot of privacy with outstanding view to the ocean The hotel have few amazing restaurants available The vilas are very big (start with 100 square meters) personaly i will recommend the upgrade to the beach front vila it will be worth it The very big deal about this hotel is the crew everyone is super nice and so helpful If you arrived to the hotel look for Shenon at the reception and for Arun in housekeeping they make my stay just perfect !!!! I was in lot of hotel in my life but such service it was way above the normal So if you go to the seychelles be sure to spend some nights (at least 5 but more is best) in this amazing place !!!!!
Never NEVER book at this hotel unless you are 1000% sure you are going to make the stay (you're gonna lose your money). Their commercial team deserves a trophy in delivering fake promises. I had been through the most frustrating and stressful experience with Hilton Seychelles. On November 12 I booked a hotel stay through booking.com but decided after 5 min only to cancel the stay after I had recalled some commitments. Believe it or not, within those 5 minutes Hilton had already charged the amount on my card (free cancelation option) instead of just holding it as per the normal practice. Since then I have been hooked and struggling between hilton and booking.com to get my money back. Hilton's commercial manager A. Sm. contacted me after a few weeks and again made a fake promise that I will get my refund very soon. This never happened! Finally booking.com agreed to refund me directly through their account and negotiate later with Hilton. I will never stay with any Hilton property again.
Sits in a beautiful island, crew is friendly but not professional enough, you need to ask for stuff lots of times till it happens, if at all. We tried all available restaurants and the food was ok, nothing more. Bottom line it's not the standard you expect from a very expensive 5 stars hotel. We loved the crabs scattered all around though.
Os coquetéis são muito FINOS ... mas esse é o único ponto de crítica ... além da recepção sem amor no píer ... nada de Halloooooo quente ... nenhuma bebida de boas-vindas ... mas nós temos isso a pedido mas ainda assim ... o hotel é ótimo ... mas você deve ter pelo menos um bangalô Bech ... então a sensação de ilha é perfeita ... o café é 2 cápsulas por dia - o que é realmente insignificante .. mas disponível mediante solicitação também mais ... 2 águas são gratuitas, os coquetéis custam em torno de 140 rúpias ... a comida sempre foi muito saborosa com uma grande seleção de manhã e à noite ... a água é boa para mergulho ... nadar só é possível na maré alta realmente possível ... você pode fazer várias caminhadas ou reservar mergulhos ... o tempo voa ... um churrasco privado na villa é uma grande experiência ... os funcionários são sempre simpáticos e prestativos sem parar ...

Um resort incrível e amigável em uma das ilhas remotas de Seychelles. Villas privadas luxuosas com piscina privada e vistas fantásticas. Um resort muito tranquilo e amigo do ambiente, com deslumbrantes praias de areia branca. Opções de restaurante muito agradáveis da cozinha mundial. Gostei do retiro no spa. Definitivamente, eu recomendaria ficar. Eu adorei e eu definitivamente voltarei.
An amazing friendly resort on one of the remote island in Seychelles. Luxurious private villas with a private pool and amazing views. A very peaceful and environmentally friendly resort with stunning white sand beaches. Very nice restaurant choices from the world cuisine. I enjoyed the retreat in the spa. I would definitely recommend to stay. I loved it and i definitely return.
Hotel de luxo na ilha de Silhouette com a possibilidade de fazer de tudo um pouco dentro da enorme estrutura. Casas enormes: banheiro totalmente envidraçado com pias duplas, banheira, chuveiro interno e externo. Quarto de frente para a grande janela com vista para o mar com bar de canto e sofá, todos perfeitamente climatizados. Esplanada exterior com espreguiçadeiras, cadeiras e na praia outras espreguiçadeiras e uma amaka. O mar é muito calmo devido à presença de um recife de coral próximo, não adequado para banho. Você pode fazer longas caminhadas na areia, encontrando diferentes tipos de cenários, fauna e flora espetaculares. As únicas falhas são um serviço wi-fi muito lento, não incluindo quaisquer bebidas (exceto água) no restaurante no regime de meia pensão e serviço ruim na recepção. Tivemos problemas tanto na chegada como na partida, entre outras coisas eles queriam nos cobrar por coquetéis nunca tomados. Isso porque quando você faz um pedido no bar tem que dizer o número do quarto, mas sem nenhum tipo de controle deles. O restaurante buffet é provavelmente o melhor pela quantidade, mas também pela qualidade dos alimentos disponíveis. O restaurante gran cazz deve ser evitado porque eles têm poucas opções e metade com suplemento.

Nefasto lugar, pesimamente atendido. Un servicio inepto y torpe en Recepcion lo estropea todo, tanto la belleza del paisaje como las instalaciones. Hilton deberia de hacer algo.
Cabañas de madera en primera línea, aunque también hay en segunda. Solicitar al hacer la reserva. Espacios comunes correctos no de lujo.
Un sitio maravilloso una atención espectacular playas cristalinas la comida muy buena y la amabilidad a la altura de Hilton, los precios también es recomendable ir con Full board aún así las bebidas son aparteTened en cuenta unos 300€ en consumiciones (comidas y cenas) una comida para Half Board entrante principal y postre unos 150 € para dosLas mejores Cabañas son las del principio entre la 200 y la 228 la playa es más amplia y profundaNo recomiendo las villas con piscina pequeña y las que tienen la piscina grande tienen la playa de rocasMaravilloso en especial la atención de Sebastián por su ayuda en Español
